A great hotel. Staff were fantastic. Service was brilliant. Because there are only 17 rooms it always feels like you have the place to yourself. Its in the quieter area of Tulum, which we really likes. Walked to Kitchen Table for dinner. Which was about 5 minutes and really good.

Our second trip to Mi Amor was just as amazing as the first. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The setting is idyllic and with the small number of rooms only for adult guests it is quiet and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

After reading all the reviews of Mi Amor, we decided to book a 5-night stay. We had an exceptional stay. All the descriptions made by others are spot on. The staff is wonderful, the hotel’s restaurant is great (food, drinks & service, ) the rooms & grounds are well and constantly maintained and appointed. If there is one minor drawback it is the lack of a sandy beach on the property. That said, the public beach is a 5-minute walk. On the other hand the waterfront cabanas are wonderful and peaceful. We look forward to returning!

This place is just a bad joke. It is an expensive place so you expect to get what you pay for. I get in, it is 14h, not more than 8 guests. There are free tables in the deck, to which I am refused access because I am not a guest of the hotel. Came to the next restaurant, which is crowded but receives me as a guest cordially and respectfully. I immediately have a seat overlooking the sea, feet on the sand and having great fun, thank you.

Beautiful place. We went to them once at the restaurant and it was a delight. Very nice staff. Inventive cuisine and quality products. Good wines. Fabulous deserts.

Good food. Beware tourist trap regarding prices. Shame!

Top notch all around. Great restaurant, great views and great service. I really can't say enough about how well they did with every aspect, from breakfast through turndown service. Very close to the public beach and to Kitchen Table, which I highly recommend. Great views from the cabanas, and the cabanas were full service. There is not much of a beach at Mi Amor, but if you don't mind crawling down some rocks it is definitely swimmable. For those wondering about how private the porches/hot tubs are, I'd call them semi-private, so unless you are seeking a thrill you will need to take care of your business in the room.

Love this place. They have an excellent, small menu with a Kobe beef burger that I look forward to on my next visit. The view is spectacular. Don't miss this little gem!

The setting is so beautiful, it's kind of hard to even believe our eyes.

Just stopped in for some happy hour drinks. They do this cool thing where you choose some parameters and they make you a custom cocktail. Perfect for lounging by their infinity pool with amazing beach view.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant area, open space with a water motif. The drinks are exceptional and the tú amor is never the same twice, but never a disappointment. This is some of the best Italian food in the area.

Okay, let's face it – I almost wanted to keep this place in a secret so only us could have a great vacation there – but good things meant to be SHARED! This is, hands down, the best place I've stayed in my life! It's romantic but modern, has rooms overlooking unbelievable colors of Caribbean sea and spa services which nourish not only your body but your mind. And the food — oh my, don't even make me start this topic! – it's outstanding! I was almost crying from pleasure and ready to encounter the kitchen and hug the chef each time we had a meal there. To make the story short, this place feels like a magical world to me and I want to escape there again and again.

Wonderful style and design; kind of French contemporary, and in a magical site. Food was okay with small portions compared to what we experienced elsewhere in Tulum. However, the staff were wonderful and made it a very pleasant dinner.

Just opened. High end rooms, fantastic Infiniti pool. No sandy beach but two adjacent beaches 3 min walk. Pricy but worth it. Sea view rooms have amazing terraces and close to the water front are best.
