A basic room, but a very kind and lovely old Lady who runs it. I believe it is worth supporting these original residents in the face of the rampant commercialisation of Virpazar.

Great experience here! My friend and I turned up without a booking after our other accommodation was cancelled that morning. They were very accommodating and had a room ready for us in 5 minutes.

Everything was super, exemplary cleanliness in the common areas, but especially in the rooms (I had two). Daily maintenance, towels changed and every three days all the bed linen.

These are no real Appartments. These are more likely bigger Hotelrooms with cooking opportunity. But as such ok for the price. All clean with nice terrace. Wi-Fi very good.

Highly recommended! The place is cozy, well-organized, and very comfortable.

The apartments are modern, comfortable, and of very good quality. The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant was a highlight of our trip.

Great small hotel near sutomar and bar. We stayed here one night and enjoyed the afternoon sun with some nice swimming in the sea.

We spent wonderful two weeks in Montenegro, staying the entire time at Hotel Velkom.

We stayed 3 night in July 2025.
Rooms was clean and spacious.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast in the beach is great!
There was a free parking spot next to the hotel.

Outstanding in every detail! And a very good value for the money as well. Very large and clean rooms, well appointed. Shower is adequate size and bathroom is really convenient.

It's nice, modern place however walls are super thin and toilet is making a lot of weird noises (if you have light sleep bring some earplugs). I really liked big tarrace on the roof.

This is another year where we spend our holidays in Montenegro, in Utieha, in Villa Perla. The owners host us wonderfully, we feel as if we were coming here to the Family.

I highly recommend Apartments Aleksic. There is a nice atmosphere here. The owner speaks English, so the language barrier is not a problem. The rooms are clean and spacious.
