Terrible service, do not use the waiting machine. The hotel was nice, good location and it was clean, BUT when we went to go use the laundry facilities that they boasted, it RUINED almost all of our clothes. There were 3 of us traveling together and we went to do some laundry and the washing machine chewed up all of our cotton and knit fabrics and got GREASE in the clothes. When I went to tell the staff, including the manager, they just shrugged and said "well it's old" and "we'll look in to it. After 3 days of staying there. Not even a sorry of any sort. Very unimpressed.

Good hotel breakfasts are very good. And this very close to the centre of Oaxaca and a few blocks from the zocalo and the cathedral what I recommend internet and computer services for free.
