Lovely friendly hotel right opposite station.

Rooms immaculate. Such friendly & attentive staff, good food. Wonderful experience.

Best western plus hotel Haarhuis is located next to Arnhem central station, and next to Arnhem city center. You can park your car in the garage underneath the railway station. The meeting rooms are okay.

Easy to find and nice, big rooms for meetings. The facilities are good and the rooms are easy to find. No idea about the staff, I didn't meet them.

Ok business hotel. Not many amenities, fair breakfast. Location is very convenient.

Kind employees, they have adequate breakfasts included in the restaurant that is part of the hotel and the middle class and master suites are nice! The cheaper rooms are a little more crappy and more ugly as expected. Master bedrooms and bigger middle bedrooms have a bathtub and great beds. Which is nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking nearby is a huge plus. Of course, there is much to improve-for example, breakfast would be good, more substantial, the Internet is faster, parking for more cars right at the hotel… But in general complaints to the hotel is not, for 1-2 nights everything is quite decent.

Excellent service amenities very clean staff very polite and helpful. Great range of food in the breakfast buffet. Train station across the street. Be wary of the many cyclists if you are out walking they appear to have right of way at all times. Lovely cafes in the laneways within a very short walk. I highly recommend GW and the town of Arnhem it has a great vibe.

The hotel is in excellent condition. 50 metres from the train and bus stations. Rooms are equipped with everything you need.
On the ground floor a decent and quite popular restaurant. Breakfast is served here in the morning.

Perfectly located for shopping and transport links. Quiet room at back of hotel even though opposite the station. Staff very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Would definitely book again.

Very clean and comfortable modern rooms. The staff is nice and the restaurant is very good. Walking distance are countless restaurants and Cafes. It is also across from the Arnhem Central bus/train so easy for travellers to get around.

Nice cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Only stayed for a night but the bed is a bit soft, but not too soft. Shower and bath work amazing. A few minutes away from Arnhem station.

Very nice service and rooms. First night was pretty cold for me, so I asked for additional heater for my room. And got it when I was back to hotel. Also excellent breakfast with hot dishes (eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage) and even prosecco. Located near the Arnhem Central station, so you can get almost to all parts of city from there. I really like my stay at this hotel!

Nice hotel, very convenient for Arnhem Centraal train station. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit cold though and there didn't seem to be any in-room control to change it.

Conveniently central and right opposite the station, this hotel has uncomplicated rooms with older bathroom facilities even in the luxury rooms. Small bar, clinical restaurant, comfy lobby. Clean and comfortable if unremarkable.

Hotel is opposite Arnhem Centraal station. It's clean and tidy, the rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is pricey which is typical but the food is excellent.

Comfortable hotel right opposite the Central Station and next to the city centre, perfect location for a brief visit to Arnhem. Bar & restaurant were very good, breakfast choices were excellent, the room was very comfortable & also quiet despite the city centre location.

The most fancy bedroom is amazing with airco, nice furniture, a great bath and a comfy bed. The regular two person room is… well regular. It has less facilities (no bath or mini fridge for example) which is to be expected. What does bother me are the hairs on the hairdryer (found in several rooms). But if thats all… I cant complain. Service is really nice and the restaurant that is part of the hotel has good food for a fair price.

The location is quite ok but the Restaurant is what the hotel, I personally find it is very expensive and there are only the languages Dutch and English. Service at the reception is very friendly. Parking lot is too small for all the guests and the location of the car Park is very bad you should change.

Ideally placed in front of the station. A general refreshment of the hotel floors is recommended. Bedding too soft for my back. The breakfast service area a little under sized and limited offer at 8am. Too bad to be in line for coffee.

Nice staff and the food was good. Room was recently updated, but pretty small (bathroom very small). Wi-Fi was slow. Breakfast selection was average, but good coffee. Very convenient location, right by the station and close to several restaurants. Gym was out of order when I stayed.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The Comfort rooms are kept in limits. Pretty small and in the years to come. Central you can get, but in Arnhem hardly under.

Clean, courteous staff, room lacks some services for a 4 star hotel.

Good Hotel. Park house is within walking distance, but not directly connected. On Sundays Breakfast is served until 12:00. The rooms are differently equipped. Late Checkout will cost you extra in two stages.

The hotel is good, but one of the points of the hotel is that has parking and when I asked for a square I was told at reception that could occupy a in the rear of the hotel, but the other day when I came back from walking there was nowhere and I was sent to the public parking lot without any miramiento and considering that most of the cars were of the employees of the hotel. I think that the customers in this hotel are not the first thing by this I do not recommend it, although I am a member of diamond Best Western.

Problem of bedding medium restoration.

Were over a weekend there and get a better room than was booked. Very cosy rooms, decorated in a modern style, we would not have expected. In the morning there was Breakfast… not much to say, everything Top. To me nothing was missing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
