Excellent service, beautiful hotel where the attention is personal to you already that there are few rooms. It should be mentioned that they are very pretty! Magnificent breakfast prepared by Chef Carlos, with care and excellent seasoning. Thank you for the attentions of the whole team led by Limberth, gentle person and responsible.

Lovely hotel and very well located, all with great detail, very very attentive staff. I loved my stay at the hotel with my family, very close to the center and the lagoon, you can get everything walking. I will definitely miss being there and hope to return soon ❤️

Very expensive, it is nice but in the end you only hear the dogs barking and the truck tro q passes next to the hotel does not let you sleep, breakfast is only fruit and we were served some eggs q had paid but we did not pay for them that were past, we didn't eat them either. There are places on the coast with lagoon for a thousand pesos.

Beautiful place! We only stayed a night, but we loved the colorful location with all its details. It was perfectly located and we loved the smell of the rooms! Also the lagoon can be reached by foot within 10 minutes.

Goregous hotel must see, they serve great coffee.

Excellent hotel. I daresay the best of Mahahual. A good breakfast and not just fruit and coffee could be included in the rate. That would be my suggestion for improvement. Other than that it's excellent.

It’ so gorgeous place. It’s decorated well in style of mediterranean. All the amenities have a good quality and arranged well. The receptionists could speak English and gave me much information about area. They also offered coupons of 2 beach clubs. All the staffs and manager Mr. Omar are so kind. Thanks for hospitality.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, vintage decoration style and quiet. Downtown located, just a couple of blocks away from main square and San Felipe Fort. I little expensive if consider is not next of the bacalar lagoon. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

We went there to rent some bikes but they were in bad conditions with no manteinance at all. We had to cancel the service.

Very nice hotel in great location in Bacalar. Hotel recently renovated, furnished and landscaped with style. Comfortable rooms with smart TV AC, great terrace. Breakfast and restaurant did not live up to the rest.
