Had to comeback here and change my review from 5 to 1 stars. Reasons are: 1) poor costumer services from many places (most friendly people work in general labor jobs and costumer service from front desk to bartenders are pretty ignorant and barely ever acknowledge you) 2) you can't eat what you want and when you want in all inclusive because different facilities available only for certain costumers and opens only for certain time, so you be standing in line for food during your vacation 3) you can't invite anyone to your room if they aren't staying at this resort. 4) building need more maintenance, leaking ceilings and such. But I could continue but the point is I am not coming back to this place, they really got what it takes to spoil your vacation even in such a beautiful place. My first review: I enjoy it! There is enough activities at the resort and in the near by area to have a great quality vacation! Ocean is warm, sand is white and water is blue I haven't been to vacation for few years so someone might disagree with my review because they have had better experience, and thats cool 5 stars from me.

I got food-poisoned the first dinner. (Fever and vomiting for 2 days). Food quality is awful. Beer is bad, drinks as well, very very poor. Pasta was like hospital food. Room was really nice, mattress was a cloud. Pools were great. Wouldn’t come here again at all though. Staff was so angry at eveyone, very disrespectful in most cases.

Stay away! My room smelled like a wet mop because the AC unit was dripping. My beds were damp. I asked to be reassigned but it took 2 days. The front end manager told me to come back the next day at 9 am so he could personally reassign my room. He was not even on the property and I was told he wasn't coming in until 12. A major renovation needs to occur. Place is old. The Staff has a very nonchalant attitude. I will not be back if I can help it.

The best experience of my life.

Poor service in terms of restaurants (burnt meals) you get to an all inclusive and you don't have many things included! A group of responsible Oasis (I do not remember the exact name) you want to engage in your business to become a member to collect monthly commission in dollars and if you do not accept are angry. Very bad attention. And the beach that the hotel offers is filthy.

Es un hotel grande con todos los servicios. Sin embargo me tocó hotel lleno y pues todo se vuelve lento y hay que hacer fila o esperar. El internet lo cobran a pesar de que compres un todo incluido. La comida es buena sin llegar a ser excelente. Lo mejor es la cafetería dónde te preparan café delicioso.

Rooms were very nice, food was excellent and very easy to navigate.

I loved it, recommended 100% very clean tidy spread. Luxury restaurant with eaquisita variety of foods, show entertainment 100% enjoyable fun and interesting.

I don't like myself for nothing. Queue to eat? Don't replenish the mini-bar? Don't replenish shampoo and cream rinse? That is not for an all inclusive. The food is not good, all night shouting in the corridors. It is a hotel for young people, with a casino and Night club. I don't see family. There is pay Wi-Fi. The good thing, that I was only 3 days.

Beautiful hotel and room with great view and plenty of entertainment. However, some shows were boring and you may encounter long lines at restaurants.

It's nice, it's neat, it's jovial, fun, the bad there is no variety of dishes, no Wi-Fi and the one that sells the hotel is expensive, my recommendation is to buy a SIM card or chip that they sell to. Front of Market 28 on the side of the petrol station, there are for 10 USD 500 Megas enough for 5 days.

It is a nice hotel but nothing advisable for families, there is a lot of disaster in general, they are not able to put control on people. They don't take care of the beach.

Regular service, more would think in the category of 2000 pesos the night, not worth more, for two adults and two children, the meals are very basic and the drinks too, there is only one type of beer came rum and tequila, out of that there is only coffee and about 8 drinks more how Cappuccino, nothing premium or close, the beach is fine, but there is no activity included, as it says it includes non-motorized activities, but at the time of asking no one gave us the information we needed, the hotel is old and lacks maintenance, the room I had a leak in the bathroom which was rearranged the next day, and there were drops of blood on a pillow and all they did was change the pillow, we were never offered to change rooms, the food not varied but it is tasty but as we stayed five days, on the third day we were bored, paid 6200 per night and I think a fair price would be about 3000 the night, if the night cost you between two thousand and three thousand the night you have a good deal, if you get more than that there are better options, is the option to pay upgrades and access to better restaurants, but with the attention of management left a lot to be desired, so we do not pay the upgrade, pity that is very well located at kilometer 16.5 Boulevard Kukulkan.

Excellent resting place, complete. It offers everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday: rest, fun, good food, live shows and very good attention from the employees of the complex, which is attended by a staff of 100% Mexican. I recommend them!

Terrible service. Long lines for check in and get a seat in a restaurant. I have been waiting for my room for 5 hours.

The stay was excellent, I went to a day pass and the employees and services were luxurious… The attention, the restaurants, the pools and the bars. I would definitely visit the Oasis hotels.

The scratch and dent of resorts. CAUTION: look closely at your own risk this place is a little on the tired side. The good from far but far from good all inclusive experience. And by all inclusive I mean they’ll nickel and dime you for anything and everything. Want to lock your belongings up yep $$$. They told us one price and would change that price later for multiple things. Oh and do you enjoy middle school cafeteria grade food? Well if so, this place is the one for you. That being said the bartenders were great so if you are already there just get drunk and forget about the rest.

Don’t waist your time and money, if come for vacation just go to an other hotel this was in construction but they didn’t said anything to you realized that when you are already here. One worker here said that “this was close and they jus reopen it one week ago” but THE VIEW IS NICE from the 6th floor just the elevator is not working hhahaha for real. I have been in Cancun a lot of time and actually I came to work always stay in modest hotels but this is bad. My advice try to avoid this one if you don’t have other option just do it I hope you get better experience than me and my wife. Yes not talking about food because all this happened before to go down to eat, ohh I forgot to mention the room key was mess up as well so they change us to an other room hahha. Well at least the wify connection for 2 devices only per room is working fine to make this review.

Well, but ill-organized. When I arrived, I was given a room for one night and the next day I was moved. Supposedly I would have to have a room allocated or reserved and not a provisional one, because there was over sale.

This place is deceiving from the pics on the website. The Double bed are connected to each other. The air condition was not working properly. The all inclusive only came with dos eques beer and the wine was bad. Only house liquor available. The rooms are outdated and smell. They are very cheap with the towels, you only get one face towel per person a day. They forget that you need the shower after being in the pool. The food was bad at all the resturants in the All inclusive. Me and my son had diarrhea the 3 out of 5 days. We went to eat off the resort at a mcdonalds. Their is only 1 breakfast resturant in the morning in which the lines are super long. They also had roaches in the room. Do not stay at any of their resorts. Not worth it. The staff was nice but they need an upgrade. The elevators are also very small. Our first international trip was a total disaster. Oh and the plumbing was stopped up and the TV only has 3 channels in english and the battery remote was rusty.

At first appearance the resort is stunning. Our view of the ocean was gorgeous. The pool, the grounds and the beaches were always clean and beautiful. They even have peacocks running around-watch your snacks, though, they are not afraid to eat off your plate and won't wait for an invitation. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the grounds keepers to the Concierge. Our stay was marred however by a broken door (you literally had to lift the door up back on to its hinges to open the door) When mentioned to the Concierge, she immediately was ready to move us to another room. We asked that the door be fixed instead as we had family in the next room and the alternative room would not of had our ocean view. Communication between shifts seems to be an issue. It took an addition visit to the concierge the next morning to get the door fixed and she didn't seem to know anything about our door, but once she knew it was fixed almost immediately. My husband did ask for champagne for our room (it was our honeymoon) but it never materialized. On the whole, however, it was a lovely stay. Lots to do, many different food choices and additional entertainment options (some included, some extra $$$) In general, would recommend.

Terribly slow service, understaffed, food is wack! No irons in your room. The only pro is the beach and partying still gets fun.

I would really give this place no stars. My husband and I have been to Cancun many times. We have stayed at several hotels including Dreams Cancun before it move and also the Royals Sands and those hotels are "Top Notch" This time we planned a quick cheap trip through Vacation Express. What a horrible mistake! Don't Do It! This Hotel Cancun Oasis Lite is a disaster. 8 Restaurants and the food was horrible same stuff every day just moved from one restaurant to another and then they call it something else. We actually got on a bus and went down the street and ate at PaPa John's and we felt like we hit the lottery. No joke. Our room only had two towels no hand towels, floor mat or washcloths and we were told "1 people 1 towel" The pool area was always trash cigarette butts all over the furniture is never moved from around the pool and cleaned. The staff was very rude! No smiles or how can I help you? Even the guy that passed out towels for the pool was hateful. So PLEASE pay the extra $$ and go to another hotel. This is definitely a Spring Break type of Place! The daily pool entertainment was the best part of the trip. Also through Vacation Express we missed our flight going out. Please read the fine print that says to be at the airport 3 to 4 hours early. We arrived at the airport at 6:00 a. For a flight that according to my documents was suppose to fly our at 7:37 a. But the closed the ticket counter before 6 a.

False advertising, we were told we had access to all the connected resorts, that was a lie your roped off to a certain area and can not explore anywhere else. We were told we had a safe, that is a lie they up charge you for this also. The room is bare minimum, pictures are not at all a correct depiction of what you get when you arrive. When we arrived we were pushed all different directions no one knew where we needed to Check in everything was unorganized after traveling for 12 + hrs and having to wait in an hour long line just to be told 2 times your in the wrong area yet no one helped direct you where to go… awful first impression Food is ok, pretty cheep and gross for the most part. You don't have choice of drinks, all they have is cheep tequila, one kind of keg beer, and four locos. Over all not impressed and will not try out other connected resorts that have any affiliation with this one due to being treated awful. Staff is not helpful and not fun or exciting.
