Price food service charge very costly.

Very near to Airport, responsive and helpful staff. Hot water problem resolved in no time. Hair Dyer helped too as it was raining and helped us dry clothes quickly.

So smelling room they weren't prepared and after check in asking for clean the room so feeling disturbing I'm not recommending for business person how come it's 3 star so strange. And never open the rerefrigerator if you would like to book its charged you too expensive.

Nice hotel, located near airport. It's walkable distance from the airport. They have free airport pickup and drop. They serve free buffet breakfast both veg and non—veg. Good for family or staying with friends. Will get nice airport view from the hotel tarrace.

Near to Kathmandu airport, good rooms at good rate. But some small things not provided, Why we do not know? But like bucket in bath, milk powder and tea sashes in room — or no soup sharing like 1 by 2. No ac used by n car taxi provided. Surprised with such things?

Service & reception not good service, hoples receptionist Departure last minuite took double payment faith charge & speaked with us in very bad manner. But rooms are very good. We will not suggest to any body… month of feb.

It's conveniently located near the airport, rooftop to do plane spotting. Beds are comfortable, food is quite good. Nothing to complain. Some rats can be heard at night, but this is Kathmandu…

Perfect location for late arrival in airport. Free breakfast is good. Other food items are also great. Probably they need to start maintenance and continue at regular intervals. Free airport pick up and drop is great. High speed internet Wi-Fi is also great. No parking (or parking in public space under open sky) is obviously bad.

Walkable distance from airport, public transport and pasupathinath temple, nice staff, complementary pick up and drop, nice rooms.

Hotel is fine and also quite convenient access to airport.

Firstly rooms are not as described on website I booked 2 rooms. 1 suite and 1 deluxe both were exactly same apart from the size suite was slightly big. Do not even have bucket in washroom when asked they said other guests are already using it we will give u later on and even then they did not provided this during our three nights stay. They do not have lift for ground to first floor. As hotel starts from 1st floor and also not for restaurant as they have lift till 5 and restaurant is at 6th floor. Bad room service they do not even have tea at 0645 AM. They only give you tea after 7with breakfast not before that even you are ready to pay extra. Only good point is distance from airport but even for this there are other options available sorry other very good options available. Food is ok ok it took 25 minutes to get extra plate after the food was served. Not recommended at all… lots of other things to say but short of time.

I loved my stay at the Meridian Suite Hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. The location of the hotel is perfect, across the street from the airport but you would have no idea with how quite it is. The hotel is incredibly clean and the beds were beyond comfortable. The staff was accommodating and helpful and the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Traveling from the United States, you cannot beat the price of a stay at the hotel. If I'm ever back in Kathmandu, I will definitely be staying at the Meridian Suite Hotel!

Stayed here for 4 nights… awesome hotel… very good staff very freindly nice behaviour… surely gonna stay there if visit nepal again.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. Two weeks prior to me coming to the hotel, I emailed them about their free airport pickup service and gave them my flight details. They responded that they will pick me up. The day before my flight I called to remind them and they had no record of my information. The morning of my flight I called again and they said they didn't know what time they were supposed to be at the airport. I gave them my flight info for the 3rd time. When I landed-surprise! They weren't there to pick me up. I called them and they said that their driver was busy so I would have to take a taxi and pay for it myself. I argued that that defeated the purpose of providing airport pick up and drop off services. After arguing with them for 5 minutes their driver found himself free and arrived to pick me up. I was told there was free breakfast in the mornings. When I went to breakfast they told me I had to pay because I didn't have a breakfast voucher. I asked the front desk about it and the lady said "sorry ma'am you must pay". The next two mornings I didn't go to breakfast and I got called by the front desk 4 times each day questioning why I didn't go. The morning of check out they started calling me at 8am asking when I was going to check out and I continued to tell them 12:00 which was check out time. Around 10 they called and asked me to come down and pay for the room.

Its so nice hotel the staff friendly the room its great I like the bed the toilet with view its first time I saw like this the chef make me a very nice food finely its the great hotel for any one like to have lovely time in kathmandu i will make plan to go back one day.
