Had a worst experience. Infrastructure seems quite good however the standard of hospitality and behavior of staffs is very poor, we asked for milk tea instead they provided us milk powder in packet and insisted to prepare tea ourself in room. Management shall be aware of the behavior of their staff towards the guest. Star rating is only for the infrastructure, anyone having my experience tends to provide you zero (0) star.
Receptionist rude behavior and teaching guest abt UNO card facilities. Arrogant behavior by lady staff at reception. Very much rude behavior. 0/10 to those staff no I dnt recommend.

Disappointed to see the steep decline in the quality of service and the condition of the property. The infrastructure is dated and amenities provided is not at par with the rates charged. Also, if the hotel is entertaining party guests, then it should manage their accommodation in a way that it doesn’t disturb other guests. We ended up having to make multiple calls late night requesting the front desk to urge the guests in the next room to keep their music down or change our rooms because there was no way we could sleep with the loud noise being generated by the party guests. We come to Club Himalaya seeking rest, respite and relaxation. If dealing with noisy neighbors is part of the package then I don’t think many of us would have bothered traveling to Nagarkot from our homes.
