It is a pity that this hotel is totally in decline the facilities leave much to be desired in relation to cost benefit.
Don't even think about hiring the included food plan because these are too stunted and limited.
Their advertising is extremely misleading.
However, it should also be mentioned that the staff there is very friendly and helpful.

It is a hotel with excellent service from the reception girls and the gentleman who welcomes you and sanitizes your bags to the restaurant service and cleaning, all really very friendly make your stay very warm! ✨

Much better than the front door would say. The parking has ready access to the conference rooms and rooms. Unexpected cleanliness and good decor given how it is all squeezed among other buildings. Much better than the three stars it just a listed under. Also liked the market and museum across the street.

I arrived from the central truck and had their high fees for the season to $1400 matrimonial room when on the internet it leaves that they are in $700. But still pay for the beds you are extremely rich and clean, overall the whole hotel. They have pool and restaurant. The pool closes at 10:00p. M. M. So if you want to rest don't ask for your room to get to the pool because you hear everything. I had a small tub my bathroom but the plug did not have it therefore place a plastic bag to use and rest. The pool was dirty that I think is the only bad thing I saw. I did not try food in the restaurant, the attention service in very good and attentive all.

Stayed here for a week while at a convention nearby. I do NOT speak the language, and that was not a problem here. The restaurant here was friendly and easy to order good food from, they have safe parking and the hotel was very clean. If I were back in the area I wouldn't even look for another place to stay — I would come right back here.

Excellent location. Puts you right in downtown where the shopping strip is located. It has a pool, which I think could be cleaned more often. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are comfortable especially the bed, my wife loves the beds. My biggest gripe: the wi fi is horrible, if you are a business traveler you will have serious problems getting online.

It is a really nice place to stay. It has elevator that is no quite common to have in the hotels of this area. My only problem was the A/C because they have to change me twice thanks to the A/C that it wasn't working properly until we found one.

This hotel is brilliant considering the price tag, pool feel very comfy place and in general ambience is very relaxed, huge rooms and very friendly staff, opportunity to improve breakfast to buffet option, anyway I will return to this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel and very baby friendly I must say. The room has coffee maker that can do hot water for baby milk and tub where babies can bathe in. The pool is fantastic. It has kid and adult pool. The only thing is the water is too cold for the babies. Restaurant service is awesome.

It is a cery nice place n they treated us nice No key, a card is used instead and that is very cool. Gym only has for running, no weights to lift… This pool was not that clean the days we went but as an overall I would say its very nice.
