I was a couple of months ago and I got very good impressions, the truth is that the stay was spectacular. Overall the service is 5 stars, everyone is super friendly, I don't have any but. 100% recommended.

Even with my Platinum Bonvoy status my stay was absolutely ruined by the quality of some of the amenities of the hotel. I was locked outside my room several times and for more than an hour and not even security was able to open the door. The elevator in my floor wasn’t working and I had to take the stairs every time I wanted to go to the lobby. When made this complaints their answer was: You’ve used the service elevator. Not impressed with my stay at Westin Lagunamar and definitely not coming back.

We have been coming to this resort since it opened. The staff is great and most have tenure, so we know them like family. They keep the resort spotless and are constantly doing maintenance to keep the resort fresh. All rooms have a balcony and view of the beach. 5stars from us!

Best staff in the world, every employee is all about customer service and make us look forward to come back to see them, they are like family.

Been there 6 times; friendly staff, good food — ooh the mixed ceviche is the best, excellent service, great view, and plenty of activities. Want quiet while sunning by the pool, they’ve got one. Want to have fun poolside, they’ve got the main pool, and Alejandro with music trivia, bingo, and blackjack. Beautiful beach, a Mayan Ryun next door, and shopping across the street. It’s paradise!

Very nice staff, great rooms, great beach/pool areas. Great location just across from La Isla shopping mall.

Great for Rest and Relaxation. Spa was exceptional. Service incredible. Guests are a little older but accommodates small children well with separate pools and play areas. Weather was perfect even though it was off-season.

Beautiful grounds and an amazing location with the mall right across the street! Food was ok (guacamole was horrible), drinks were weak (not strong) but if you tell waiter or bartender to make them strong then they will make it right! The expected Westin SPG experience. Because of food and drinks they get 4 stars, plus I don’t consider this a 5 star hotel category.

I give this hotel 5 stars! They carried my bags to my room, upgraded my room, mayan nights on saturdays, mexican night on mondays, steak night on wednesdays, stone baked flat bread pizza every night from 6pm to 11pm, pool bars, restaurants on the resort are great, and concierge desk was extremely helpful with activities! Rain showers and deep whirlpool soaker tubs in my room!

Great resort and spa. They have some of the most beautiful pools, rooms and vistas in all of Cancun. Our family loved it! They also have tennis courts and mini golf! The staff there are done if the greatest people around in the hospitality industry. The restaurants at Lagunamar are super! You will love it there!

Fantastic! Elani and Rodrigo from the breakfast buffet made my stay outstanding with my son restricted diet. They made sure he had the most fun, delicious kids food and went out of their way to make him feel at home! Staff is so nice and accommodating. Clean rooms, Beautiful beach, very nice pool and bar. A little expensive though. Definitely will come back!

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly, room and was very clean. I was a bit ill while on travel and visited on the doctor on the resort. He was very knowledgeable and got me through the week until I returned home. Highly recommend this resort.

So far… our roof has leaked, they tried to fix it, now we have to move. To a room with a lesser view… then the magic upgrade, but we still have to move twice… now we are waiting for the manager… at 12pm at night, still have to pack and then move twice… not a great start, would give zero stars except for the awesome service at the sports bar, exceptional! Visit the restaurants as the service and management here knows how it is done! Ernesto is the restaurant manager here, he is awesome. He took the time to meet us, and make sure our night went well. In subsequent visits he remembered us and always came over to say high and check on our meals. He is worth a visit to one of the restaurants here all by himself! So I have moved the stars up. The management did give us an upgrade and made it so we did not have to move twice. They sent someone to help us pack up our stuff and move over the three buildings. In the end my wife is very pleased with the new view. Third edit. Westin has now exceeded our expectations. Today the maintenance department left us a Happy Anniversary Card and a fancy tray of sweets! Classy! Nice recovery Westin!

Beatuful resort, fantastic amenities, service that goes above and beyond. Fantastically located walking distance to fabulous shopping and many restaurants. Everything was reasonably priced. We traveled with eight people ages 12-70 and they all enjoyed themselves. We will be back.

Villas have all the required items for feeling like I'm at a guest home, including bath robes and laundry detergent. Staff at restaurants, spa, and desks all very helpful and courteous. Massage was excellent. Pools and decks nice and clean. Beach very nice, but we came after a storm, so lots of seaweed had washed up on shore for miles each direction. Usually water is calm.

This is our third year staying at the Westin Lagunamar and it definitely won't be our last. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. The one-bedroom suites have a full kitchen, which is great for making breakfast in the morning and stocking snacks. The bathroom is huge with double sinks and I love sitting on the patio with a cocktail at night. The staff is very friendly and they have activities all day for those who enjoy it. Or you can hang at the other pool which is quiet.

Nice hotel. Villa style rooms. Pool bar is nice. Make sure you hit up happy hour from 3-4pm. Absolutely no nightlife. The resort is across the street from a huge mall so it is very convenient to other restaurants, shops, etc. Nice to come on a timeshare deals. Salespeople not overly pushy.

This was my second trip to Cancun but my first solo one. It was such a relaxing trip! Awesome accommodations and service with a perfect ocean view from my balcony. The beach was beautiful with soft, cool sand. It was my first time staying at a time share property. I loved the convenience of having a washer & dryer, and they even provided great laundry detergent. I didn’t use the well-stocked kitchenette but definitely would. The food is HORRIBLE! There are tons of great options within walking distance or a short cab ride. How is guacamole terrible at a Mexican resort? It was basically over mashed avocados with no onions, cilantro, etc. Served with over cooked tortilla chips. The caprese and Caesar salads were awful… the chicken had an odd taste. I received a free breakfast for participating in the time share presentation which was decent… the bacon tasted old. The bacon cheeseburger and fries was the best meal I had at the beach. All in all it was a great trip. I stayed 5days/4nights at a promotional rate of $299 with a $75 resort credit as an SPG member. I’d stay again if the rate was right.

You can't beat the service at this hotel. We visit twice a year. It's my happy place. Great shopping center directly across the street, no bus or taxi needed. Great food, drinks and other amenities at hotel. Some trips we never leave the property.

Very nicer resort with lots of activities. Rooms are either studios, 1-bedrooms or 2-bedrooms, all with ocean view, kitchenette and laundry in-room. There are also 3 restaurants on premises as well as a convenience store/grocery store. There are grills outside free to use so you can even have your own bbq!

I have stayed in many places and this is one of the best. Very spacious and more importantly up-to date rooms. Bathroom was fantastic with a rainfall shower head and a separate tub. If u get the studio you can open the door while u are in the tub and feel like u are outside! Room has fridge, microwave, stove, and available washer and dryer. Breakfast was amazing. Not impressed with the Mexican food onsite. Several pool options and activities on location. Also recommend booking a tour.

The views were amazing and the rooms had washed and dryer. I didn't expect it to come in handy but it certainly made a load of difference (see what I did there) when we extended our stay a couple more days. When staying here it’s best to walk across to the mall where you’ll get discounts at certain restaurants for staying at the Westin. Parking is also free and if you need a rental, there are a few dealers across the street for cheap.

Just the best family resort in Cancun. Grills, kitchenettes, Golfito, in front of a mall, near supermarkets, has everything and the best spa…

Very nice contemporary resort for families and couples alike. Many large pools, putt putt golf, giant checkers among the offered activities. If you want to hang out find The hammocks by the pool and read a book under the palm trees. This resort has kitchenettes in the rooms along with common grills throughout the resort for grilling out. Nice beach, but the current can be very strong. I would not recommend the beach for young children who want to body surf and do water activities the current is just to strong. If you are looking for a fun pool with a water slide you will enjoy this hotel.

My wife and I have been in Mexico for the pas 7 weeks with one more to go. Our first 5 weeks were in Akumal and had a fabulous time there. Now we're at the Westin Lagunamar in Cancun and have found the staff to be some of the nicest people we have met in Mexico. From the front desk to the people at the pools, the elite concierge, the spa Mariana H is exceptional. The rooms have everything you need and more and of course the location is right in the middle of everything with great restaurants and shopping. Mexico is a very reasonable place to be and we can't say enough about the wonderful people we've met.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff very attentive and friendly. They had a nice birthday detail in the room. An excellent experience that I would definitely repeat.

This well the hotel, if you want to spend a few days with family and without spending so much, is in a privileged location because it is opposite the largest square of the hotel zone, and the beach is not bad…

From start to finish a wonderful property! The staff has to be one of the most welcoming and accommodating I have seen! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. The property is huge, beautifully maintained and with a huge beach. Even though there are 500+ rooms. AND it was full, it NEVER felt crowded. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and in great condition. We loved every minute… our 3rd visit but not our last! A special shout out to Pool Concierge, Lomeli — truly the very BEST!

Thought the place was of good value while maintaining quality service. Doubt it's the luxury of the Ritz-Carlton, but it's what we were looking for. We were looking for a sweet that had a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave. Got one of their efficiencies. Didn't really try to restaurants because there was the mall across the street that had some restaurants we enjoyed. Also enjoyed walking across the street and sitting by the Lagoon rather than the beachfront because it was a lot less windy. Have a great pool. Also enjoy the workout room. I'm sure there are better rooms that can be rented, but it was good for a family that didn't really want to be in their room. They have good small activities for kids. They have a market on premises, but if you're willing to walk five or six minutes down the road they have an entire grocery store in the mall. Attached photos of the workout room. Absolutely fabulous resort and pools, checking in great, swim up bar with lovely, hard working staff, excellent food. Clean and gardens kept beautiful. All villas have ocean views… we were on 4th floor overlooking pools. Villa has kitchen, full size fridge, pots pans and kettle. Lounge with dining table and chairs. King size bed in premium one bedroom villa bathroom with walk in shower… ABSOLUTELY fabulous!

Great experience all around. We’ve stayed there on two occasions. The staff are very helpful with making your vacation the very best. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. Great location. Close to everything El Fish Fritanga is a great local seafood restaurant nearby. Recommended by Rosario Rivera! It’s been a few years since our last trip there. We finally booked again this year to return in April. Can’t wait to get back and enjoy our vacation in Cancun.

My dad really wanted me to write this because our family had such a great experience staying here! The staff was so friendly and would do anything for you — and always with a smile I have to give an extra special shoutout to Miguel and Williams who helped us a lot throughout the week and made our experience the best one possible! Overall this was the best vacation any of us have had and would highly recommend it to anyone, and we will be back too!

Oh my gosh. I love it here. The employees here are genuinely joyful and enjoy they jobs… they always go above and beyond and are extremely friendly. So the service here is ALWAYS phenomenal… Even at the breakfast buffet, which is self serve, three separate servers stopped to ask if I needed help while I looked confused deciding what to eat. The rooms are lovely, the grounds always look impeccable. There are special little touches like hammocks on the resort so you always have whatever you want! Not to mention the signature white tea scent. You can't go wrong with this place. Bring your family, bring your friends. They've got everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.

Ideal space for holidays. Excellent facilities, with everything you need to feel at home. There are grills in the park, you can cook in the room, or choose some of the restaurants and bars of the resort. If you wish you can cross the Kukulcan Avenue and in the shopping La Isla, it has a variety of restaurants of the best known for lunch or dinner. Within the complex you will also find a shop with products for cooking, eating and drinking, or in the Shopping Kukulcan Plaza that is about six hundred meters you will get all the variety of products you need. There are two large pools, one with activities during the day, and the other more relaxed and quiet, to rest. There are lounge chairs on the beach where you can order drinks and meals if you wish. It has a Spa with excellent facilities, the staff is very correct and friendly, Dalia an excellent masseur, very professional. An excellent location and very well service make the Westin Lagunamar an excellent place to rest and relax.

Very nice. Clean. Food, drinks and service were quite good. They did keep “reminding” me to do any owners update meeting but I declined and enjoyed the morning exercise classes and pool service. The mall across the street has anything you might need and there were always plenty if chairs poolside or on the beach. I brought my laptop to play netflix and they provided me with an HDMI cord. Met some of the nicest staff and guests at this resort.

The complex is very spacious with excellent views that allow you to enjoy every cocktail and drinks that are a great variety the service of the best.

Comfortable, luxurious, central, everything you expect from a hotel. Good areas, the part of the Mayan ruins are not very striking, they let it deteriorate a lot but it is still worth walking to there.

OMG! So glad we stayed here. The drinks were amazing but the pools… unreal! A great place for couples and it was nice that there weren’t many children (time of year probably). Very well kept grounds and nice proximity to the mall. I have stayed at 5+ resorts in Cancun & this is a winner in my book! I’d go back for sure.

Timeshare weekly accommodations. Attentive staff. Scheduled housekeeping a few times during stay. Washing machine & dryer in each suite (detergent provided). Kitchen and ocean views in all suites. Great spa. Services in spa & also in beach huts. Concierge to help book events. On-site amenities (pools ++, games, events; exercise groups, kids club, scheduled movies, Wi-Fi and cable, outdoor tennis, large chess, ocean toys, theme evenings) and directly across the street from a safe outdoor mall (aquarium, movie theatre, shops, bars and restaurants)

Mexicans do not go, should be called Gringos Hotels (Americans) most of the staff if you see that you are Mexican send you to the Chingada. But if you are a gringo and you bring dollars they treat you like a king both in the parking lot, restaurant and reception! That's why Mexico is like this! People who work there are Mexican and the worst they treat us in the worst way. Fix that problem or fire most of the staff who only sees the way you dress and your wallet. Not because you're Mexican and seen in the worst way means you're a starving man. On the contrary. We're the ones who bring more money. The Worst hotel! Pay the 6 full nights the day you arrive and when you leave the room came out that owed 40 pesos per change of rate, I do not care if my stay change the rate I pay 6 nights when I arrive to avoid any inconveniento! Pay so much money so that they can not even clean your room those 6 days only give you 1 cleaning if you already spent 1 week there. And the cleaning per day costs 350. I'll never go back there. Spend too much money in 7 days apart that the food is disgusting in all the restaurants. Better starve and do not sell that crap of food apart from the face of disgust another thing accept cash not nothing more with the damn card.

It's a huge category complex. It consists of 3 or 4 buildings. It has a swimming pool overlooking the sea.

We went to visit some friends for a few hours and lunch they were staying at this hotel. To enter the spring, we told that we could not enter more than the lobby because we did not stay with them. But before we came, we told our friends if they could have a visitor. Then they send that we present identification to pass. We told them we didn't bring him in to avoid losing our passports. He told us not to go into the driveway again. Finally, we are allowed to enter with our names and signed in the registration of our friends. What a nuisance! In addition, there are better beaches in Cancun. You don't waste your time here!

Was in studio loft room. Nice room but cramped for family of four. Variety of eating places across the street. Pool nice but part of it was under renovation. Staff nice. Would recommend bigger 1 bedroom loft for families. Mall down street with grocery choices.

Great customer service, they treat you like family my second time there and can't wait to go back. Unfortunately the main pool was under construction but it is just to keep the place the best. Front desk people, Gustavo, charlie and the soccer player helped us a lot and Javier was the best, José Manuel and Gabriel great job and last but not least Victoria are concierge.

This is the first time my wife and I have ever stayed at a resort. It's not too far from the airport. Check-In was easy but a little longer process than a hotel in the states. We arrived at 2:30 but they said our room would not be ready until 4, which seemed questionable as we were there during the off season and it wasn't really that crowded. The room is nice sized, equipped with a stove, fridge, washer/dryer with a nice view of the pools and beach. All of the staff was very nice (it seems like all of the Mexicans we interacted with were very nice). The food at the resort was just ok so I'd recommend checking out the local nearby eats. If we ever come back to Cancun, we would consider staying here again.

This our third trip here in 7 years, and every time we visit it is better. The staff is incredibly friendly and hard working. They keep adding more traditional Yucatan cuisine to the menu, which is phenomenal. They just recently added a Mayan culture night with traditional dances. Amazing. Plus, they have a sea turtle conservation program. They guard the nests and release the babies into the Ocean when they are ready. It is spectacular.

The resort is beautiful especially the rooms with the balcony. Waking up to the view of the ocean and sounds of waves is exactly my style. I have a gluten allergy and I ate abundantly. Each restaurant had various varieties and they ensured I had something to eat. Everything was above my expectations. Thank you to all the staff at Westin. :) )

All rooms have a view of the turquoise sea. One pool flows into the next. Attentive staff. A real vacation! We had a kitchenette so we could make breakfast and have it on our terrace before starting the day. The room also has a washing machine and dryer if you want to use it on vacation. There is a sliding door between the tub and room. You can have a bath with a view of the sea. We loved our relaxing vacation at the Westin!

First I would like to say that my overall experience at the hotel was great, it was beautiful and I had an amazing vacation. However, it started out on the wrong foot! I received an email from SPG saying I could stay at this hotel for an incredible rate, I thought because I travel so much for work they wanted to offer me a deal. When I got to the hotel I had to speak with Ruth my personal concierge, who proceeded to take up an hour of my time to tell me I had to go to a 90 minute presentation about the property and their timeshares. I told her "No" 4 times, after the first No, she immediately changed her attitude and was incredibly rude and even said " Why do you think we sent you this offer? ". She said I had to give her a reason that I could not simply say I didn't want to go, but the fact is I only had three days to spend relaxing and I simply did not want to spend 90 minutes doing something that I knew was a waste of my time. This was my first impression of the hotel and it really turned me off. While I had a great time, I will not be returning to this resort during my next visit to Cancun. Ruth if you are reading this, the way you treated me and my family is NO WAY to treat guests and this is coming from someone who works in customer service and has for over 10 years. You really need to work on your tone/delivery, you put a damper on our entire vacation!

A very professional service a huge swimming pool and a wide range of activities.

Good location The studio units all have the necessary to be able to cook meals. (no oven). Washer and dryer in the unit. Grocery store at 650 meters. 4 Slots of 3 BBQ's available on the site. Swimming pool and beach very clean and well maintained.

This property is perfect for families. It has three large pools with a water slides and access to the beach. There are three restaurants on site. The one bedroom premium can sleep 4 comfortably with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a balcony with table and 4 chairs.

Very good choice for families. I loved to have the option of cooking in the villa. Which by the way has everything you need and more!
And those restaurants. Though at a high price and with timetables for Americans.

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our first trip to Cancún and we were extremely impressed by this Westin. The view from almost every single room balcony is incredible, and it is a short walk to the well — maintained beach from anywhere in the resort. Other amenities were impressive including the Duna restaurant and the pools. We almost bought a time share during our visit — maybe next time!

The hotel was great. Nice location, convenient to everything, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and make you feel like you're at home, the balcony and views from every room are spectacular, service was great especially Karimme at the Oceano restaurant who took service to a whole new level not only remembered my name but that I have a food allergy after 3 days plus her pleasant personality make her a role model for customer service I highly recommend this resort and will be back.

Stay in westin laguanamar between Feb14 and Feb20, 2016. Very well maintained resort. The infinity pool is breath taking, although water is cold during our stay. Across street from the La Isla mall. You can find all kinds of good restaurant in the mall. My favorite is La Madonna. Swimming with dolphin in the aquarium is worth of the ticket price.

Very good, excellent rooms, very nice hotel as well as its decoration and best of all a spectacular sea.

I enjoyed the resort. The repercussions, not so much. Someone in the hotel had charged items totaling 300 dollars to our room, when we weren't even at the hotel, we were in Chichen Itza. The hotel refuses to do anything about, and of course we disputed it with our credit card, but more than likely, due to this experience, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL, EVER AGAIN! After talking to numerous managers while we checked out, and then again calling back over 4 times to try and resolve the issue, they still refuse to do anything about it, even with our Chichen Itza receipts showing we were not at the hotel. Disgusted!

This is a new timeshare hotel perfectly located where the old Sheraton used to be. Close to La Isla mall and most great restaurants. All the bad reviews here are about the Westin Regina which is on the other quiet side of the hotel zone, far away from everything else. Regina needs to be and will be renovated soon, NOT the Westin Lagunamar which is new. Ignorant people are posting stuff like "the address is wrong. " No stupid, you are writing about a different hotel! All rooms have kitchens, ocean views, Westin comfy beds and access to the grounds including kids club, huge pool slide, spa, room service, mini golf, hot tubs. Google please take down those incorrect reviews! This is an amazing 5 star hotel with all the amenities associated with such.

Outstanding resort with nice people (both hotel employees and fellow guests), a relaxing atmosphere, and two excellent malls within walking distance.

I am shocked. Our family was here in July and rated it EXCELLENT. What happened. HORRIBLE> I had water coming through our ceiling all night, did not sleep, cleaned it up, did laundry. Guy came in morning and said it would be fixed so I stayed out all day. Came back 500, nothing fixed. NO ROOM made up, started washing all the towels. Complained to head Male Manager, he told me to go out and when I came back room would be clean. IT WAS NOT> I feel like I am at a one star hotel or the show what would you do? Candid camera. A women just came with toilet paper and I helped her make bed and towels at 1000 at night. She offered to switch rooms, but 5000 feet away and Im tired. No one has compensated me anything yet, The service is horrible, HOWEVER.

I've been fortunate to travel to the Cancun / Riviera Maya area 40-50 times over the past 15 years, amongst lots of other international travel. Without a doubt, this is my favorite resort. Extremely friendly staff, modern and very clean resort, the largest pools I've ever seen. Food is good and reasonably priced, the beach is clean, soft white sand (like flour). On site groceries, free outdoor grilling, well maintained tennis courts and an extensively equipped fitness center. Endless family activities and the resort even has a Maya ruin on site. The location is the best (across from La Isla shopping and restaurants) and just an overall great value proposition. One of my most favorite parts about the resort is its just so calm and relaxing, which is very different than a lot of the Playa / Cancun hotels/resorts. Can't wait to be back in a few months. My only negative about the resort is that the timeshare sales reps seem very pushy. Skip the timeshare presentation offer. It's much better to rent from a timeshare owner or buy one resale.

This place is beautiful. The rooms are super nice and clean. It's like living in a nice high-end apartment. You have a full size fridge, nice fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, and of course Wi-Fi everywhere including pool area. This place feels like being at a vacation home, that's why I love it here. You have a bus stop in front of hotel, and a nice mall across the street. Definitely a good location to be.

We really love it! My wife and I had a great time at Sandos Resort. The staff was so polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were all having a great time! And we truly did have a wonderful experience. If I go back to Cancun I would stay here, and would recommend to friends. Will start with the positive. The rooms were very nice, spacious and had great views. The beach is pretty nice as well. They do a good job of keeping it clean. The staff is very friendly and seem like good people. The spa is simply amazing and I have many upper class spas to compare this place to and Sandos spa stands above. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast as well.

Wonderful, the attention to the tourist is excellent and the apartments have envelope very full.

We have stayed a few places in Cancun over the years but once we stayed here this has become our hotel of choice. It has the traditional Westin feel but in Mexico. The rooms and service are great. We always look forward to our annual trip. We have yet to bring our kids but this is definitely a place we would bring them to. There are always families around and I am sure the kids would have a great time. The beach and the pool are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at the Lagunamar once a year, and sometimes twice, every year since 2008. It is my go to resort for a 7 to 10 day relaxing vacation. Every room has a stunning view of the ocean. The staff is great and most have been there since I started visiting. The infinity pool is amazing as it blends in with the turquoise Caribbean. The beach access is easy and there is no charge for using the lounge chairs. Just grab one and take it down to the water's edge. Cancun is also a great deal as compared to other warm water vacation locations. Can't wait to go again. I love Mexico.

Stayed for six days mid-November. Loved the views. Staff was excellent. Room was modern and clean. Facilities and grounds were well maintained. Check — in/out could have been a little more organized when there were many people. Classic margaritas were a bit weak. Weigh your options with breakfast as the buffet may not always be the optimal route. The exchange rate wasn't the best — you can get somewhat better elsewhere, but know your Spanish. Regardless, the pros made it enjoyable enough for me to come back.

We visited this great resort in mid September and had an awesome time! The accommodations were very nice and the view of the ocean, spectacular! We spent the majority of time at the large pool. We went the Walmart Superama on a couple of occasions and grilled out once on property! We were treated very well by all of the Westin staff. They were starting a remodeling project of Oceano Restaurant. We ate there our first night and had breakfast the next morning. The Duna Sports Bar served meals after the construction began. This is a world class resort with immaculate grounds and great restaurants and shopping across the street from the resort. I have to give a shout out to Nora and Oscar, who did a great job on letting us know how we could become owners and to our concierge Luis. We would love to return someday.

Great place, had the suite which was amazing, balcony overlooking the sea, the hotel is across the shopping mall, but really with the pool, beach, you dont need to go out of the hotel. Bus stop also just outside the hotel just in case. Service was top notch like in all Westins and the price/benefit relation is very high! would go back anytime, in fact I would move in if it was possible! congrats to the hotel.

Bar none, the best experience you'll ever have in Cancun. The staff, facilities, and weather are amazing. We were there in August and just amazing. I have no complaints. Definitely check out the happy hour at the poolside bar, the volleyball in the afternoon, and the Jacuzzi at night. Every room faces the ocean and has a balcony. This location is also across the street from a great outside mall which comes in handy when you need your Starbucks fix, etc.

Excellent hotel, first-class services. I recommend visiting the hotel's spa, there you can enjoy rooms of steam and sauna, as well as a jacuzzi hydromassage with aromatherapy.

The best Hotel in Cancun; My experience at any time was extraordinary and whenever he returns to Cancun I will be staying in this hotel. Both in the Lobby and staff first class attention. My rating for this hotel is 11 excellent everything from landscapes, food and fun. I recommend it widely.

A increibe place, the facilities are really good, the building is practically new, the people are very friendly and the service is excellent, if you go to the beach do not stop to ask for Victor to attend, the internet connection is not working, talk and I spoke to reception and I could never connect via Wi-Fi, ahh, there is another very interesting detail, the people who make cleaning take food that you can have in the kitchen, it really does not matter that you do, but if you take into account that the nearest supermarket is 14 km, it is a detail to consider, in general our stay was very good.
