We stayed between 05-08.08. An amazing stay it was. We were welcomed with rakija, coffee and and a homemade cake. At the end of the stay we got some lovely doughnuts.

The hotel is newly renovated and they added more apartments you have many choices from average price to high price and luxury apartments.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful – a truly welcoming host. The place is cozy and peaceful, with a beautiful garden, shaded parking, clean drinking water, and everything was spotless!

Perfect for a family holiday, apartment had everything you need, clean modern and spacious. Owner and staff were very friendly and great hospitality.

Location is really nice, the beach and water is close. Apartments are well equipped, rooms are clean. The only downside is that the place requires to go up stairs so it is not for everyone.

It was one of my best decisions to book la mer beach residence, the view from the room and apartment is amazing and spectacular, we had our own private beach, the road is very narrow to reach here

If you are visiting ulcinj, I totally recommend this hotel, super clean, the staff is 10/10, they even did extra stuff for us which they didn't have to, so that means a lot.

During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very

For me, the most important thing when it comes to accommodation is that the hosts are nice, because I know that if they are, everything else will be great.
