Best place to hang out but food taste was nt good.

Awesome hotel in terms of services, decor, cleanliness, food, everything. Especially the interaction with staff is very friendly, helpful and cooperative. My mother stayed here atleast for a week and Ms. Kavita front desk helped her in all possible ways irrespective of any timings and conditions. I truly recommend this hotel to stay if you are in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Very nice hotel. New hotel with modern facilties. Service standards are of five start hotel. Staff Courteous with good English command! Very rare to find in good hotels in Nepal. Food is fantastic. Nice choice.

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Very well located hotel. Walking distance to places of shopping interest and other restaurant options around. Within the hotel too good Food and beverage options. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and seems recently renovated. Breakfast buffet is basic and just enough.

Stayed here for 2 nights. A very good hotel. The staff was very good, helpful, courteous and flexible to help. The breakfast buffet was lavish and very good. Lot of options were there in veg as well as non veg category. The room was quiet big and spacious. The bathroom was very neat and clean. Overall I had a very good experience. A definite recommendation.

Building looks fabulous but the greenery is almost nil. Customer service is quite bad, the manager looks unco-operative and can been seen hovering in the lobby. The reception is crowded but most of the guests are unattended. It could have been more better once the matured and highly experienced General or Resident Manager is appointed.

One of the newly reconstructed hotel with high grade services. It lost majority of this front show during the road expansion project. Then, it was demolished by Hotel management and reconstructed now. The new reconstruction is much more better, attractive and appealing that previous view. It is one of the best City Hotel of Kathmandu Valley.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and staff very nice and friendly. Good location good rates — what more is there to ask?!

Nice hotel, just started in their new building. Don't know much about the quality of rooms and comfort but the food was great, good conference facilities, new roof top bar under construction but parking facility is limited.
