I am very disappointed! Rooms are supposed to be ready at three and they have me waiting until 5! Still don't know if they will be ready on time… What kind of place gives you only one key for 5 people! Disappointed and beyond!
I know reception is not responsible for those issued. Something should be done!

One star is too much for this place. Came to Mazatlan and the city did not disappoint. However the same could not be said for this resort. Food was completely unacceptable. Elevators constantly broken down and their attempts to assist you amid this situation is a joke. Constantly going up and down 10 flights of stairs is no way to vacation. Be aware. Much better options nearby.
