Not noise proof.
Housekeeping staff were careless and there was communication gap between front desk and housekeeper.

The dining area is located in top floor. In the morning, you can see the top view of Mandalay.
It’s my 2nd visit there on January 15. My room 705 was on the 7th floor. Room was not very clean due to urine smell from the toilet and many dirt on the floor. Some floor were renovating in process, so many wall putty powder on the elevator floor. Top floor ceiling was covered with white plastic sheets. Actually hotel management was interested only massage service and other. It’s not suitable for family.

Hotel service was good but payment was pickpocketing. Didn't expect credit card and not cash dollar just Myanmar money and changing it very low if you have Myanmar money didn't expect it.
