We booked to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights. Nocky was fast in responding to any questions we had prior to arrival. Our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was great. I will definitely stay at Hadassa again when I come up to Otjiwarongo.
If you are a foreigner looking for an oasis in the beauty of the desert, or a local looking for a quick getaway, you'll most definitely find both here. The rooms were exquisite and clean. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked well, and the pool was inviting. The place is updated, and very well secured. We often left our doors unlocked and open as we lounged at the pool, it enjoyed the amazing free breakfast. Even if the rooms were trash (which they most certainly weren't) I would still rate highly just based off of the amount of smiles and pleasantries our group received from ALL of the staff. Our group agreed that most places in the US could learn a thing or two from the wonderful Hadassa House! We are looking forward to coming here qhenevew occasion brings us around. My only negative experience was that they only took Visa cards (not uncommon), and the pool was really chilly. The rooms were clean, the shower was hot, and the free little cookies were among the great things assuring us we were going to have a fan freaking tastic vacation. You won't be disappointed.
