Friendly staff, beautiful rooms…

Been here one of our two nights here! Amazing get away from it all place. Bring binoculars for great bird watching. We’re here for what they say is one of their warmest winters. Still very cold in the late night/early morning. Staff and guides are friendly, well informed and funny. Make sure to bring good hiking shoes. One of the most unique places we’ve stayed.

Comfortable tents. Very picturesque landscape. Well marked walking trail with great views.

For climbers. The rooms (canopy tents) are spread on the hillside opposite reception and restaurant and accessed via stairs and jetties. Built-in all-wheel drive or genes from mountain goats are an advantage here. Very good guided tours.

Excellent food, helpful, welcoming and happy staff. Nestled in the hills, total privacy in our lodge and wonderful views. Guided walks (great after days in the car). Highly recommended.

Lovely lodge nestled unobtrusively in the Erongo hills. Really felt close to nature, without having to 'rough it'. Highly recommend a night or two here and go for the cave drive!

It is a luxury site lost in the middle of the Erongo mountains. The staff is lovely and each room is isolated from the rest, offering spectacular views. They also have a small pool. The restaurant fabulous to be in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom is dreamy. From here you can make several routes changing around, many free.
To access the parking you have to climb a steep stone slope for which it is imperative to drive 4x4, but you have to leave the car in the lower parking and walk to the reception to collect the luggage.

Beautiful mountainous area. Sunsets are very special. The staff are very friendly and lost of beautiful hikes that one can do around the lodge.

Very good management, friendly stuff, good food, nice rooms, but on the Game Drives you don't see any Game and it is too far away, if you want to visit the Spitzkoppe from here.

We went here to have a couple of drinks and see the sunset. The location is great, as well as the views from the restaurant. The service is amazing. I would definitely come and stay here for a night or two.

My wife and I had a wonderful time hiking and relaxing at the Erongo Wilderness Lodge. The accommodations, service, food, and the scenery were amazing. If we plan another trip to Namibia, we will certainly stay here again.

In the boulder country of the Erongo Mountains, this lodge has a bit of a flintstones feel to it. This is THE spot for Hartlaub's Francolin, one of Namibia's near endemic species, and it's a good spot for several others.

My visit was in 2008. The experience of this special part of the world was used luxurious idleness with exceptional taste and flair to a place without spoiling the original beauty. Service and ambiance, food and drinks were top notch. Beautiful, exclusive and surreal. For me a unique experience.
