It's a very great hotel, in which you will be so satisfied, they are near to the train station, They have good services and workers.

Really like this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean. It has the perfect location for travellers as it is right next to the train station in the new part of town. It is also a short taxi ride from the medina and the shopping mall. The rooms are basic bit that is reflected in the low price. There is a variety for breakfast although they could do with offering more on the menu for other meals. Remember if you're a foreigner not to eat the salad as it is washed in local water. I have been caught out by this. The pool is very refreshing in the summer and you can lay on loungers beside it.

Great location for travel outside the city (next to the train station), and a few minutes' taxi from the medina. The rooms comfortable and clean, beautiful breakfast by the pool, in the company of a couple of peacocks.

It’s a very nice hotel everything thing is good especially the pool and the restaurant I really love to be there it’s such a great place.

Hotel ibis de Fes is fabulous; in its vast garden with extraordinary palm trees and different trees and plants and flowers … this time we find more and more kinds of birds crowned by peacocks, this really attracts the attention of visitors to places; and this proves that the management manages with a strategic view of hotel tourism. Good luck the hotel getting better and better.

Very clean the very helpful employee always above and beyond thank you for all the help very appreciated the location is great at the city center transportation at the door shopping restaurants just walking distance.

The hotel is clean and cosy. Breakfast was small and very limited however the receptionists were helpful. This hotel is great for a 1-2 night stay but if you're planning to stay longer, this might not be so good.

Nice, clean and cozy place. Practically next to the train station, great for those who want to travel for a few trips in the nearby cities. Quiet area and close to the shopping centre Borj Fez.

This hotel is a shame. We had to wait 30 minutes in the reception hall before we were taken to our room. This one was small, and in very poor condition (huge tasks on the floor, cracked walls, furniture in very poor condition), the toilet and the bathroom are not clean. I had an important meeting by WebEx, but their Wi-Fi was low and kept cutting, impossible to work. We had no towels in our rooms, and had to call 2 times the front desk and wait for 1h to get it. The staff were very rude and friendly.
We spent two nights at IBIS budget. It is 2 times cheaper, the rooms better quality, and the staff nicer. I recommend going there rather than losing his money here.

It got 4 stars because it is smack dab next to the train station (no taxi hassle required). Other than the location the property itself is pretty blah and overpriced. I heard the breakfast was ok, but I did not have anything other than coffee. The pool looked nice and well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful. I just think for that price, some updates would be good.

Hotel meet what is paid for (though maybe if I pay a bit more, I can get Riad hotel). Great location next to train station. But petit taxi is charging MAD20 to go to Medina due to this. Room is more spacious than Ibis hotel Marrakech (Gare de Marrakech).

Good but they did not have the rooming with the rooms allocated. There are only doubles!

The worst thing is that there is no lift and you have to upload the suitcases as porters the room is not bad but it is like all the hotels in Tangier between the streets and everything is a bit crappy. The Hall is very beautiful.

Good hotel for small stays with good quality service and restoration. Only downside: The acoustic insulation of the room side station which lets the sounds of the street, the horns, the numerous taxis and the wheels of the suitcases on the forecourt of the station.

A very well located hotel if you are going out or arriving by train to Fez as it is 1 min from the station. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the price although elevated for the area is quite reasonable. The hotel has a cafeteria and a very nice pool. But the prices of the cafeteria very high. It cost Me a coffee 2e. Very attentive service.

I have to say of this hotel that the location is very good the friendliness of its exquisite staff the normal room enough but don't even think about hiring breakfast they charge a high price and the truth that leaves a lot to be desired after having had breakfast with those Delicious breakfast that you put in any normal and current accommodation in Morocco.

Simples Business Hotel. Very friendly reception, which was always staffed in pairs, even at 4 o 'clock at night! The hotel has a small garden and a pool, which we were unfortunately unable to use due to the weather.

My stay at ibis fes was very comfortable, the hotel is well placed, near the city center. The staff are very helpful and nice, always smiling, I enjoyed every bit of time I spent there and every bite of food I ate, the dishes were awesome. i would like to thank the whole team for their services and their kindness.

The hotel is well located near the train station and taxis. We recieved excellent service from Nisrine at the front desk. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

As always my experience was so unique in Ibis hotel in Fez. The gastronomic food and Moroccan hospitality mixed with French atmosphere. cheers to the employees that made me feel like home and feel well in front of my foreign guests.

Good level. The location is very convenient because it allows you to stay outside the chaos of the medina but it is easily accessible with petit taxis that stop right dsvanti l! Hotel Dirt!

Clean hotel, welcome… The only point to complain about is the closing of the pool at 6:30 pm!

Alcohol is expensive, pool is decent enough. Beds very comfortable good hotel for staying near the airport taxi right outside.

What a bad hotel, very bad staff, rude manger and not helpful unless you are a European, they are doing their best for you. First time it was bad so thought now I can not happen for the 2nd time but 2nd time really bad. Room are not Ibis worthy, cleaning also very bad, bathroom a lot of mold both the first time and the last time. If you go for an Ibis hotel then take on the Ibis budget, very friendly people and helpful, hotel is newer.

Very convenient location close to train station. Nice but tiny rooms, the breakfast was nothing great but the outdoor pool with the palmtrees really great!

What more could you want in a budget hotel… nice bar and restaurant, tasty food and a pool with a very large beautiful garden. Absolute luxury for a three star hotel. I really want to give it five stars but… If you are staying in Fes and travelling by train this is paradise!

To be a 3-star hotel is expensive, and the room I have given out all are a disaster, fatal cleaning had hairs in the bathroom and the bed and the receptionist was very bad and certainly have no single bath shampoo gel is what I told the receptionist. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable bed, air conditioner worked, towels changed every day, staff polite and helpful. The room was bad, never fully protërli table and chair so was forgotten, as well as part of Cabinet shelves with a thick layer of dust. All the time in the bathroom smelled of sewage.

A wonderful clean, fresh room for a very reasonable price.
