Review of Hostel Cent 3*

The most rudest hostel ever! My things got stolen from the room. I asked to change the room and they said no. Some girl in the reception said it’s too much hassle to do it. Also, they didnt let me to cancel the booking cause it’s too much hassle for that girl cause she was busy scrolling on her phone. She told me if I don’t like it I can leave. So. I booked another hostel but I kept the keys for the room to go back in morning time. Then there was another rude girl in the reception who took off my keys and said that I can’t go in the room cause I didn’t stay there. Finally I got to go to my room with another worker. When I left I wanted to talk about what happened. They just kept being so rude and talking and laughing in their language. When I asked that don’t they speakEnglish? Then they told me I’m rude. They told me to relax and said who cares about the things that got stolen. Also, they have cancelled my booking so I can’t leave them a bad review on Hostelworld. Hostel room have no locks and there are no cctv cameras. It’s 21 century and any normal place would have cameras for safety. If you are staying in Kotor go to Old Town Hostel. They are super nice and friendly and have an awesome atmosphere with lots of great people. I would avoid hostel centrum like plague. It’s sad that they don’t understand the basics of customer service. One girl even said she don’t care that things got stolen. They are really arrogant and rude and they don’t care about their guests. Never ever go that place unless you want crap treatment from rude girls and a boy. It’s disgusting place.
