For old people and disabled person, this hotel wouldn't be good. When I stayed at for many days there is no room service for like me who can't go downstairs at breakfast. Service for this one point is not really okay. After many times of asking for help, the one from reception came and sent breakfast to me. Asking for help by highlighting disability is quite bad. Thanks to the one who is from reception who helped me in person. But it would be nice if you can serve properly to the special care person, too.
It's a nice hotel. The room is quite simple, classic decor and unique bathroom. Me and my MOM lived there for six days and everything was perfect for us beside the waiters. I didn't meant all of waiters of the hotel but the waitress seemed forgetting how to act like a professional. The hotel management should add more training sessions for her, then she may aware how to gain the customer satisfaction. I will rate 4 out of 5 stars tho.
