The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is an excellent hotel with an incredible view to the Gulf of Mexico, excellent treatment and friendliness at affordable costs, not to mention its magnificent people around it, it has an outdoor pool ideal to have a good time, its rooms are simple but very Cosy, always very well served and clean has an event hall and a buffet restaurant.

In location well, price too. The pool was nice and comfortable. How unpleasant it was that room 113 gave off a bad smell from its drainage. Ask for another room.

Air conditioning worked great. Beds were really comfy. Great price. Cleaned everything night.

Very good place, practically opposite the beach Villa del Mar, is clean, the rooms are a little small, there are rooms with balcony with sea view (excellent view) and above all a very affordable price.

The hotel is newly refurbished its facilities super clean a nice pool and all its staff very friendly of the recommend I hope to return soon.

It is a hotel with good location to the beach but some rooms are not at 100 not close the bathroom doors and service and treatment to the customer for my taste leaves a lot Q and q lover of excellent service, but good price is good.

Me agradó el cuarto, sólo un poco de inconveniente con el Wi-Fi y el agua caliente, pero de ahí en fuera tienen un buen servicio.

I liked it it has a 5 foot pool. The rooms are small but it's ok. You pay $70.00 a day pretty good actually. I give it 4 stars.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good Services. Pool Restaurant. All well only the Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired but. I love this place.

Although it was in remodeling, the service was excellent, comfortable rooms, overlooking the sea, and very close to the beach, very accessible for wherever you want to go for a walk. The Maids are very friendly, nice place to rest. The Clean pool at a height to enjoy with family.

Buen servicio con vista al mar.

Good: the beds are excellent, really let you rest.
Bad: They didn't have internet page and much less that it had made my reservation.
I do not want to be treated as a King but they should improve the attitude of service at reception, it seems that you matter them give a damn about my interest in staying with them.

Pretty on the outside but simple travelogue, the bathroom has no door shower Division.

The hotel is OK but most of the q people work there does not care as I would like to.

Quite acceptable. It is not perfect but is pretty good. Hot Water, air conditioning, swimming pool, 50 inch tv, cleaning service, affordable prices, Restaurant execelte mere aladito.

Horrible, we did a recervacion of urgency and they gave us a room dreadful, full of moisture, the doors stick, the bathroom does not close, the weather doesn't change of temperature and no phone line. I would not recommend it for anything. In addition to ell hotel is a maze. : (.

It was good. The water of the pool was very warm.

Arriving from Veracruz very good my stay the hotel clean, good service, good location. Little bit of moisture, but to be honest since I arrived at the port I saw that smell the truth all too well.

Regular. Bad: poor care at the reception. Badly neat rooms, broken furniture. In the room that I had water came under the cancel and was flooded a part of bath. Good: quiet, on the boulevard and very soft beds. It has parking. Pool. Restaurant. Very affordable price.

Unfortunately I stay for 3 days and I was in my room, stolen by the maid in combination with another worker, and did not have support from the Spanish Manager, since he let me with the problem of theft by going to your appointment at the beauty salon! Request to show me the video camera which is located on the Hall where was my room and gave the chance that that camera not Serbian, so I had no support. And not compliant with the money from the wallet emptied me my credit card, which by the way had already been reported at the time to the Bank.
For me there is nothing advisable, since it was a very bad deal and no security because apart the doors will not close well, since they are of old wood.
