Beach Palace has made our vacation one of the best! The staff was so kind and patient. The food was delicious and came fast. There were many places where you could eat, whether you were craving pizza or a nice cake. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and had a very nice aesthetic and design to it. The beach was right outside, with a big pool near the beach and 2 on the rooftops. The hotel also contained many hot tubs. All of the staff was extremely friendly and kind. They were very hospitable and made our trip so much fun and made it one of if not the best vacations ever. If your budget fits into this hotel, I would definitely recommend coming. Thanks for the great trip!

We stayed at beach palace cancun in september for vacation and november for a wedding. This luxury hotel is a great price point and all inclusive. To start, the hotel coordinated airport transfer to and from hotel. We found this very convenient. All the staff for airport transfer and hotel speak perfect english. there are many restaurants with different cuisines — wok (asian), agra by wok (indian), tequila (buffet), bocelli (italian), smokehouse ("steakhouse") and sweets and coffee (dessert café). Many of the restaurants you can order many dishes to try different foods. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the menu foods and drinks. The wait time is very short. Even if there is a little wait, you can go to the bar and enjoy drinks while waiting. the beach is beautiful here. There are pristine clear, shallow and calm waters. This is a good beach for families and beginner swimmers. I would just research the weather / season because sometimes the water has lots of seaweed. The pools upstairs and on the roof were very warm. The activity coordinator (a young lady) was very energetic and welcoming. the hotel had many bars — pool bar, stadium bar, and sky bar. The pool bar has good service no matter which area of the pool/beach you. The stadium bar had the best drinks and activities/games. The bartender lady was the best bartender I have ever had. The strawberry margarita and tiki drink are remarkable and so refreshing. Sky bar has beautiful views of the beach and lagoon.

Very bad experience, don’t go to this horrible resort. We paid almost $500 a night for me and my husband. The first day after we spent the day at the beach we came to our room to find out that there was a leak from the above room and we had to pack our bags and move to another room and unpack again, very inconvenient when you are taking time off and paying top money for a vacation. Second day we came to the room after dinner and while I was trying to get ready to bed I noticed something crawling on my make up bag, I took a closer look and there was tons of Ants all over my belongings and all over the dresser, coffee maker and the table. We called the desk they sent a lady with some toxic spray and she started spraying without asking if we have allergies exposing us to toxic fumes and that’s was 11pm. I emailed corporate about the incident and as of today no respond from them. Do not waist your money in this horrible place. My husband taped all the Ants crawling all over the place.

Excellent service, all very friendly! Fascinated with everyone's hospitality. You feel at home and I am amazed by Chef Henry's dedication to how he loves his work and you can see that he enjoys it very much, because he takes the time to go to the table and show his work that is excellent. Recommended 100%. And we'll see you again soon over there.

customer service so bad they don't care and they very rude 😒 😤. I better stay or not to came. And I know why they only 3 Star. I give worst than Motel 6. The cheaper motel in USA. Please don't go there you will Disappointed. They don't want to listen I told them I will report to YELP. She said they don't care. Thwy have to train customers service so people can stay or visit. No. No Good. And I will put more bad reviews. You just can't insult CUSTOMER SPECIAL THEY ASK ME TO UP GRADE Members. They just lose there BUSINESSES.

Amazing food, beach is great, staff is wonderful! Views are perfect no matter lagoon side (twinkling city lights) or ocean side with the beach.

We visited Beach Palace in March 2020 for a week. It was a great resort for our family of 4’s first trip to Cancún! The teenagers did not want to leave for any off property excursions. They enjoyed the poolside entertainment as well as all the evening shows! this place.

Absolutely love the trainer Luis! He’s very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He kicked my butt almost every day. I enjoyed getting to know him and workout with him. All the staff is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff members make the stay so much more enjoyable.

This was my first experience at an all inclusive. I was not expecting such great food. The staff was so nice, the beach was perfect. Our group loves the skybar! I didn’t drink alcohol but my group did and the selection was good. The bartenders were pros! Housekeeping and room service was superb! The pool seemed small for this resort but with the best beach ever, I understand why. Ohh! They had some entertainment during several evenings. Super shows!

We just returned from Beach Palace. This was our second time there and we can't wait to go back again. Beautiful beach, good food and fantastic staff. In fact I can't say enough about the staff, they are extremely helpful, engaging, courteous and professional. From the cleaning staff to the waiters and reception staff, they are all incredible helpful. Can't wait to go back!

I give one star to good view of the hotel and another star to their room services. We decided to stay at Beach Place after some researches through Internet. Because we believed that we would enjoy our vacation at this hotel. (A 4 star hotel) Unfortunately, I were really disappointed at their management and quality. There was some construction going on from 12 AM to early morning! Our room was right above the construction area. But no one informed us when we checked in! I d…on’t think the hotel really cares their customer as they promote. Why don’t they avoid to arrange noisy room to customer? Also, the front desk could let me know when I checked in and offer us to change the room. Anyway, it was a long story to deal this issue with their manager. I finally were offered to change room at 2AM by their manager but I refused since I have flight to catch up late that morning and I don’t want to waste time to pack up. I understand that some kinds of construction work needs to be done in the evening. But it was not a good idea to have your customer suffer this. This issue could be solved if you informed me at beginning. Besides the huge issue, the sales person took too much time and some little problems such as the hair dryer and jacuzzi was not working in one of our rooms. My vacation ends with sad. Therefore, I write this review to let you know. I hope your management team could be more professional to provide “best” service to your customers in the future.

Just came back from our vacation and it was our third time here. But this particular trip was by far the best. The staff was on point from the gentlemen who was the hype man for the pool area to Gabriella cooking us breakfast every morning in the buffet, the gentleman running the snack shack and my friends at the sports lounge took very good care of our party of 6 every night. The skybar was just as nice and service to. I wish I knew all their names but please, any worker there made you feel like VIP really. Can't wait to book again and it will be when kids are still in school, it was the best time ever.

We spent Spring Break at Beach palace. The beach is phenomenal, clear blue waters and beautiful sand. The staff were always friendly, but very understaffed for the week we were there. Bar/beach service extremely slow, ran out of straws, mixes and WATER the second day we arrived. The resort credits were hard to use, since the excursions were overpriced and not as good as ones from tour companies. The food was ok for the first few days, but a lack of variety for the rest of the week. My husband had to be up by 6am to get a decent spot by the beach and was never able to get one by the pool.
The location of this was exceptional and the beach made it worthwhile. But definitely some things they need to work on. Very understaffed for the week we were there. I don't think we would return.

We just spent a week at Beach Palace and it was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make sure we had anything and everything we could possibly need. The rooms were spectacular with beautiful ocean views and were serviced wonderfully every day. All of the employees were polite, courteous and friendly. The food was top notch at every meal and every restaurant. A special thank you to Ernesto, Israel, Aaron, Diego, Alejandro Ruez, Yadira, and Antonio for their top quality service! We look forward to going back soon!

Just returned from a week at Beach Palace! Loved it! Hotel was beautiful, ocean front room was perfect! Hospitality was outstanding! Gabriela was our breakfast cook and made the best eggs and omelettes! Teenage kids loved the food at the restaurants and buffets! Outside grill was a perfect lunch spot everyday! Location to shopping mall made for a perfect walk every night! Evening entertainment was fun for all! Loved the shows! Thank you Beach Palace! Your staff was excellent!

Had a great time here for my best friends wedding! Every single person that works at this place needs a raise because they were all excellent. Artoro in the sports bar was an awesome bar tender and was an all around great guy. Ernesto in the buffet was also amazing, this dude would work circles around 90% of the waiters/waitresses in America! I wanted to make sure and give those two a shout out because they were awesome but seriously guys the customer service that we received was top notch. I’m not rating this a 5 star only because the food wasn’t the best; however, it wasn’t horrible either. By far the best food we had was in the Japanese restaurant that they have their. Overall, great place and a nice family resort. If going to Cancun I would recommend this place for a family resort and if your wanting amazing service!
