The new rooms look amazing but the old ones are shity…. I made the mistake to take a cheap old one….

Very cool and nice people at the reception I would like to mention Rachid for his patience with client polite as well as Fatima zahera and Ithmane on the phone for reservations. The manager very cool kind person's, people at the restaurant very sympathetic. I recommend the hotel.

I booked two nights but had to leave after one. The hotel was extremely noisy—there was shouting, early morning cleaning staff yelling, and construction going on. I couldn’t do my business meeting because of the constant noise. When I complained, the receptionist was incredibly rude—he answered a phone call mid-conversation and said, “What do you want right now? ” without even listening. He offered to change my room, but the whole place was chaotic. Hot water didn’t work properly, and the filtered water tasted salty. Terrible experience—I don’t recommend it all.
Really not worth the price, I'm still angry because of the treatment that I've received, this happened on April 23, not over this yet :)
Let's add to that that even the owner is rude, who the hell you think you are to adress me this way? I didn't asked for my money back I just complain it's called feedback, grow up dude.
