Prices are way to high compared to what is given. Excessif prices when it comes to small services: cutting my birthday cake has cost me 40dhs x 7 pieces = 280 dhs.

A fabulous hotel with stunning views, modern function and style and superior service for Morocco.

Nice amenities but crappy staff. Good group hotel for the area as large group hotels are limited.

Five-star hotel, the price is five stars, is the most anticipated but also the most disappointing accommodation on the Moroccan journey. By the hotel personnel without permission to open the door two times, after check-in because of the counter to the wrong room requirements, hotel staff professional training and etiquette to be strengthened.

Hotel is very nice BUT make sure to ask for a room that is not facing the rubbish area!

Small and inconvenient hotel to a traveller like me. Unneeded fancy and small.

A very chic palace in the heart of Fez, very well located, attentive staff. The architecture is resolutely contemporary, notwithstanding an arcade with arches adorned with sheers on the ground floor. An infinity pool, medium to modest, invites you to relax. The bar is vast and the new direction animates it with an excellent group of musicians, but the music a little loud does not facilitate the discussions. Two restaurants and Sundays a poolside brunch.

The apostles have a gorgeous appearance, the internal staff quality is lacking. The hotel, which was supposed to be the most anticipated, became the most unhappy memory. The interior of the hotel for the internal negligence problem processing ability and attitude of the unprecedented difference, completely not in line with the hotel itself touted the "five-star" pattern. Especially that day I was sick hanging do not disturb the card in front of the door, the hotel staff actually opened my door two times in front of me! Extremely free from privacy and politeness.

The hotel is well-styled but lacks parking.

Sunday brunch is amazing. All you can eat, wonderful assortment of delicious Moroccan dishes. You'd be hard pressed not to find your favourite Morrocan dish amongst them.

Wonderful hotel in the decoration both typical and modern. Magnificent view on the city from the infinity pool. Staff very pleasant and available.

If you are into hotels this is probably the best hotel in Fes. They also have an amazing Riad called Riad Fes. The view is unforgettable specially when you are swimming in their Infiniti pool. We had a great experience while staying at this hotel. It’s beautifully built and worth every penny.

Stunning modern hotel in the oldest city of Morocco. Great food if you want a break from tajine. Great spot to watch the sunset.

Unfriendliness meets incompetence
In spite of reservation no car entrance to check in at the hotel is possible. You will be directed to a gravel car park away from the hotel. It was only after discussions that this was possible. But I had to put away the hats that were blocking the way. The staff just watched, madness!
If you want to use the Mini bar (contents: Cola and water) a deposit of €200 must be stored! We have omitted!
The pool service is looking for in vain. There are plenty of dirty dishes around the pool.
The beautiful view of the old town of Fez (according to the Internet), is in reality the view of a huge prison-like building. (I'll set a photo once).
We could continue to report endlessly…
The only positive was the breakfast and that only on the second day. We were also early and were almost the only guests, wanted to stop quickly.
Already on the day of our arrival we wanted to leave again, but could not rebook the next hotel. So we had to spend 2 full days here!

This is by far the best hotel I have found in fes. Desent menu. Lovely pool and deck. Beautiful view of the city. By far the best place to go on a date.

This is most certainly the place to be in Fez! I strongly recommend it.

Very poor quality of reception; the Manager speaks in a very moved dealing with an elderly woman of terrorist (who at the same time is the mother of the bride who came spent the wedding night).

Hotel with architecture breathtaking, a location looking on views of the medina and impeccable service. This hotel is a staple of the city combining modernity and history, and where refinement is to go.
I highly recommend it for a stay with friends or family, as well as his Givenchy, its rooftop spa and two restaurants on-site.

It is true that, in terms of the form, the hotel is very chic but service-side… waaaaaaaawwwww… a calvaries.

Definitely the fanciest place in Fez. The kitchen is a true delight the view is magical sets sumptuous, refined… in short we must experience it to understand. Kudos to the Cook for my delicious meal and to the whole team. Fans and fan of precious pearls is an address it takes absolutely note in Fez.
