It’s ok. Basic to say the least. No actual garden?! No kettles for boiling water in rooms but it’s neat and safe.

A new, well constructed, very clean and quiet complex of spacy rooms around an internal garden. Great value for money since they gave me a discounted price for 10 days. Our experience was overall very nice and we were satisfied.
Pros:
1) room cleaning service (for free every three days) and personal laundry service (for a reasonable extra cost)
2) hot water.
3) air-condition.
4) fridge.
5) office and big wordrobe.
6) great new-style building quality.
7) clean and neat with nice decoration rooms.
8) kind and helping care taker (thank you miss Dorothy 😉)
Cons:
1) They do not offer any kind of soap in the bathroom so you need to have your own. If it happens to arrive late night you will be left without basics in the bathroom.
2) after around 10:00am every morning there is some kind of very disturbing noise (blows and bangs) that seems to come from the zinc roof (not sure what it was)
3) there was a nice kitchen with spacy breakfast/dinning room but unfortunately it was not functioning so no breakfast, not even bottled water to buy.
Great overall experience.
