Good location, excellent service, good breakfast (basic, but well seasoned). The only thing is that there is no natural ventilation and it is very humid inside the room and the pool is cold. Everything else very well.

Central and economical Hotel. The moderate rooms, with the necessary to rest, the hotel has pool, business center, breakfast room, gym. Unfortunately it does not have laundry room and the prices they handle are per piece, very high. The service is not the best, you should improve quite the service by the front desk (only with some workers). The comfortable is that in front is the square and there is cinema, dining room, shops and a Chedrahui.

Had an awesome weekend, And the staff are friendly very helpful. Looking forward to visit again with my family.

Room with the essentials. Just what you need for a quick stay. Missing a bit more variety in the food. Attentive staff at all times.

Good if you stay one or two nights alone. The rooms are very small. Bedding is excellent! Cleanness is almost great. They change their room prices during the day. Breakfast is included and your average free breakfast. The security guards/bell boys are incredibly friendly and helpful! The mall is across from the parking lot so no need of a car. About minutes from the airport and 20 from downtown.

Ideal for business. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Practical because of its proximity to squares and restaurants.

Unfortunately we had found a room with bad smell and no opening windows (which is very common in Mexico). Breakfast not very rich. We were just a passing day, so we didn't take much advantage of the hotel. There doesn't seem to be much around.

The best hotel in Chetumal… Excellent service, the hotel employees are very friendly and the best thing is that they are committed to the environment using biodegradable items. The only bad point is that the pool is under renovation and you can not enjoy… By the way, nothing, you'll get stand.

The service and breakfast are good. But the hardware has started to show signs of aging. However, you cannot beat it's convenient location right behind the Las Americanas shopping mall.

If you're only interested in going shopping to the mall this would be your best option since it's only a walking distance away to Chedraui and Bodega Aurrera. Rooms are comfortable, nice staff and breakfast is complementary.

A good place with breakfast included and good location definitely would return.

Good service, but one day the room Olia to drain. I changed room in unis minutes but does not compensate the fact of entering the room and this smelled horrible.

I Don't understand because it is more expensive than other City Express, but it is close to the mall and being the chain I love your attention.

The proximity to Plaza Las Americas Chetumal Quality service and to make the reservation very easy I recommend a lot.

The hotel is always very clean the advantage is that it is in front of the square so you can always go out to turn around, one of the best chain hotels in Chetumal and by far the best if it is price, this somewhat removed from the Malecon but if you have car there is no major problem Because Chetumal is a small city for which you will have no problem to move.

This place is really convenient if you are trying to be in close proximity to the mall. No need to be catching taxi’s all the time. Plus if you are catching a late movie, it helps to be able to walk back to your hotel. Also, try the breakfast! It’s free and they give way more than just your average continental breakfast.

Located across the street from the mall. Comfy rooms. Especially for business travelers. Hi speed wi fi. Amazing breakfast buffet. Even has a pool.

Its been my best hotel but unfortunately I have notice their price is not stabled I do understand bcs of excange rate is up and down but not 200pesos I regulary pay 1100 this time we have to bargain for 1100 pesos from 1320

The rooms are very nice and well kept, they have usb plugs so you don't need to buy an adapter for your phone. Room service was very helpful. I'd stay here again.

Nice clean modern style hotel, quiet n towards the out skirts of Chetumal, with still having the convenience of being right across the road from a high class shopping mall! And not too far from Burger King.

It has excellent location. If you come to work or stroll, this well as just what you use to rest, no one will bother you. And a few steps you have the liverpool and plaza chedraui for any thing.

Hotel executive. Good service includes a continental breakfast. Services basic with mini gym and meeting rooms and work. It is recommended for working groups. Weekend low rates.

Place is really comfortable, has great buffet style continental breakfast included, but showers were not working when I stayed there and it's more expensive than comparable places. It's location is really convenient if you are visiting the mall during your stay. It also has a decent pool and great customer service.

Me fascinated the attention provided by the girls of reception, them quarters although a little small are very comfortable, the breakfast is rich and has much variety, although in season high is pile up the people and is difficult have fast access to them food. In general everything went very well.

Good hotel, good price but need to improve the plumbing. There is an odor in the shower and the sink runs slowly the water.

The rooms are not too expensive, not usually crowded and they tend to be attentive to the services for the room, but if there are a lot of people (30+ people) the service plummets.

Excessive price for the room so poor, and the breakfast has very little variety, terrible service.

Terrible design of the building is a square box.

Excellent sport really recommend it.
