Beautiful relaxing place. Staff are all friendly and nice. Room was large. They offered to put a frig in the room if we wanted. Only downside to the pool is there is not a place to put a chair or lounge or even a towel nearby. But the pool itself was lovely. And there is a full kitchen if you want to cook.
We ate at Sylvia's down the road. She does a different guisado each day and we thought they and the breakfasts were tasty.
Next to her is a place that does sandwiches and different breads. More expensive but good and open later.
It is a bit of a walk to get down to the main highway to get a colectivo into town but we liked being out of Cancún. There is an overpass to get to the other side and when you are coming home you just get off at AutoZone.
I would stay here again.

Your attention and it is a very quiet place! It has a swimming pool and is clean, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Hello. I can't reach out to hotel staff. Because book for July 1st to 2nd… But in the purchase it comes June 18-19. And I wanted it to be modified. But I don't know how to do it. Since it didn't give me a choice.

I missed staying more time at the hotel and relaxing in the pool, good reception and nice place!

It should not appear as pet friendly because when calling to confirm I report that they do not accept, plus the manager stressed that you dislike pets.

Divine the place! Really a mansion! We had problems with the hot water! I went with my baby and my partner to spend a night! The attention very well!

Don’t book this nasty place if you don’t want to get burned! I booked a month in advance and the day I arrived there was a storm and they sold my room to someone who paid more money. They were so nasty and unprofessional, they just told me they’re sold out and there’s nothing they can do. I explained I had booked and even showed them my reservation and they didn’t care. They sent this nasty gangster to kick us out. If you want to make sure you have a place to stay when you really need it, you’d better stay away from this place!

The Mansion is an interesting structure with lots of character and probably has an interesting back story. I enjoyed my stay there and plan to return. The Host was friendly and made me feel very welcome. The staff were good too. Use a language app if your Spanish is lacking or a bit rusty. Having that will tighten communication, end any frustrations and only serve to enhance your experience. There's plenty of fresh drinking water available. My room was decent, clean. There's an outdoor pool. It's quiet at night. I felt safe and secure. Good price too. I didn't want to stay in the Tourist/Hotel area of Cancun, so it was nice to find the Mansion. It's still within reasonable distances to the airport and shopping. It's currently under some renovations, but non-intrusive. Wi-fi available.

It Is Good, economical and quiet, but if you are looking to be close to the hotel zone because it is a little removed but have taxi service to the door.

It Is very far from the tourist area of Cancun, there is nothing to know close to the hotel. The House is beautiful but very old. The only thing to rescue is the good service and the clean rooms.

A beautiful place and very quiet to sleep very well.

We went with my baby for 2 years, cost us to find it. They would lack a poster on the main indication, and on a personal note, we had problems with the hot water. The rest super friendly. I highly recommend it.

A nice and interesting place with a tiny morbid touch ;-) and sometimes even too much trying of the manager to be helpful. Located conveniently between Cancun and the airport.

Breakfast is extra. Pool was broken. No hot water. Nice staff.

Very good experience and economic the bad thing is that there is no breakfast and you have to be guided by GPS. Careful with the taxi drivers here do not know the streets. Do not pay more than 60 pesos per day or 200 per night.
