An amazing space, all the staff is very friendly and the bathroom kit they provide for the stay is made from honey and natural elements. Excellent service. And I hope to be back very soon. Do not hesitate to book, you will not regret it.

We love the hotel very clean and rooms with space, the very friendly staff breakfast they have included very good and above all we loved the view of their terrace, the décor and murals they have are perfect for great photos! I wish they had TV in the rooms : (from out on out we loved it plus the location is amazing ❤️

The rooms super clean but the soaps and bathroom amenities super wow made in super rich Yucatan and the view is not even beautiful.

The place is very nice, they serve you super well and above all the peace that is breathed there is appreciated.
The rooms have enough and especially highlight the natural shampoos and bath gels. We ended up buying them.

The public areas of the Lagoon are nearby and there are several nice places to eat.

Excellent service, very clean and comfortable the rooms super relaxing with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the breakfast very nice and very friendly everyone.
The location is great as it is close to everything.
They also give you a map and advise you what places you can go. Antonio's excellent treatment made us feel very safe and always taken care of.

Great hotel. Very clean, we got a terrace with a beautiful lagoon view and the staff is super friendly. Also good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this.

Care! Unprofessional and less communicative people. We had to cancel the reservation for an accident and they didn't want to return the money. Booking supported our stance but they showed zero empathy. The manager never this and the whole site has mafia airs. I recommend sleeping on the street before that there. The worst decision of our trip. Better to stay at Casa Zazil, Karlav Villas or dog leg suites.

Lovely hotel, close to the action but quiet at night. Great views from the room and the rooftop terrace, if they had a bar up there where you could order a few drinks it'd be perfect. Rooms were very nicely done and the shower was a belter. Decent breakfast as well. Very good hotel all in.

I went in August with my family and it is a very nice hotel, the breakfast I liked because they offer fresh fruit, the value for money is fair and the cleanliness 10, very close to the fort.

Great little hotel near the banks of the lake. The rooms were pristine, the breakfast delicious and the views spectacular. Only a shame that there wasn't a bar on the roof or we'd have happily spent all day there!

Everything you hope a hotel will be. Attractive, clean, friendly, good location and a great value. The breakfast is served upstairs on a thatched terrace and is excellent. At night it can be a bit noisy if the local bar on the next street has live music but you are going to have the same issue with any of the hotels in that area. If you have time have reception arrange a catamaran tour of the lake with Sebastian. Don’t support the motorboats as they are destroying the lake.

Very nice, with super friendly staff, includes breakfast which is very simple with eggs, fruit and hot cakes, but rich and enough. It is very close to the lagoon and the fort.

The best place to stay in Bacalar, is close to the center, a few steps from the restaurant "La Playita", friendly treatment, cleaning of 10, organic and friendly personal hygiene items, a relaxed and elegant design, delicious breakfast and a spectacular view. Just the best.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, with air conditioning. Good service and attitude of the managers. They gave us info on tours and how to get to different places. Full breakfasts and tasty, varying every day so that you will not get bored.

The hotel aires bacalar is very nice and has an excellent location within the town. The facilities are modern and clean, the rooms are equipped with air acondiciondo, sofa, terrace overlooking the lake, closet and a desk, the bathroom is clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the breakfast is very rich. Rates are going from 950 to 1400 mexican pesos. Without a doubt I would return.

I got locked in in the bathroom but thankfully I was not alone so my friend called someone to unlock the door. Hairs and used shower gel and shampoo in the shower, which was quite disgusting. Staff very friendly though. Excellent location and hotel looks quite new. No TV in our room. Nice views to the lake.

Extremely cozy, top maintained with great views of the lagoon. In minutes you are on foot in the city center and in 1 minute at the top water restaurant.

We loved the hotel. We spend only one night. The most recommendable is to ask that your room is on high floor since there is can see the lake from any of the rooms. Good space in the room and bathroom. An ideal place for rest (no TV in the room) and come to visit this paradise. The hotel is located just a block from the street that surrounds the lagoon.
