Located in the best, quiet and safest neighborhood of Kathmandu, next to the Chinese Embassy. This Guest House is comfortable and makes you feel like home; the rooms are beautifully decorated, with modern and traditional furniture. Lots of space and natural light; loved the windows everywhere! There are terraces and gardens where you can just seat and enjoy the silence and the view. The beds are comfy and the sheets and towels soft and high quality; the shower is amazing and they provide everything you need. The staff is kind and always helpful; the breakfast has local, fresh products and you have to try their lunch and dinners for a taste of Nepalese home food. Definitely recommend this place as one of the best, clean, well located, best attended guests houses that I have ever been.

Beautiful guesthouse with excellent amenities. Host and staff are friendly and accommodating to guest requests. Instead of staying right smack in Thamel where it is filled with tourists and heavily polluted, Epiphany Guest House is located in a quiet and safe residential cluster, away from the noise and air pollution. It is within walking distance to Thamel and nearby amenities such as supermarkets and cafes. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there!

I had the opportunity to stay at this guest house a couple weeks back, and even though its just off the main street where all the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu takes place, it was nice and quiet and peaceful at the guest house.
It's located within 2km of most of the good restaurants and nightlife of Kathmandu. The rooms itself were pretty cozy. The toilets were big, spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. The rooms were carpeted floors and the beds and pillows were plush and comfortable. To make our stay even better because we were there in winter, the rooms came equipped with electric blankets that kept us warm and comfortable throughout the night. The staff are extremely friendly and ready to help whenever. The Wi-Fi connection also is fast and stable throughout my trip there. I have no complaints whatsoever, and will definitely be back here if I'm ever in Kathmandu.
