I entered quarantine in this hotal for 14 days. I was worried it would not work out, but this hotal did not disappoint me. Instead of thinking about the responsibilities of the hotal staff, it was very right. I have been generous in international hot thinking. I do not recommend it. The hospitality of my fellow countrymen is very satisfying. The room is spacious, well ventilated and clean. The satisfaction you get back with the money you pay does not disappoint. Choosing the dish for tomorrow is a very good plan. Thank you to all the cooks and staffs for this hotal.

Room is big, lot of space. Toilet has bathtub, plenty of towels. Breakfast is wonderful.

I'm always here when I come to Yangon because good service, clean room and friendly staff.

The only thing not great about this place is, depending on your room, the view. Everything else, including, but not limited to: room cleanliness & amenities, staff friendliness & attentiveness, quality of the breakfast, location, etc is fantastic. If I visit Yangon again, I'll definitely stay with them again. I only wish there was sparkling water in the minibar.

Best Western is located in a compact building. The room sizes are however decent but I doubt if any of the rooms offer good view of the city. My room window opened towards the back of the hotel and therefore I had it shut all the time. This could be difficult for you if you're claustrophobic. Be careful! The staff is super courteous, breakfast has a good spread like other 3-4 star hotels. Prices for in-room dining menu are also decent. Overall an average hotel. PS: Hotel offers better currency exchange rate than at the airport.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to my work as well as many eating places. The check in time is 2:00 pm and I arrived at 11:00 am. As a room was readily available, they checked me in without an extra charge. I am thankful to them. Rooms cleaned everyday. Complimentary supplies of water bottles and tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets good. Breakfast really very good. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

My colleague and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we received an upgrade of our room and the kind receptionists allowed us to check in early and to check — out later. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were most attentive to our needs and assisted in our queries. The breakfast on offer was most enjoyable and comprised of a variety of dishes. A special thank you to the F &B Manager, Mr Kyaw Swar Oo and F & B Captain, Mr Wai Yan Tan, whom also went the extra mile to oversee our needs. In general, all staff were most efficient in executing their duties. We'll definitely return to this hotel, when in Myanmar.

Good location. But if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, it gets really noisy in the morning as it's right on the main street and drivers honk a lot here in Yangon. The Windows are not double glasses. It offers the glorious Schwedagon pagoda in distance. It offers good range of free breakfast. The staff speak ok English. Room is nice and clean. Hot water does run out though. In summary happy with my stay :)

Location was excellent and walking distance to almost everything. Sits right in Chinatown where many things are happening. Staff couldn't be better. Room was a little run down and needs some upgrading. Internet was OK but could improve. It really all depends on what is important to you. The employees of the hotel couldn't be nicer and getting taxi's from this hotel is very easy. I would stay again without hesitation.

Wow we were in for a surprise at China town. Having booked this place on Make my trip we were a little apprehensive about how it would be. But take my words this place is top notch. The staffs would be the major reason we loved our stay. Good rooms, lovely food. Great breakfast. The only thing that’s missing here is the fitness center and the pool. Otherwise it’s more or less fully equipped. The place has a bar along with the restaurant. This place is situated at a very busy area called china town. Once you are inside the hotel you might not find it very cluttered.

Great location a little less.

Room was quiet and comfortable with nice, good quality bedding and shower had solid water pressure and heating. Staff were lovely with impeccable manners. Location was superb. Buffet breakfast was well catered. Price was affordable.

I don't enjoy my self at all books a hotel room with suite rooms ask for a quiet it rooms but I have very noisy rooms. Now I ask for new room so I can have a quiet room but I have to down great the rooms. I am not enjoy my self at all what I am going to do in next five nights poor me. The staff is lovely the breakfast is very nice but not the room for hotel.

I booked 3 premium exclusive rooms for 2 nights. All of us are so impressive for staff service. Room are very clean and tidy. We are so happy for view of Shwedagon Pagoda. Breakfast is perfect especially service, egg station and dessert. Staffs are so impressive. We surely come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, all very clean and tidy. It is located in a good place in Yangon. Both breakfast and lunch are pretty good. The staff was very friendly.

We had a suite so lots of space and an internal bathroom with window into the bedroom. This internal window has an electric blind that you can raise for a big reveal to your partner. We had a view of the Shwedagon pagoda which was a bonus. Barthroom was clean and modern but room fixtures were a little old and dated. Breakfast was varied each day and there was loads of choice and good quality. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Bed was comfy and big. For the price, Id give it 5star if the room was updated and the second lift was functional and if there was a pool. Location is great if u want downtown hustle and bustle not if you want to be in more upmarket location.

My kids (12, 4, 8) and I stayed here for one night in an Executive double suite with an extra bed. We were greeted with an excellent view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Room was clean and spacious enough, even with an extra bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us the use of a room for a quick shower even after we checked out as we were taking late buses. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with a lot of options. Location was in walking distance of the circular train and a short taxi ride to Shwedagon Pagoda. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Cons: You have to climb a few steps to get to the lift.

Awesome hotel and staff are warm and friendly. Speak decent English too. Toilet and bed are super clean.

It took long to get the hotel from the airport because of all the traffic but the hotel is located in a great location in Chinatown. Staff were attentive and service was excellent. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Mixed of western and local food.

Busy and crowded hotel in Downtown of Yangon. Small rooms but nicely maintained. Good staff and service.

Location of the hotel is just nice. You can go to attraction in a short time. There is a convenient stop next to the hotel. Some of the rooms are small and overall rooms cleaniness was very good. Internet was consistent and has good speed. Cable TV comes with variety TV programs. The breakfast was decent too. The overall service was very good. The only neg feedback is the lift. They only have one lift operating which sometime it takes abit of waiting time.

Attentive service, small but well furnished, clean rooms. Beds a touch short for tall folks. Good for short stays. A 5 min walk to bustling open air street markets of Chinatown.

Surprisingly clean, well-serviced, friendly hotel in bustling Chinatown. A/C, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV work very well. Breakfast buffet is satisfying, fresh juices along with local dishes and made-to-order omelettes. I've passed through corridor for quick glance at the basic rooms; yes, they can be rather tiny. Suggest you spend the US$5 or so to get upgraded room. My king bedroom on 7th floor has wonderful view on the Shwedagon Pagoda, and an obscenely well done bathroom. Street noise constant — day & night — but not too bothersome for me.

Very good hotel. It is located in the middle of China Town, far from the Yangon International Airport. So, it takes one hour and Kyat 10, 000 to arrive/depart, but easy way for a taxi driver to go and good for you to shopping. Food is very good, and my friend I recommended the hotel said so too.

We stayed in the junior suite. It was comfortable, spacious and up to the quality expected of its name. The window looked out over the main street and had great views of the city and golden stupas. The bathroom was to die for. Perfect water pressure in the shower and the bath tub was deep enough to drown someone in. But I won't go into that here. Don't miss out on the buffet breakfast! Delicious. And of course the staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous.

Good and central location with local restaurants nearby. Best to eat with the locals on the street. Staff very very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was super delicious. Room was clean and everything worked. Very good value for money.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable. The staff are really nice. Air con in the room is really good which is important for a city that gets so hot every day.
