The beach and the cove are very nice, but the service is lousy in the beach club, there was only one waiter, they did not have cold beer or all those mentioned in the menu, it is very expensive for what they offer.

The place is very beautiful, there is tranquility, very good music, only that more waiters are missing and there are only two and they take time to attend, I also think it is not necessary that the amount of the tip is put in the account they put it as suggested added to consumption but annoying.

Everything, the service, the facilities, the away from the noise and without so many people.

Beautiful place, the cenote clean and crystal clear water, the divine cove with current but super rich and transparent, out of that the poor service. They only charge you and don't even explain anything to you, unkind. Worth only x the place. The facilities could be better.

Caleta Tankah is beautiful. We didn’t stay at the hotel, we visited for a day. The Caleta is it amazing, you can swim with no trouble at all, and you can even do some snorkel. The cenote is gorgeous and the beach is a little bit aggressive, but great for photos. ☺️

This is a great place to go when you want to enjoy a quiet beach. The Caleta Tankah is a Cenote in the sea. Hence the water is not completely salty. Tulum has season with dense algae but this natural pool does not have any. It also has a beach club where you can eat good food. Nothing fancy but enough Mexican and international options with the typical kids menu with burgers, nuggets, fries, etc. You have to pay to enter and that includes access to la caleta, the cenote, chairs and “tent”. Good option to go with children.

Excellent service from all workers, beautiful hotel views, very quiet and clean… I wouldn't hesitate to come back! (It would be better if they tried to clean the sargassum more, not only in the cove since it is quite crowded in the part of the hotel)

PESIMO! They have an Argentina that is most despotic and rude to customers, I take a lousy image of the place, although it is very nice, the treatment I received from this person seemed to me most horrific, naco and vulgar to answer to customers. Go somewhere else and have them treated kindly.

The place is amazing, but unfortunately the service they offer is very poor, the waitresses inattention and the manager super rude and overbearing, the girl who attended us visited us every time she remembered, I had to stop to buy my drinks and the lady in the box I mentioned earlier nor say, very bad eh.

This place is amazing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Silvia is most helpful with transportation and any other needs you may have. Itamar is great addition to staff at restaurant/beach bar. The food and drinks are delicious. Hotel is right on the beach. Very clean and spacious rooms. Wonderful sunsets!

A bunch of guests rooms were ransacked by two hotel employees that had keys and then went missing and over $2500 in cash was taken. The owner promised the front desk staff they would meet with us and stood us up two days in a row which put the front desk staff in a terrible position. We were expected to pay full price for our rooms upon check out and were barricaded onto the property until we paid. We did however get a discount but had to fight with the owner about it and almost missed our flight home.
We are business owners from Canada with lots of staff and if our staff stole from clients we would reimburse them somehow and take responsibility and make sure to properly rectify things. Something isn’t right about all of this and I would not recommend going here. We were very uneasy, our 7 year old was having nightmares and it wrecked the last few days of our vacation. Oddly enough I just scrolled down the page and saw they are looking for some positions to fill posted the day we left to replace the employees who stole from us AND a front desk person because I’m pretty sure after our incident some of the front desk staff quit because they were so unhappy with how this was handled! They told us they were going to leave and I’m honestly really glad they did because I wouldn’t want to work for someone who put me in that position either.

The place is very cute, for a cost not so high you have access, lounge chairs, toilets and showers, you can't enter drinks and snacks.

It is a very quiet place and with very good care and excellent food super recommended!

The place is nice but service very bad. The beds are broken, the staff very unfriendly and the prices are incredibly high : 90 pesos for a coco frio + 60 pesos if you want me to open! Worst place.

The place is very cute, and although the waitress Nora serves you very well and with lot of wave, many times we ended up not going for the bad food that you serve, we have already tried different options on the menu and there is not one that is really good. Any opportunity we have also seen a woman who will talk bad to the kids that they will be the owner? ) but the place is good.

It's amazing as a lousy management, a manager who has no idea what customer service is and crazy prices make such a cute place such a lousy experience. The cove is amazing but when you have more than 300 people on average it is complicated. Not to mention the manager's bad treatment.

You literally sleep right next to the beach! We stayed at the villas here and had the loveliest experience. The rooms are big and clean and the staff is SOOOO welcoming and charming. You can sleep with the sound of the waves and watch the sunrise and the stars at night. By day you can relax at your semi-private beach right in front of the room or by the caleta near the restaurant which is just the best thing in the world. There's also a cenote and a pool, a hammock area, bar and restaurant.

This is a magical place to go and spend the day! Make sure you get there early. They open at 9:00am. Once the capacity is reach the gates are closed and there is no more visitors allowed. The fee to enter is reasonable $150pesos. The Caleta is beautiful with its crystal clear water! There is also an awesome Cenote on the property! The beach was very nice as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were very good as well. Would love to stay at their Villas on our next trip to Tulum.

Great for kids and adults. 150 pesos entry fee per adult, our 2, 4, and 6 year old were free. Nice enclosed beach area protected partially by rocks so the waves are not as strong and there is very little seaweed.

The food is good has beautiful scenery the beach is beautiful you have to follow the signs of areas where you can swim has a little dangerous areas but if you follow the indications you will spend a good weekend.

The cove is small but beautiful, you can appreciate the mixture of fresh water with the salt water, a wonderful place to swim if you are not very bravo the sea. As far as the food in the place is very basic, it is not very good. The cenote is very small and somewhat murky.

Caleta Tankah es un lugar muy lindo y afortunadamente no tan concurrido. El club de playa es muy lindo, con facilidades de camastro y sombrillas. La Caleta con agua muy cristalina pero ojo, tiene una corriente muy fuerte que te puede expulsar hacia la rocas, así que a nadar con cuidado. Lo mejor es el cenote, que aunque pequeño tiene el tamaño perfecto para disfrutar de un lugar mágico entre la selva. Lo que no disfrute fue que al entrar te cobran 150 diciendo que ha están incluidas las facilidades de playa, sin embargo no mencionan que las camas tienen un costo adicional de 300 pesos, me pareció exagerado el precio por lo que se recibe. Fuera de eso es un lugar que si recomiendo visitar.

Pay 150 pesos to have a natural swimming pool with clear blue water and plus some amenities. Worth the visit, just 5-10 min from Tulum. You can get a "colectivo" and ask the driver to stop there, only 20 pesos.

Nice quiet beaches clubhouse close enough to walk to to get a snack at snack bar or a beer. Staff nice and friendly love the tranquil atmosphere rooms are spacious have everything you need.

Nice place to spend the day, you charge $150 at the entrance that includes parking, use of lounge chairs. It has a nice beach where on the side is the cove with the crystal clear water, although a little fresh. There is a cenote divided, a small one and if you keep walking there is another larger. I didn't get in but the water wasn't as cold as in others. Take off when heading to the Cenote. Restorant prices are accessible. No Pets accepted.

Visited Caleta Tankah for a relaxing afternoon and I was very impressed. Great snorkeling! Swimming with freshwater guppies in the cenote or large schools in the ocean, I had a religious experience. Staff was very warm and accommodating. Perfect location to take in the beauty of Tulum. Highly recommended!

If you ever find yourself in Tulum and you live in airbnb s or hostels, this complex is offering a one day pass that includes access to the beach, to the cenote and also beach lounge chairs — all for 150pesos a day! Not bad given the fact that there is a part of the beach so clean and without seaweed, the water is crystal clear and the sand is white. Also their service is great and the restrooms are clean! Colectivos are asking for 20pesos to get u here from downtown tulum which is so convenient and cheap! Enjoy yourself!

For $150 MXN You have the privilege of enjoying one of the cleanest beaches of the Riviera Maya. Lounge chairs and hammocks on the beach, the cove with warm water and full of multicolored fish.
I'm speechless in trying to describe the beautiful cenote in the middle of the jungle. In its shallow, crystalline waters, pure peace is breathed.

A wonderful sea view a cenote on the beautiful sea shore and with water at good temperature was warm pleasant a cenote in half a jungle, hammocks and lounge chairs costs 150 pesos the entrance per person is a good price worth it just don't recommend the restaurant its Menu is very American for burger and excessive price.

Excellent place to relax, to enter the beach Club you have to pay $150 MXN per person, including cot and entrance to the Cove and Cenote, the price is accessible compared to other beach clubs, although they are few waiters and when there are many people takes in Cater, Amazing EA View and the super relaxing and crystalline freshwater Cove.

The most beautiful thing is to swim in the small cove that has crystalline water and in the cenote that is very careful and beautiful.

To get there you can take bus from Playa del Carmen to Tulum and the cost is approximately 40 or 45 pesos.

I was there for a wedding. It's off the main telum beach stretch, but I guess that was the point. It has a small cenote, which was pretty, although I wouldn't feel to comfy swimming in it. The beach seemed a bit on the rocky side, so be safe swimming. It could also use an upgrade. It felt a bit on the run down side, which I thought was hip, but I'm not sure if that's what they were going for. Outside of that, the views were spectacular and the cookies if the ocean breathtaking.

Love everything! The beach, the food, the club, the beach is beautiful and the Cove is amazing! Love the nachos with shrimp and maybe the beer is a little expensive, but in reality you Love! The cenote is beautiful! And the environment of tranquility is amazing! For those who go for the Beach club, arrive early and take advantage of the beach and the amenities provided by the club, with regard to the music maybe a bit stronger because you don't hear much but in general it has become of my favorite places, I went in high season and not left me anything to duty! Beautiful beach. The sea was a little rough but the part of the cove is very good for bathing. It also has two cenotes, one of them quite similar to Xcacelito. If you go before 11am to have breakfast they do not charge you entrance. The waitress Nora catered US super well.

I slipped on one of the algae rocks to find out the water was SALTY — — not the freshwater, legitimate cenote like the Grand Cenote or the Cenote Calavera that I've also visited. Overall disappointed that they marketed the mosquito lake as a cenote. BEWARE: I probably got chikagunya here. I didn't get mosquito bites during most of my trip to Tulum, but I did get a number here. Because I'm in medicine (doctor), I can definitely tell you that I had the symptoms of chikagunya. The beach is nice but nothing new or different.

Best deal in Tulum! If you want a secluded and gorgeous beach for a reasonable price, look no further! Staff are friendly and we practically had the beach to ourselves. Will definitely be returning.

A great place to disappear from the world, cozy with a rich animal life, nothing upscale, but if you want a basic hotel from where you can go on your own adventures, this is the place.

Nice beach. In this stretch of water flows into an underground river that creates a cenote along the shore. The salt water of the ocean mixes with fresh water of the river creating magnificent colors. Rich in underwater life.
