Excellent service very good experience.

It’s a nice clean hotel and in the Centre of town. Breakfast is delicious and staff are friendly. It has a cash machine on site.

Not very impressive, did not tell us about parking validation. Room only have 1 towel for 2 guest, and no toilet paper or tissue. No gold benefits. I felt bonvoyed.

The best hotel in the center just 10 minutes walk to the square and restaurants, very well service and the pool on the 5th floor has an amazing view of the lagoon.

This hotel is attached to Hospital Galenia. It is a full business hotel, where I was teaching a workshop. We used their restaurant for lunch each day and found the portions to be adequate and the flavors good. Large Sunday brunch with lots of tasty Mexican dishes.

A really nice comfortable stay. I can not emphasise enough how wonderful the staff are. The guys and girls in the restaurant are really nice and love a chat about local culture, life and surrounding areas. The restaurant food is superb and great value.

Will qualify for 2 stars that is not and visited perhaps some day visit and see the services it is can I increase my rating.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! I loved the concepts of the Restaurants and the dish that I tasted was exquisite! The room with a tasteful decoration and very comfortable! So this hotel chain to my endorse his enormous commitment to the tourism. I recommend apliamente.

Great stay! I felt very well taken care of here. The location is quiet, but far from attractions so you need to budget for taxis or rent a car.

The hotel is great. Only a 10 minute drive to the beach. They have great facilities (pool, steam, and gym). The two restaurant are fantastic. It truly is the staff that made the trip for me. Everyone was super friendly. Pastor from the restaurants had to be one of the best waiters I’ve had in a while. He was on his “A” game with checking in a making sure I had everything. He made some great recommendations on food and treated me like a King. Michel from the restaurant was a good man too! I would go back here in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel and lovely friendly hardworking staff. Beds are amazingly comfortable. The black out blinds are great if you need to sleep in. Gym is okay and swimming pool is always clean and a nice enough size. Food is okay too.

I travel for business and stay at this hotel frequently. Until today I liked the hotel. Sadly I’m considering taking my business and our company’s business elsewhere because of a terrible experience with one of the managers. He was condescending and rude. We have spent many thousands of dollars here and I couldn’t believe his bad attitude. Maybe he was having a bad day but he ruined a hotel I liked. Planned on spending about 15K USD here this year. Will consider other options.

I had a very nice stay at the Sheraton Centro. The hotel was clean. Their restaurant had plenty of good food on the menu not to mention their lovely cocktails. Sergio, Eric and every single stuff member went above & beyond on ensuring that I was comfortable & well taken care of. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Centro and will be a repeat guest at this hotel on my next visit to Cancun. Sergio was the best! It was SUPERB customer care at its finest.

Excellent hotel a few years old and they all go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. The breakfast is also a great deal. We B had room 111 and liked it very much. Andrea at the front desk is delightful and very helpful. We enjoyed our time with this Four Points.

Nice Hotel but not located around attractiveness or restaurants, a little far from the beaches and the center.

The room was very good. Good service ROM 24 hours very quiet and beds that if you rest on them or be recommended.

I have been with friends for a working breakfast. I have to congratulate those in charge of the kitchen, because I found excellent dishes, excellent service and very welcome, a great attention to cleanliness.

Very well located in the city, not so downtown but walking to get to a shopping plaza. It has charging points for electric vehicles. Its connection to the hospital Galenia makes it advisable for family members who can stay on the side. I attended a work meeting, the living room is very comfortable and functional, although you could hear the voices of the lounge on one side.

Pretty Good but no the best The front desk clerk was really nice with us! The service at the Restaurant for breakfast was horrible, but they have a delicious (5 rated) chicken soup.

It's balanced, clean and very hygienic. The facilities are as well. The attention is very good. It smells good, it's connected to the hospital.
Taxis are good, just a theme the reception of Night shift on Friday January 5, was asleep and smelled very bad, was disheveled and did not respond to the greeting. Lousy deal.

Very modern place. I really like to do business meetings. I haven't seen them have parking.

From my experience it is more than average. The room is ok. But service fails a lot. Reception is not so competent. And they have problems with elevators. First only one works and you wait so long. When I arrived the gentleman who escorted me even had a problem to make it go. The elevator going to underground parking is a different one. They share the parking with a hospital so it's already a problem to find where you should park. When I at least managed where is the hotel elevator and parked the car the elevator didn't work. Tried another level and it worked. But the day after on check out when I had heavy bags this elevator was on maintenance. Another elevator not working. It's unacceptable to block the elevator around check out time when they should know people have bags. I had to carry heavy bags by stairs. They really have problems with elevators in this hotel and it spoils everything. I took this hotel to be able to organize my bags before taking plane. Even rooms are ok service is very bad and I won't stay there again.

The service miy good. Just beware of taking taxis that are outside of the hotel. It seems that they are in collusion with some people of the hotel and you amedrentan if you take an uber instead of taxis.

Room was very clean and taken care of. The view from the pool area was nice-overlooking the lagoon. Short walk to shopping. Great friendly staff. Daniel and Eric was especially helpful with directions and recommendations. We will definitely stay there again!

I stayed one night after my flight was cancelled. The rooms and lobby were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant, a bar, and a great pool. It was a good value for the price. I would definitely stay again.

Came here after a flight was cancelled and couldn't be happier. The staff was exceedingly helpful, the rooms were clean and we'll stocked. All of the staff spoke wonderful Eenglish. It was a great experience during a stressful time.

I have stayed at this location twice and have no complaints. The staff is friendly no matter what time of day it is or what service you need. It makes staying away from home far less stressful and far more enjoyable. You will not be disappointed!

Nice modern hotel. Close to mall, supermarket and restaurants. Pleasant rooms, modern gym and nice pool area with good food and service.

Breakfast buffet is around £10 and has a huge range of choice. Beds are very big and so comfy. About 15 minutes from the strip in a taxi.

The rooms are lovely. They are bright and spacious with a rainfall shower. The sink being squared is a little slow to empty, but not a big deal. Staff is wonderful, especially Jesus the pool bartender! Makes traditionally fantastic mojitos!

Un lugar muy bonito y con un ambiente muy relajado, la calidad del servicio es bastante buena y tiene detalles que generan felicidad a sus clientes, como por ejemplo la imagen y diseño del lugar, recomendado ampliamente. Otro punto fuerte es la ubicación ya que esta en una de las avenidas principales y más transitadas de Cancún, esto ayudó al fácil acceso al lugar, y la zona en la que se encuentra es de las top de la ciudad.

An elegant and sophisticated, is located in the center of Cancun, has a 1 year opening approximately, for the value and location it is not recommended, there are alternatives in the same center with best prices.

Giving this hotel 5 stars for the extreme value, cleanliness and service we receive every time we visit. They have a beautiful small balcony in some of the rooms and the rooms are very comfortable in size. Close to the mall and the plaza, there are many options to eat for a short 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk away. Safe area. Hospital next door! Ask for Hector. He will be sure you have a good stay.
