We ate hi tea lunch set there… for me bread taste is ok but I feel cakes are so sweet and coconut podding also tastes so sweet… staff are helpful and quick service… overall, need to improve a little bit for tastes…

We had birthday party at Chinese restaurant. Food was just okay. Many varieties of Chinese cuisine. The service was so attentive. The hotel ambiance was so amazing. I like the restaurant ambiance, u will feels like retro-modern Chinese style. Our dining room was quite big and attached with WC. I like the swimming pool view. Next time I will try another restaurant there. Highly recommend to visit there. Keep it up. Thanks for service.

your hotel is international standard, so your managment team train polite and good public relation. All human are same level but some staff are not good personality. Good luck.

Nice view hotel in yangon, beautiful place and have a point view!

This place is one of the best place for Buffet in Yangon. Varieties of Foods selection. Place is clean. Good atmosphere. Lovely decoration. Staff needs to pay attention & concentrate on their work. They should keep Non-Halal (especially Pork) separate with other food. In this situation, Arab will be eat in this restaurant. Apart from that, Everything is perfect. I hope this message received to Manager and will know as per my suggestion.

New modern hotel with really good service, especially for Yangon in 2018. It's not perfect, nothing is, but the breakfast buffet really good, and the service there EXCELLENT. The views are lovely out of most of the hotel, historic Church with Golden Temples in background. You are attached to the Junction Mall so you can wander there, and see new movies on the 5th floor, all while staying cool and dry inside. You can also walk to many local restaurants, shops, etc within 5-15 minutes. We'd go back, thanks for a nice stay Team Pan Pacific.

My wedding was held on july 1st. Their service was so nice and great mainly the service of their wedding sales manager Ju Jue. She told me everything that I would need in wedding. I have called her so many times and asked for so many things but she solved problems and helped me everything and always greeted warmly. One day before wedding, I stayed one night at 2022. Made the room so messy and so many feathers were sticked on the room because of the photo and video shooting that I had made in day time. Their housekeeping had cleaned the room around midnight till dawn but these couldn't make their smile stop. Very thanks to housekeepers. I have stayed some hotels in yangon but Pan Pacific hotel secruity is the best and so secured. Their security is one of the things I feel myself confident, safe and comfortable. Floral decoration at my wedding was also elegant and made my wedding so stunning.
One of the sad thing is their wedding sales manager was not present at my wedding due to her medical appointment. If she was present, my wedding will be better & perfect than now.

Great place, recommended spacious tea, beautiful facilities, super attentive staff and exquisite food.

The view is beautiful but no one ever repairs anything in the room. There was a rubber piece that fell of the glass door in the shower and it was just left on the side for 4 out of the 7 days we were there. It seems like at the breakfast and dinner buffet that there is no supervision so you sometimes have to wait forever for staff to tend their stations. They also don't really care about dietary restrictions, so if you gave the person in charge of the noodle station chicken and noodles, dont be surprised if your bowl comes out with a huge portion of beef. The amenities are great but It's a 5 star hotel with 3 star staff with the exception of a beautiful lady called hsu leiya (she has a tattoo on her arm) and was sometimes there at breakfast. I don't know if I spelt her name correctly but she was always attentive and so kind. She was so good with our toddler and so affalable. It's a convenient and comfortable hotel, but the customer service is severely lacking.

Great staycation for my birtgday! Room is very confortable and breakfast is more than enough! And there is the best pool in Town! Thank you Pan Pacific Yangon.

Excellent location — right next to Junction City shopping mall, a few steps to Bogyoke Market, fantastic views of Shwedagon Pagoda & Yangon River. Good room, with nice high beds and comfy pillows! Just one thing — the single seater sofa isn't exactly too comfortable, and it's missing a foot rest, otherwise perfect to unwind. :D Incredibly helpful staff. Infinity pool to relax after a hot day in Yangon is a great plus. Did not get to enjoy the spa, sauna & steam room as they were still getting renovated prior to actual launch. Overall a gem!
