You have to experience this place, it’s the most friendly place I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and the location is awesome. Great food, tasty drinks and you’ll get a good night sleep hearing the ocean outside your porch.

Large suite room, friendly staffs, beach view is nice, breakfast is good, every night complementary snack is delicious but I would like to suggest to serve the fruits for complimentary snack at night. But we love your hotel and definitely will come back to you again.

I gave good rating 7 years ago on TripAdvisor when I was here first time and now hotel is getting better. Despite I myself was a tough and difficult guest, everyone showed their patient and fulfilled my requests in reasonable manners. When I met someone who could be in charge of their hotel assuming their boss, I was stunned to find out it was rather their CEO of the amazing hotel group as their boss is quite polite and humble. When I was asked my opinions, my simple feedback is that please try to maintain status quo, literally I could not expect better than what I just experienced by myself. Naturally hotel is located in best part of the beach and their service is satisfying despite prices are not economical due to supplies and demands ration.

Good foods, services, pleasant sea view and nice accommodation. Its real amazing.

We stayed on the duration of 12 to 15 September, 2019. Our room type is direct sea view deluxe. I highly recomm this hotel because the rooms are wide and well-furnished. The staff are very hospitable and polite. The food they served are very good.

There is only calm and silence except sound of waves. Good for person to escape from urban life for a moment.

Amazing is amazing. Woo, We group stayed there for 3nights. Great and helpful staffs and rooms are amazing. They provide substainable environment. Very less plastic materials are provided. The swimming pool is great. We feel that the srevice they give is very helpful for us. The food is great. For me, I like the traditional Rakhine Moh Ti very much.

Amazing Ngapali Resort is really amazing for me.
I really love this place.

Stayed at amazing ngapali resort from 14th to 16th dec 2018. The room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, both traditional and European. One thing I surprised was that they cared every detail of their customers. We paid full payment before we arrived and got receipt from the HO. At that time we didn’t received that duty stamp on the receipt even we paid for consumer tax and we asked about that. They replied that we will get it from the resort when we check out. Until we checked out, we haven’t receive it yet. I was satisfied with their facilities, so I didn’t ask them about it, but I was told that thing to my husband. Maybe they just heard what I said, they came, even passed the immigration to us when were at the airport and give the duty stamp. At that time, but we did not even received the receipt yet so we asked them to send the receipt with the duty stamp via viber and we are looking forward to receive it.

I expected a lot from this hotel but ended up a little bit disappointing because a breakfast menu was minimal. This brand is popular among local travelers because of its customer service.

Value for money, friendly staffs, good local Rakhine foods, peaceful and quiet.

We just arrived to Ngapali and we was looking for a beach front resort to stay for a week, this looks like a beautiful place. First we jumped to swim in the ocean and then we sit under the tree shade to dry and enjoy the beach. One lady who work here came to tell us we have to move to the public beach (full of garbage), that we couldn't sit there, that we have to stay behind the black wall they build, so the customers don't see people like us, when I told her we was looking for a place to stay, she told me that the hotel cost more than $500 dollars at night, so I can't stay there because she asume we couldn't afford that. We felt very humiliated and denigrated, she was so rude and unpolite. So sad to see how Myanmar people become because the tourism. Finally we found another beach front resort and enjoy our week in Ngapali Beach.

This hotel really was AMAZING and one of the best we've been to anywhere in the world. It is not fancy and high-end,. But just simple and understated. And that is the sheer beauty of it! You get picked up from the airport in an awesome old-skool bus and that's where your holiday begins. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they looked after us so well and greeted us with the warmest of smiles! If you can, I would HIGHLY recommend booking one of beachfront villas. There are few pleasures in life better than waking up each morning and being able to walk straight out onto the sandy beach! The villa rooms are not modern, but this makes them charming and they are very comfortable. Massive queen sized bed for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful — we definitely put on a few pounds during our stay. The hotel restaurant can seem expensive if you look at the main a la carte menu but ask for the Asian / local menu. This is much cheaper and similar prices to tyke local restaurants, plus good quality. If you want a change of scene, there are 2 good restaurants nearby, within walking distance of the hotel. Plus there is a shop for buying water and snacks, also within walking distance. The hotel grounds are so pretty — lovely green gardens and wooden walkways and buildings. It felt so tranquil. But the highlight of the stay is that incredible beach. Such a quiet one and stunning golden sand with blue waters. This is what we came for!

Amazing Ngapali Resort is really amazing. Their customer service is wonderful. We have enjoyed our honeymoon with their honeymoon package.

Quiet, cozy, family friendly. Away from crowd. Nice huts for tanning Nice beach. No rocks. Clear n clean water. Friendlý staff. Seaview deluxe or beach front villa have the greatest view.

Service is the best. Every staff is very friendly and warm. Rooms are well decorated with traditional materials and so comfort to stay and relax. Breakfast is extraordinary and other amenities supported from hotel make us satisfied. Beautiful green landscaping. Had a great vacation there. Love this.

Wonderful resort at Ngapali Beach. Many of suites have a great view and conveniently located on the beach. The little touches also make this a nice resort. Has a great restaurant with stunning beach and pool view. Dinner and sunset viewing is excellent.

Amazing place, perfect beach, great breakfasts and friendly stuff (yes not everyone speaks English well but comparing other places in Myanmar it was OK). Hotel restaurant is very good, but if you go outside the hotel you could eat for half price. Hotel provides nice service (bringing soft drinks to the beach, making up your bed in the evening etc :) We were absolutely satisfied with our staying there.

Very good restaurant with good prices. Well located hotel just 10 mn far from the airport. But not noisy … You can enjoy a wonderful sunset on the beach. Staff is not really fluent in english but very smilling and helpful. Very nice place to relax.

Great find, would return as you will not find a beach as beautiful and deserted as this… hotel staff very attentive… accommodation elegant and simple albeit a little, not much, tired… gardens immaculate… exquisite cuisine … what more could you ask?

This resort is a fantastic place with a fantastic people. Every thing is at your place. But Breakfast without a good fresh fruits. Only watermelon melon and pineapple without taste. This is the land of mango orange bananas dragon fruit… nothing. And if you want 1 glass of water during the day on the beach you must pay, also if you spend $170/day … incredible.

So Lala. Location is really nice but our room were very old and heavily refurbished. It reeked terribly of anything. We complained accordingly and the staff made a great effort. It was generally very friendly and helpful. They also received many gifts and amenities. That was very nice. Unfortunately, there is no good top management. Fährader defective, lying defective etc. — many small things that would not have to be if it were well organized. A hotel manager who hides in front of the guests. Not good at all. Unfortunately failed. I'm sorry for the nice staff. 3 stars because it was too expensive for it 160 €/night. Wouldn't go back.

We ate here for lunch. Food was good with friendly staff. The decor was a slightly dated and didn't seem congruous with the look of the villas and pool area. Pool looked quite small but excellent beach location and quiet.

One of the best beach in Myanmar.

Good and delicious meal together with spacious comfortable sea view room brings wonderful delight. Despite some issues with one of the staff probably due to misunderstanding, it's a good place to stay and enjoy the beauty of bay of bengal, ngapali. I suggest they should treat local visitors and foreigners equally.

The hotel is a little run down and bare bones but the beach is fantastic. There should be service (i. E. Drinks) on the beach.

Wonderful warm waters of Bay of Bengal, with charming fishing village nearby.
