Poor service, bad attention at reception do not book here I do not recommend them.
The staff has no customer service at all.
The restaurant does not have the capacity for guests to wait hours for breakfast.

Very bad service from the hotel people, they made you faces.
On two occasions they blocked our access card to the room and reluctantly went up to open you up.
They didn't do the rooms until very late and you had to go to the reception to say and apart they didn't clean well, they beat everything under the beds.
They never had pool towels.
I don't recommend it.

It is the worst hotel where we have stayed, lousy service of its staff the only friendly is the buttons, the rooms do not clean them until low to say they clean it, they never have towels for the pool, the breakfast always the same, and they attend you with a jetota as if they gave you things, we were staying 8 days and it was the worst the attention received we will never return to that hotel.

A comfortable, affordable, very clean I recommend it widely.

Clean hotel, new facilities and in perfect condition. I'm a little more than disenchanted at the end. After check-out we leave our bags at the concierge and enjoy a little more of the pool and the sea. Before leaving we decided to go to lunch and asked a young man at reception if I could put a backpack (red, with the hotel logo) next to our other suitcases to which he replied that it was not necessary, they would keep it to me at reception and give it to me on my return (I saw, along with two of my sisters as such a backpack was stored in one of the doors of the counter). When we return from lunch we request our belongings and in the rush of the farewells we forget the red backpack (with our wet bathing suits). A few hours later I realized the oblivion and spoke to the hotel… Ob surprise! The backpack isn't on the counter and I wasn't able to give her reasons suggesting I call tomorrow from 9 o'm with the housekeeper. How the housekeeper can know something that was not forgotten in the room but was entrusted directly to the front desk staff?! Anyway, tomorrow my sister will take a walk at 9:00 to ask personally, I would be very grateful if this would be solved as it should be… Small details like these are the ones that count.

The facilities are very nice a quite place for vacation, the pool is very good. At the reception you lack kindness. Don't have hot water, only luke warm.

Great view right on the beach… must try the margaritas…

I loved absolutely everything! They just lack a bit of atmosphere in the bar area! That is all! Unforgettable holidays! I loved my room!

If something happens they look for how to remedy it without a doubt it is worth going :)

Rooms are small, no room in bathroom for essentials, and no closet for clothes! No restrictions on noisy guests even when security was called. View was great though.

The ocean view hotel is a nice place. The people who work there are very funny people.
