Nice reasonably priced welcome for dinner we discovered a restaurant close to
the hotel up the avenue. Restaurant 3.0 meats and salad a delight. Establishment run by French. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful moment of relaxation.

We were very much looking forward to this restaurant and the first impressions certainly didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere is fabulous! Unfortunately the food was mediocre we had Gould much better in some of the restaurants of the old quarter (Dar Rbatia is amazing! ). The service was also poor with the staff disinterested and inattentive. While I would recommend for the experience of the venue — the average food and poor service would prevent us from returning…

Very nice luxury hotel with a very pronounced Arab-Mediterranean cachet but a lot of modernity in terms of comfort and services. The indoor garden is a small wonder, the service is professional and courteous, the kitchen is at the top. Prices are normal for this type of 5-star establishment. If you want to meet stars, this is the place.

Great hotel facility with crappy staff. Front desk staff unable to solve bad noise problems in the rooms of some of our group, so bad it prevented sleeping. They were unable to provide coin change for bills so we would have coins for toilets as we toured (90% require payment to an attendant to enter and many require payment for the toilet tissue. Not expensive, but ubiquitous). The only reason I didn't give 2 stars is because the food and buffets are top notch.

It is a typical, luxury place with good menu, good food and excellent service. All Moroccan dishes available.

Very old but historic palace. I never stay there again. Elevators like scary.

Fantastic New Year's Eve dinner.

Big renovation now across the street, noisy times but good beds and location. Gym Is a joke.

Visited at a time when the spa was under construction. Rooms were small but well appointed. Wifi was slow, and restaurant was outrageously expensive given the price of similar great restaurants a stone's throw away. In the bar/restaurant, local morrocan beer is 80dh a bottle, the equivalent of 8 dollars. This seemed quite high considering the hotel bar across the street has local beer for 35dh. Breakfast was around 30 dollars, but there are other less expensive options very close to the hotel. Bathroom was very nice, great shower with good water pressure and nice hot water. Bed was hard the first night but I grew accustomed to it quickly. Hotel staff is very kind and hospitable.

Hotel was amazingly beautiful, various selections provided for breakfast. However, as for staff/ employees that were on duty, it is recommended to put a 'smile' when you are at work. I noticed several staff had portray unpleasant appearance when dealing with guests (during breakfast). Front desk staff were amazing as well as the meet & greet team.

The service was very good but the rooms with a cigar smell and the bed I touched was broken from the base, I was moved 2 times in a room.

Convenient hotel for my business trip and touristing to the old city and Medina.

Nice hotel, very nice staff, close too the medina and and city center and as well to rabats beach. Walking distance to tram taxi restaurants and grocery store. Ice pool /garden and good security presence at all time of day!

Company put us up here for a few nights on business. Very nice hotel. Good security. Front desk staff spoke some English but most employees were limited to Arabic and French. Had dinner in the "authentic Moroccan" restaurant first night and enjoyed it. Rooms are quite nice. Would gladly stay here again.

See will find that fools in this hotel from the boss to the small employee.

Its splendid… and hospitality is their thing… love it…

A truly superb gem in the heart of Rabat. A short walk or taxi ride to the Tour Hassan, Medina, tram and train station, it is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. You could easily come to Rabat and never want to leave this hotel! The rooms are large and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is abundant. The restaurants are exquisite. The Arabic restaurant has huge portions but our favorite was the French restaurant, Le Brasserie. Le Brasserie prepared delightful offerings of fish and beef and the staff was most attentive. The hotel includes a gym and a spa. The pool sits in the middle of a beautifully maintained courtyard. Security is vigilant but discreet and unobtrusive. Wi-Fi was omnipresent and fast. In general the staff was very friendly and attentive.
