They don't allow visitors in the Room. Not Recommended. There are lots of alternatives like marriott, Alaft, shankhar, Shangri-la and so on. Poor policy.

Ambience was good, but the sitting capacity was very tiny,, food was okey not excellent. The mutton bbq was not good,, garlic bbq chicken was nice, paneer and fried fish croquette were not good,,, the dip for the fish (tarter) was flat.

Lovely. Radisson is my favourite destination. The Raddison at Dhaka to Rad blue. Its farnk out there and sumptuous food. I love how Miss Vidhata runs the show in KTM.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel. The only problem is that the power for the entire two buildings turns itself off for about 5 seconds, resetting Tv etc almost hourly… Bit annoying and can be problematic if you are stuck in the lift!

Yet another 5 star luxury in the town. Relatively expensive but offers varities in serving from residential plans to events organized. Some people might find little uncomfortable with the entrance way. Plus they have very limited parking space — parking little further from the hotel is not too comfortable specially during summer and monsoon. They seem to have done nothing to address this issue for a long time. If you are organizing a party, outside courtyard is a perfect place.

It is a 5 star hotel I guess but the service was not up to the standards. I was attending a session but the staff was making his way pushing and dashing. Nevertheless, no complains about the hotel, the amenities and the food. Furthermore, ample amount of parking and security.

Upscale place, highly vibrant and peaceful environment for stay and professional meet up. Proper management and excellent service right from you enter the doors. Highly distinguishable location for workshop as well for high class seminars from international donors such as ADB.

It is a commercial hotel (4 starred) with very good service. It can be a very good option for organizing events like seminar, workshops, small and big meetings, celebration ceremonies, etc. Spacious four wheeler and two wheeler parking is available with good security. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very Good hotel with excellent Location. Rooms are very good with everything neatly placed. Breakfast is also very good with more Non Veg options than Veg for meat Lovers. Local market is also nearby and hotel is near to Darbar road. Worth considering if coming to Kathmandu.

It's a great hotel if your purpose is business — the rooms are international standards, meeting rooms are available, lounge is good, there is also office space available. The location of this hotel is great. Lazimpat is a clean area with many restaurants around. However, if it's leisure trip, I would suggest go-to Yak and Yeti, or Annapurna as they are walking distance from Durbar Square (downtown) Food at the breakfast buffet and the coffee shop is not so good. However, the Italian restaurant they have serves amazing pasta. They also have a decent wine collection. Not.

The room standard is above average, and all is kept clean. There are two buildings with some 30 sec walk in-between. The new building has a nice standard, though you'll have to go out to get to the gym in the main building. The gym itself is on the top floor, and while for some reason they have almost exclusively focused on treadmills, you get a nice view. Don't bother about the sauna and steam room, they were both too cold when I was there. The breakfast buffet is good, room service is fast, but the menu limited.

I primarily visited the Casino — Casino Rad. I believe it is easily one of the best places for Holdem Poker in Kathmandu. Compared to all the other places, I would recommend this one highly. The crowd primarily visits on Friday and Saturday nights.

From highest to lowest. Good bufett breakfast. Kindness and attention of the staff. Good beds. Location and view from the hotel.

Average hotel with average facilities and amenities. Needs proper renovation and the main fact the hotel management needs to focus on hospitality than hotel's business. There is room for improvement in every department. Don't know when the hotel will realize that though…

I stayed in the new wing of the hotel. The suit is very good. Breakfast option in the third floor is also good. The buffet lunch and dinner menu is also have variety. Only thing we need to visit the old wing for that.

Rooms are very stuffy, aircon not very good. Taps feel off in the shower, water run a brownish colour.
The dinner buffet on Saturday 21 October had almost no food available, we asked multiple times for more food robe supplied but after an hour we gave up.
We did report this to the General Manager and the Futy Manager but had very little help from them.

Visited 4 5 time there for Education fair of USA and India where management was very good from hall to bathrooms. This hotel provides very good facilities. Can't wait to give 4.

The new wing was nicely renovated, not so crowded and the service staff were excellent. However, the vehicle drop off area for arriving/departing guest was too small and narrow. The breakfast spread was good.

Well located, good ambiance, recent food and aapke parking, yes that means a lot in Kathmandu. Staff are very police and helpful. Value for money.

The Hotel offered more than what was expected. The service is very detail oriented; from the smallest of the smallest, every need of the guest is highly priortised. One must check in at the contemporary rooms in the New Wing. A perfect blend between homely comfort and five star luxury.
Whereas for the food, all the outlets are simply spectacular.

It's a wonderful place. Ambience is great, staffs are very polite and service oriented. I should say I am enjoying my stay and the place is beyond what I expected it to be…

The hotel was more than I expected. Good service from the floor managers. However the food could be better. I mean it does taste good. But they served almost the same food for 3 days in a row. My tastebud just became numb. And the beds. The are crazy small and narrow me being 5' 8" and 68kg. And as there is nothing to do in nepal after hours except casino. They cud have kept some late night bars or game rooms.

I stayed at the Radisson shortly after the 2015 earthquakes, but was surprised by how attentive and supportive the staff were in supporting their customers. The rooms are modern, clean, and bright.

Worst experience ever had when we entered the room there was a loose mirror in the bathroom we took it casually and did not informed the hotel staff and when we were checking out they charged us for the same and started arguing with us it put us in a very awkward situation. Kindly take care of such things as you don't expect any cooperation from the staffs.

It was wonderful, exquisite meals, care a seven personal very perfect. Our next, safe vacation are there. Also would like to know by an aipat that I stayed in the room, with pictures, of the trip that are wonderful. The room was the 625 carlos tagle and ana olivares, a group of Chileans. If you can know about the aipat would be wonderful. carlos and ana atte.
