Great place. Great service and great location. First of all, there are Dolphins at the resort! At the resort you will walk by them everyday on the way to your room. Some rooms have a balcony where you can see the dolphins swimming other rooms back toward the ocean with a hammock and a patio. I prefer the ocean. Free dessert restaurant free ceviche, french, asian, buffet, and steakhouse restaurants. Enough said enjoy.

4.5 stars. Nice clean resort with friendly staff. Decent to good food. Nice beaches and pools. Free cabanas are nice. $195/day 2 story cabanas are nicer but not necessary. 1 down side is lack of Fresh fruit juices and Fresh fruit sourced Alcoholic beverages. Drinks have ‘Chemical mix aftertaste.

Super friendly staff! One of my favorite resorts in all of Cancun. They have their own dolphins to swim with on the resort. My favorite part of this whole place is the gym! Wow it was amazing. It was a full gym with everything I needed to continue my workout routine. My next favorite part was the coffee shop, they made some great espressos! This resort is great for kids! Private beach and a public beach on the other side. Many many pools throughout the resort! Rooms are clean and nice. All around great place.

When I tell you this was the Best hotel I ever stayed in my life… I need 5 more stars to rate this place. I can stay there and not leave to go anywhere. From the time I stepped out my transportation there. The staff was wonderful. My room amazing! Even when I checked it the smell was just so welcoming. It wasn't just a stay it was an experience of a lifetime… Even the Dolphins were nice.

This resort has to be the most fantastic one I have visited. I have been to numerous all-inclusive resorts but this one in particular has to be the best one yet. No slip ups or complications the whole trip! The staff here are so caring and genuine, and the food is excellent. The service is a really important aspect of these types of resorts, and Hyatt Ziva lives up to the expectation! The set-up of the resort is also very clean, modern, and inviting. 10/10 would recommend.

The Hyatt hosted us for a corporate event and the adult only tower exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were well appointed and staff was extremely courteous and helpful in all ways. The restaurant selection was fantastic and we particularly enjoyed the American diner and the Japanese restaurant. But no night would be complete without a trip to the candy store. Yes an entire store for the child your with or the child in you that was a great way to end the day. The coffee shop made top notch beverages to your order and had baked goods throughout the day. The pools were excellent and the staff among them made sure you were never without a beverage. All in all a great stay that I would highly recommend.

The service is phenomenal! They are very very nice and serve you at your every beckon. Of course, it's all inclusive, but I find that if you tip them, they go even further for you the next time. I believe it's definitely a 5-star hotel and a top 3 resort in all of Cancun. They are just simply awesome. I stayed at the Turquoise Tower rooms and it is second to none! I would highly recommend it staying at this resort.

Great views. Awesome location with being close to downtown. Food was good. Some restaurants were better than others. Both the trade winds and the Asian restaurants were awesome! We stayed in the adult only tower and had the most amazing butlers whom decorated our room and prepared our hot tub with champagne ready for us.

Absolute best resort my husband and I have ever been to! The resort is beautiful, there is always something to do, the food is to die for, and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Our butler Carlos was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our massage therapists Nelly and Patricia gave us the best massages either of us have ever had, and the servers at every restaurant were the happiest, most friendly people you could dream up! I have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be back! Thanks for making our honeymoon PERFECT.

Great family friendly resort. Nice dining options, in room nanny available (extra, but worth it), and staff members that seem to genuinely care that you have a nice time. The only possible downside we experienced is that the room service menu isn't that large. However, it is available 24/7 and there are so many good options it really isn't a big deal. The spa is very nice, although a bit on the pricier side. If you do get a massage or something be sure to plan ample time to use the facilities (sauna, steam, indoor pool, etc).

Wifey and I stayed at the Turquoise Tower for a week celebrating our anniversary. Carlos, the concierge, was kind enough to set us up with an excellent room before we even got to Mexico! Our butlers: Joel and Allan catered to our every need and really went the extra mile to make us happy with each opportunity. We rented a beach cabana and were pampered by Irma who made sure that we had a great time at the beach! Also, truly appreciated the service at each and every one of the private dining experiences! ️

The whole resort is small, Tradewind Restaurant Service (revised comments, tradewind brunch is very good, half self-help has a lot of fruit, waiter Luis is very enthusiastic and yesterday afternoon that brother completely opposite). The beach is beautiful, especially when it's sunset. Moongate and buffet are very unpalatable, Asians choose carefully.

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions in the last year, and considered myself a good client. On my most recent visit my bags were gone through by the baggage staff upon check out and I had ($900) cash stolen from my luggage. I had called one hour after the theft took place and the hotel staff ensured me they were going to investigate and contact me that same day seeing as only one person touched my bags and I knew who stole, I did not hear back from the hotel at all for 2 weeks. The only reason the hotel even responded to me was because I got Hyatt head office involved, and my response by email was " we provide a safety box for your valuables, it is not our fault if you do not use it" but in my case I was robbed upon check out from the bell boy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, they do not care about their clients at all. I regret giving them my business. They look the other way when a theft takes place and do nothing at all in the way of customer service. I was offered 10, 000 Hyatt points as a "good gesture" which has absolutely no value at this hotel and is what Hyatt gives for free to any customers joining the world of Hyatt program. After countless emails to the hotel staff I have no choice but to give up and never set foot on this property again. Seeing as when I travelled to the property I came with groups of 10+ on each vacation and spent money on spa services, cabana beds etc its only the hotel that will loose in the end.

This was the best experience I've ever had I think. I can't say enough about every aspect. The service. The food. The people who work there, all so nice and also organized and highly functional. Super clean. Beautiful decor, deign and architecture. Unique placement on a peninsula so there is water on both sides. All inclusive. The luxury humbled me. Yes I recommend for adult couples as well as families. (There are separate buildings). Go.

Very beautiful hotel. Comfortable for my brief stay, but with a very good service that hooks you and causes you to linger longer.

I and my husband went there with our 5 year old daughter to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place! The resort is awesome with very good restaurants and bars. No reservations were needed at the restaurants and we had to wait for only 15 minutes only once for dinner at a Japanese restaurant for Hibachi. It is all-inclusive in the true sense. My daughter had a great experience at the kids club and she didn't want to spend any time with us! There were many activities and water play planned for kids and she made many friends there. Highly highly recommended. Don't think twice before booking!

Very good hotel all inclusive with very good restaurants.

I'll say at the outset that I am not a huge fan of all-inclusives, but, that said, the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is as good as it gets. The staff is always helpful and accommodating, and always willing to help. The facilities are spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. There are myriad choices for varieties of cuisine, and meals are prepared and served with elegance an panache. There is every kind of activity imaginable, and for every skill level. Altogether a wonderful place to vacation.

Came here for a wedding and couldn't have been happier that the couple chose this resort! Easy to setup transportation to and from the airport. Breathtaking views everywhere especially from the lobby. For food there are many restaurants from Italian to French as well as quick bites and food trucks. Drinks flow with a top notch spirit selection. Spa, massages, Dolphin swimming, water activities, and off-site excursions are not included, but they are on-site for easy scheduling. Best of all — the amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Can't wait to go back!

You know that every aspect of your stay was so good when you don’t know where to start. My wife and I traveled to Cancun on New Year’s Eve and stayed at the hotel Ziva — Turquoise tower. Our trip was form 12/31-1/6 and the hotel was amazing, from the food at every restaurant to the entertainment at night. We had two great butlers who were always willing to take care of us if we needed. In addition my wife and I had a couple’s message in the Zen spa… All I can say is WOW, perfect 10. Also, the hotel was at capacity, but it never felt over crowded, just a great place. If you are considering a vacation to Cancun with or without kids, look no further than the Hyatt Ziva. You will not be disappointed. We have already booked our next trip.

Great place to stay the wedding gazebo has a spectacular view and its facilities are fine, has several areas only adults area and kids Club the beach that is on the side of the lighthouse does not have the same for me is the best in the hotel zone.

Beautiful Hotel! One of the most beautiful hotels I could visit, is a bit expensive but worth every weight you pay! Impeccable facilities, wonderful service, beautiful beach and delicious food. Really very comfortable in all respects, highly recommended and enjoyable for the traveler who wants something different and special =)

Absolutely loved this hotel. Best staff, environment, food, and drinks in all of Cancun. I can't say enough good things about this resort. We stayed in the Turquoise tower which gives you butler service and access to the adult only infinity pool which has an even better pool. It also gives you free airport transportation which is a 200$ value!

The Hyatt Ziva Cancun was our first all-inclusive resort, and we were extremely impressed by everything about it. The view from our Ocean View room was marvelous, as was being able to watch the sunrise over the sea from our balcony. There's so much to do and see here on the resort — the activities, bars, and restaurants are very plentiful — that we barely had a chance or reason to go off resort with this trip. The staff here have all been extremely courteous and professional as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hyatt Ziva Cancun for anyone interested in a quality all-inclusive experience.

This place was awesome. Food was good enough, the location was awesome, the staff was nice, and the amenities were superb. Just try not to venture out of the resort. The locals are vultures and scum. They will rip you off any chance they get. They jack up the prices of everything to an extreme amount. The shops wont give you change or try to give you incorrect change. The taxi drivers will try to charge you $40 for taking you 300 feet. Outside of the resort itself makes me want to build a wall. But the resort itself was a great experience.

This resort was to say the least "AMAZING! " Was treated like a queen the entire 6 days we were there! Just to name a few employees who went above and beyond their duties: Christian, Juan Carlos & Diego. I know there were many, many more to add to this list. At this resort you felt safe, all needs were met within a timely manner, I would have to give a 10 for cleanliness, amenities were amazing, food was great, and last but not least, the staff was very very kind! Would go back in a "heartbeat! "

This resort was absolutely amazing I don't think there is one thing that we could complain about or didn't have that we could have asked for. The food was great the service was impeccable everyone there was so kind and so accommodating and actually loved what they were doing or they really put on a good show. The rooms were gorgeous and clean and well taken care of anything you asked for they would bring to your room. Said in the lobby bar was the best bartender we had ever had. He was so funny and a great mixologist. We will be back!

Food is great. Staff is more than welcoming. Facilities are amazing. Couldn't have a better time here. The only thing that this place doesn't have is beaches with waves. Everything else makes up for it. We celebrated our honeymoon. The turquoise option for adults only is cool for the rooms your get but the only exclusive thing is the rooftop pool and bar. Which is fine because the place is so big. Have fun my friends mucho tequila.

Stayed at the club lounge building. Very good service all inclusive hotel. Room at a ocean view. In room mini bar restocking included. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy from including Italian, Asian, steakhouse, and American burgers. Burger patties we're ok. The buffet also has different themes each night. Many pools to choose from. Easy access to the clear beach waters. The have an inflated iceberg you can climb floating in the water. Also what looks like an inflated trampoline. Hammocks in the middle of the water is a nice touch by the light house. A couple cons were no ventilation in the bathroom, they lock up the fridge full of drinks in our building at around 11pm, and one time the hot tub was way too hot for comfort.

The Hotel was incredibly beautiful! It was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. We were there for my Nephews wedding and we had an amazing time. The extra activities were a lot of fun. The food at every restaurant was amazing. Truly spectacular in every way.

Oh my this place was amazing. I'm actually sad that we had to leave. I felt like I was a celebrity with all this helpful services. The food at every restaurant was great and my husband and I are two of the most picky eaters. Alcoholic. Drinks were great and strong was not ripped off with watered down drinks the Mercado restaurant was amazing with so many choices of food and yogurts detox drinks. Please people these people make an average of 6 dollars a day take dollars to tip they accept American money every where in Cancun does. If you need help conversion it's divide the amount of pesos by 17 example if something is 200 pesos divide by 17 and it's roughly $11.76 cent but I just rounded to the next dollar. If I could give this hotel more stars I would I loved it.

This all inclusive hotel is heaven. Stay in the Turquoise Tower, it's worth the upgrade! Great access to beach, two story cabanas, unique food options (though food could be better for price), activities and more! the staff is very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent seaside location for this 5 star resort with delicious steak, tortillas, seafood and every other imaginable dish u can dream off. Breezy, beautiful well maintained, spectacularly clean with such excellent customer service with awesome friendly staff. I totally recommend this resort for families with teens and small kids. Many pools, beach activities especially on rock climbing wall and trampoline anchored a way off into the serene turquoise ocean. Security was on point. The only issues we had were that it flooded floors and stairs when it rained which were slippery (I actually witnessed an older lady fall) and the rooms over the dolphin area were not soundproof at all. The nightly shows were family oriented and we thoroughly enjoyed. We were very very satisfied.

A lot better than expected. Better food & better service. I have to revise my rating after an incident today. Positives: 1. Great service. 2. Very competent food choices. 3. Clean rooms & facilities. Now negatives: 1. Relatively small room. 2. Slow room service. 3. Not too concern about the safety or well being of their customers. I am currently staying at this facility starting on 8/16/17. I am scheduled to depart on 8/23/17. My wife just fell out in the hall way about 2 hours ago. There was a rain storm which made everything slick. Of course, she fell because it was slippery, but there was no sign that it was slippery. They only put up the sign after she fell. They seem to be concerned. I know that she will be sore in the morning. I asked for a bottle of Motrin but was shot down. I now have to go down to the store and pay for the outrageously expensive bottle of Motrin. I will come back and post what happens next. I have a feeling this will be a long post. My wife could not move & I tried to get a carryout from few of the restaurants on the property. I got shot down every single time. No exceptions possible. Oh well, I guess we are stuck with inferior room service food.

This hotel set the bar very high. The staff showed amazing hospitality and I felt very welcomed. Our room was always in excellent condition and the food was wonderful. My favorite was Asian Bistro. José Tun provided us with impeccable service. I will definitely come back, the experience will be very hard to top.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff — from check in, pool attendants, waiters, hostesses, etc. — goes out of their way to enhance the experience. Great pools, nice restaurants — with many options and choices. Our first "all inclusive" experience; while we probably didn't get our moneys worth in the sense we didn't drink a lot, would still definitely recommend.

I was blown away by this hotel. It is first class all the way! I have stayed at 30+ hotels in Cancun over the 30 years I have been going down there and this one is by far the best. I highly recommend. The food, the drinks, the staff, the room was all just over the top incredible. We will return! Great job Hyatt!

In a word, amazing! The hotel is beautiful and situated with water all around. The staff are the friendliest I've encountered in Mexico. Simply wonderful. The food was good at the restaurants we dined at. We ate at 5 of the 7. We had our 3 year old with us and they treated him like royalty. Even remembering his name when we arrived at the buffet for breakfast. Tons of space at the pools or on the beach. The beach and pool staff were awesome. Always had cold water or a cold adult beverage when we needed one. We stayed in the club tower. Room was very nice and overlooked the ocean. They have snacks in the lobby at all times along with a large refrigerator stocked with various drinks. We enjoyed our stay from the time we arrived until we left. This place is a must!

This place is sensational! Set on a great location with beautiful rooms, pools, excellent dining options and entertainment. To top it off its all inclusive, including alcohol. The service has been top notch as well. I think the staff have been told to always say "yes" to all requests. It really made my stay a great one.

Overall place is excellent! Food was great and restaurants were real (not like a cafeteria). Staff was superb and treated us like royalty. Lots of activities all day long for adults and kids. Minor complaint no bathtub for young children and babies. The only major complaints are the pictures that are taken by hotel were ridiculously priced. Same for the dolphin swim with the company on hotel site way over priced for excursion and photos. I wouldn't recommend dolphin swim at all again complete waste of money.

The staff is super friendly! I can't stress that enough. Their hospitality and humility absolutely floored me. The hotel is well designed and super clean. The restaurants are classy and the food was delicious. And the location — well, being surrounded on three sides by the bluest ocean ever doesn't hurt.

This resort is really nice. Just pulling up you can tell it is great. The food was really good and I enjoyed the fresh juice and smoothies in the morning. Room service was fast. The beaches were amazing and staff was top notch. I was impressed.

Com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… My husband I and enjoyed a 3 night stay (next time we will definitely stay longer! ). The resort is absolutely beautiful! The service was great everywhere we ate but our favorite waiter was Alvaro at El Mercado buffet. He gave us the best service we'd ever experienced anywhere! We asked for Alvaro each time we ate at El Mercado and he cheerfully welcomed us with a big smile. We were impressed that he even remembered our names! He's such a sweet, kind person. It was hard to say goodbye to him. He even surprised us with some strawberries with whip cream and chocolate syrup on our last day. We can't express enough how wonderful Alvaro was!

Recently renovated it takes guest to have an unforgettable experience.

We stayed June 14 to the 18. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was amazing and every room has a view of the ocean. We stayed in the club tower and had access to the roof bar/pool. It was cool, but we spent most of our time in the main swimming pool/beach area. The hotel is a short walk to the Hard Rock Cafe and Senor Frogs as well as other great restaurants. The dress code for the hotel restaurant is not strictly followed, but I do recommend men bringing at least a polo and loafers and women having a sundress and nice sandals. Although the food on the resort is pretty good, Lorenzo's and Tradewinds definitely is the best on site.

By far the best hotel in Cancun. I stayed here with my wife back in February and we were amazed at the top level of hospitality. The restaurants were amazing and delicious. The staff was A+++

This is the BEST place to stay in Cancun. The staff is exceptional. The caring and detail the staff gave was phenomenal. We will go back very soon. Rooms are spotless and have fantastic views. They have a turn down service. Pools are great and immaculate. The grounds are a pleasure to walk around. We were walking distance to Coco Bongo. The restaurants are uniquely different and we had to go to all seven. Ana was a great hostess. She memorized our names a greeted as if we were distant family. All inclusive was the best way to go. They had two beaches with character. If you are going to Cancun look here at least to compare. I am not sire anyone can do better.

This is an amazing resort. We just came back last night after a week of stay over there. The staff are so friendly and warm welcoming, rooms are so clean and the house keepers were doing a great job. The restaurants and foods were great, but our most favorite ones were the Trade winds and the Le Mercato! The spa service was wonderful, so relaxing and we had the couple massage in a palapa which was so relaxing. I would like to talk about Joe one of the entertainment members who was amazing, fun and friendly. We had aerobics in the pool with him which was so fun! he's a great dancer. And Antonio who served the drinks all the day! He had a beautiful smile on his face all the time and was always bringing us a surprising drink! They have 5 adorable dolphins that you can go and swim with them, however, they arrived 2 weeks ago and were under training. It was quiet at this time of the year, the nightly shows were good. However, it was not very eye catching to us. The pasterie was so good. The weather was warm but windy. Last but not least, Serena one of the photographer is amazing. Overall, it was a great resort! Thank you Hyatt Ziva Cancun, we will definitely come back next year:)

The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful and luxurious resort. The location is wonderful — breathtaking views and easy access to other parts of Cancun. My room in the adults only tower was clean and comfortable. The patio is a comfortable outdoor escape. The bed is comfortable. The shower has great water pressure — the waterfall style shower head is wonderful. The best part of the Hyatt Ziva is the staff. They are friendly, kind, and full of heart. They care for you and are attentive and engaging. This is a wonderful and loving place to vacation.

Just got back and our stay was incredible. Large pools, great food, nice Beach with no seaweed. The lobby bartender, Abundio, is very nice and the bartender's at Dips and Sips by the pool are super fun and Julienne our waiter on the beach is awesome. Check-in and check-out were fast. Definitely would go back.

This hotel is not awfully bad. It's just not a Hyatt. It's has great pools, awesome views and other amenities, however the service (or should I say absence of service) is absolutely incredibly bad. Starting from 2 hours check in (I'm platinum Hyatt member by the way) till overcharging and hours of waiting for a room service. If this is not Hyatt, why does it cost like superior park Hyatt?

The overall stay was wonderful, however there were a few negatives: we were looking to possibly have our wedding there and got the $500 preview package for a 2 night stay, as soon as we arrived we were told we needed to upgrade to a different room, which would be $150 more per night, per person. We were very confused as to why we were being pressured to pay more even though we had already paid for the room. Especially since the wedding brochure said that we'd be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, so why were we not only being forced to upgrade, but being told that we needed to pay for the upgrade… Not a good first impression! We ended up paying $100 a night to upgrade and paid the regular room rate to stay a 3rd night. Our room was beautiful and clean, the only issue with the room was the plumbing. We had to get the toilet fixed twice and the shower fixed once. This wasn't too much of a hassle as they sent someone up immediately to take care of the issue. Overall, our stay was amazing! The food was great, the staff was awesome, the room was beautiful and so was the view, the beaches amazing, pools amazing, lobby of the club tower AMAZING there were always well prepared snacks and plenty of beer and alcohol. Literally everything other than those few negatives was AMAZING! Oh yeah, and the interior design/decor was unbelievably awesome. We had a meeting with Jessica from the wedding department the second day we were there.

Super friendly, all new, excellent service and attention, excellent rooms, 8 very good restaurants as well as bars, the room service is great, everything is great! Not there are reason some for not visiting it.

Everything was perfect. The views were incredible second only to the staff. Omar and Dickman at the swim up bar were hands down the best bartenders i've had anywhere. I would love to go back thanks to them.

Rooms were wonderful and staff all very polite and eager to please. Pools and beaches were clean and beautiful. However, rooms were cleaned at random times. One evening we actually had to call for our room to be cleaned at 6:00pm. Snacks and drinks were not replaced daily as promised. Can't say food in any of the restaurants were outstading. Actually got food poisoning the last night in the French restaurant. I was so ill we actually had to have the hotel doctor come to my room. She suggested hospitalization but we refused. The doctor was fabulous. Gave me several shots so I could catch my flight home that afternoon. Downside to how great she was, she only accepted cash. How many of us have a bundle of cash at hand the last day of our vacation. Facility has lots ofpotential but seems structure and consistancey to be a 5star.

Best hotel in Cancun ever. No reason to not go. Best value and food and atmosphere you could want. Went on our two year anniversary and loved every second of it from the beach to the pools to the food to the drinks.

Absolutely love it here. The rooms are great. The views are beautiful. The fit and drinks are delicious. The only thing I found lacking was that there are no night time pools or jacuzzis. That would have been nice.

The resort is very nice. Our room has a great view overlooking the ocean — I woke up this morning and the sunrise was truly amazing. While there are many pools throughout, the weather is just slightly too cold and windy to really enjoy (mid January). Instead we spent some time in the hot tub (which needed to be about 5 degrees warmer but otherwise nice). After two days we have yet to exhaust all the dining options. Overall the food is good, but one thing I am disappointed about is the lack of Mexican food — only one of the restaurants features Mexican cuisine. The bars are nice. They had live music both nights (covering songs ranging from 70s rock to recent pop songs) ; I was impressed with the singer's voice. Today we are traveling to Chichen Itza. Setting up the excursion was super easy through the on-site bestday travel company. Overall I am really enjoying the resort.

We've only been here 2 days but we already know we'll be back. This hotel is newly remodeled and just opened recently. The hotel is on a peninsula so almost every room has a lovely ocean view. We upgraded to club level, which gets you a room closest to the ocean, your own club-only lounge AND pool area, and many other perks. There's a cool show every night at 8pm. Last night's show was a fire show where dancers juggled and spun fire-lit torches and hula hoops — it was very entertaining. Room service is good, free, and always on time when you order it. We've tried 3 of the 8 restaurants in the hotel: the asian was hibachi style and delicious with a ton of food, the American diner is OK, and the Italian is delicious especially the desserts. They have a margarita bar with delicious and refreshing drinks and even a tequila expert on staff to tell you all about the different types of tequila and how they're made — pretty cool. Last but not least, they have a dessert/sweets place where you can go and get gelato, cookies, gummy bears, and have 3 chocolate fountains to dip marshmallows and fruit in. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in the Yucatan and none of them had this type of place. If you have a sweet tooth or someone in your family does, they will LOVE this place. I definitely recommend this hotel — it's a good deal and you get more than you pay for.

During our stay the weather was great and it only rained on our last day. Even though it just opened and had no reviews, we still took a chance and booked our stay because of the location. Previously we stayed at 4 star resorts before and by far this resort was the best. They were working on dolphin pool and promised to have them on site by early 2016. Even though we didn't get a chance to swim with the dolphins, we went snorkeling almost every day. The beaches are very shallow and beautiful with clear water. Cement blocks prevent the waves from slamming the shoreline making them calm for everyone to enjoy. They offer many pools including several cascading pools as well as adult rooftop pool with the view of Caribbean sea. Room was spacious with nice rainfall shower. Bedding sheets were good quality with down feather pillows and comforter. Central AC worked great. Tres cervezas bar and brewery made good quality beer and offered entertainment for adults like Pool table Foosball and sports networks for sport fanatics. Restaurants and bars offered top shelf liqueur. Food was OK but they need to be more creative with deserts in the restaurants. To our surprise, they didn't serve famous tres leches cake known as Mexican favorite desert.

That hotel violets the The Federal Maritime Zone which is legally described as the 20 meter wide strip of land that is transitable and next to the beach (playa mar). Thus if you support the ulawfull activity, please welcome to that "adults" only hotel.

This is truly the best resort in Cancun. I've been visiting Cancun for 31 years and have stayed in many fine hotels but the Ziva is my new favorite. The staff is enthusiastic in their desire to make your experience memorial. The location with the Caribbean Sea on three sides unlike any other in Cancun. The food and beverage quality is insurmountable and the facilities are new, fresh and modern. You will be impressed.
