I seriously injured my shoulder and ankle (sprains with lingering muscle pain/reduced mobility, large bruise on my leg — leading to lost work time and a lot of pain) when leaving the hotel due to negligence in maintaining the front steps during rain. Five weeks later, the hotel HAS NOT properly apologised, responded to my complaint, or notified me of any further action they have taken to improve the safety of their front steps. Contacting the hotel is like contacting a brick wall and I am truly appalled at the lack of professionalism or care for guests' safety and comfort.
