I came with my girlfriend for a quick overnight stay. The location is great located on the quiet end of the Tulum Beach road. However the rooms were very disappointing and needed deeper cleaning. Stains all over the bathroom, showers, beds and curtains in the room we stayed at on the 1st floor and pool was dirty upon arrival. My 1st stay last year was much cleaner. Hope they can improve because it's a great location and nice sunset view over the jungle.
This place is a paradise! Very minimalistic and bohemian vibe. Very convenient location walking distance to cute shops and beach clubs. Not very kid friendly area. Must try Loco food spot right outside. Also the rooms come shared kitchen on the roof and a pool. The view of the starts on the roof was mesmerizing. Host was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

Nicholas was amazing! I was here during hurricane Beryl. He made sure I was safely evacuated to downtown at another hotel and made it hassle free. Additionally he kept great contact with me especially after the hurricane to make sure all my needs were met even when I wasn’t staying at Sunset. The rooms were clean, bed was very comfy, the rooftop was incredible for the sunsets. Additionally you get free access to a beach club across the street which is a quick walk. You can hangout there or use it to access the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. As others have mentioned the property is quiet as it is at the end of the beach zone. All in all would definitely stay here again.
