I was quite satisfied with the environment but the way service was just made it worse. I never ever had such dissatisfying experience with any Hotel I have visited till date.
I would rate your service seriously on minus, the staffs were so disrespectful. While having our lunch we were constantly asking for water but it wasn't provided.
The food was another factor that made this experience just worse. The taste was just below the average.
Seriously you should improve your service. Made me think the hotel is just a hype created by tiktokers.

This hotel experience has been AMAZING for our family! The staff is all amazing — in every department. The food is delicious and they did such a great job helping us be careful because of coronavirus. The beds and room is comfortable, and the shower is hot and amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Love the architecture and views. Nice rooms with private balcony as well. Check-in took 1 hour.

Amazing views and great food. If I ever find myself in KTM again I will be sure to stay here instead of anywhere in the main city. If you stay in the city it is worth the trip to visit for lunch. We had clouds covering the valley when we first arrived but by the time lunch came we could see the Himalayan mountain range from our table.

Awesome place to get away with your family. The view to the mountains and clouds is absolutely breath taking. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Their staffs are very nice and helpful.

Nice place for a quick escape from town. Weather changes every 5 min which makes it very interesting. Pool is small but serves the purpose. Completely safe for family and children.

If there was something less than 1 star, I would be really happy to rate that. One of the shittest place I have ever been. Front office staff sucks, you guys need to learn what is hospitality. I would never recommend this fancy place to anyone. Value for money is 0

One of the most beautiful property with breathtaking views of the Sunrise and with very hospitable staff… Me and my Family enjoyed our stay here… And would recommend anyone to come over and stay without a second thought…
A few things that one must know well before they come over are
1 Approach road all along is in bad shape and hence it will be taxing on your back while you travel. So ensure you are geared up for that.
2 Food Menu Ala Cart has limited options, especially for the vegetarians. But for a 2-3 days stay, with the staff being so accommodating and helpful, it can be managed.

Quite the journey in but well worth it. On site parking available. Reception takes your breath away a little if the cloud is up, looking over the hills is amazing. Disappointed a little that our joint booking with our friends was not sorted out. Our friends ended up in the other building and did not have a pleasant experience with their room. Our room was great with plenty of space and a great view over the hills. Really liked the Resort as a whole, food and drink was good although a little more pricey than we are used to in Nepal. The pool is super cold and not heated but looks great and is nice for the muscles after a workout. If your a runner or a hiker there are some lovely routes with friendly locals along the way, you will need a map as no routes are marked.
A few minor tweaks and this will be a resort to be reckoned with, thanks.
