Excellent hotel! The waiters make you feel at home, especially Mr. Benito is such a friendly and helpful person. The rooms are spacious and very nice. Overall it is a very nice hotel.

Clean hotel and friendly staff, the carpet in rooms and hallways is old. The restaurant is great, they have a buffet every morning, food is good. In certain things is a bit inconvenient… it's a 3 story building with no elevator neither it has a little ramp by the stairs to roll up your suitcase. Rooms are clean good beds, clean white sheets, great comforters.

Nice hotel. Good service and clean and pleasant facilities, the pool area is nice and safe. Rico buffet.

Family place with a good view of the city of Oaxaca. It is twenty minutes from the center and offer a shuttle service that can take you to attractions. The rooms are small but comfortable with heating and very clean. The service is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it has no travel service to the airport so you have to arrange with an external taxi service.

It is a beautiful place, te service is good but, the construction of hotel is old, there is transporting service from hotel to town center to hotel.

Well I went to a private event, is like a classic hotel in Oaxaca for this type of services, super attention, very very rich food and all available to support us. Only bathrooms I think they could improve the attention to clean them constantly.

I put a star. Because I can't put 0. They offer you swimming pool and this green. Water and when they fix it rent the pool for parties and you find 50 people in the pool that you could not use. The bus that takes you to the center passes every 2 hours there are 20 people when at the hotel they can fit more than 200 and TE. You're not up. Unfortunate. Come on, seriously. Don't come.

Me gustó el hotel en general, lo único que le faltó es tener más botana en la alberca (la cual estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada) los precios fueron excelentes y el servicio de transporte al centro de Oaxaca fue muy útil y puntual.

I've been to several lectures there what not. I like it is the air conditioner just because of that in 4 in everything else. Very good and very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had bad luck with the pool, it lacked maintenance. But overall it's all good. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Of my favorite hotels, I have stayed three times here and in the three I was satisfied, the truck that takes you to the center of Oaxaca is a good option if you want to avoid looking for parking place, the restaurant is excellent and very Mexican and the rooms are good In general.

The hotel is simple and just giving you your cat's hand but the attention is excellent they are very friendly and clean rich food and close to the center only they can improve the internet and redecorate the rooms a bit.

It is a very nice place, its employees are friendly and very helpful.
The entrance hall has water, coffee and complimentary desserts, which are very much appreciated in the morning, evening or evening, as they go according to the prevailing climate in the city.

A simple but somewhat elevated hotel in costs. It's a family plan. There are not many things to do inside of it. The kitchen very good and the cost decent. It has transportation to the center of Oaxaca every hour on an established schedule. If you're not in a car, don't be.

Good care in general, with the payment of pool (200 children and 250 adults) you can use the amount to order food, the payment includes towels and facilities, clean and quiet place, includes parking and surveillance.

It is a place with access to the center of Oaxaca to 3 km approx. Buna attention by all the staff very attentive and the service. Just A. I find the buffet lacks variety and best presentation.

I do not recommend it, the water temperature impossible for children to stay more than 30 min, in the rooms you hear everything, you can not sleep because you hear the scandal of the next room or the snoring of the neighbor, if booking by booking send you to the last Ima room even though they are vacated their closest rooms. Hotel located in a very quiet area, has all services including pool, although the hotel is a long-time construction and needs maintenance, it's a good option if you don't need to go to downtown area.

Is a great place to go, if you want to visit Oaxaca, because is very cheap, but is too far from the downtown of Oaxaca.

This place is wonderful for those people who need to rest a bit of luxury and comfort.
The advantage of this place is that even when it is away from the center they offer you an hourly shuttle that makes visits to the center and every hour they pick you up in case you want to return to the hotel.
In short the shuttle to the center is free to return and runs from 8 am until 10 pm.

A very affordable price and it is nice, should only improve the cleanliness of the rooms with carpet and urge to fix certain bathroom doors that collide with the entrance door to the room, the beds clean and comfortable although it would be great that already remodel the Rooms as they are reached to notice worn out.

You can see they've spent their best years. Good price but the facilities are austere. A little out of hand if you don't have a car.

I already know about this hotel company. I attended an event for 3 days and the service was similar to other hotel. The food was delightful and the Mexican thematic is lovely as always.

Good service, the room we got with some defects in the bathroom, should review them and be attentive to the small things do not demerit the good of the place, but overall all good, good location is not in the middle and is a very quiet area, clean, no annoying noises, nice decor, friendly staff and we found a good rate, we are satisfied.

Nice hotel a little far away of Oaxaca centre but with a free shuttle service to it every hour.

The most disappointing experience ever in a hotel. After reading other traveler's reviews I now know what they did to us is a consistent practice from this property. Really lame management. Anyway, in simple words I reserved accommodation for a group of 15 people, I called in-house reservations directly to specifically find out if this was the place we wanted to stay, everything went smooth, I made the reservations for my group, gave my credit card number as required by the hotel, then as expected I got email confirmations for each room. All of this some two months before my travel dates. One week before we arrived to Oaxaca I received email reconfirmations and nice reminders that at Mission Oaxaca they were looking forward to host us. We travelled by road and when we arrived there was a big protest from Union teachers and they had blocked streets in the city. I called the hotel to let them know we were coming and asked for directions to avoid getting trapped in the protests. Nothing was mentioned at that moment so we thought everyone was just as one should expect when reserving a hotel. Upon our arrival I was informed by the receptionist that our reservations had been cancelled, no notice, no email communication, nothing!

The Hotel Mision Oaxaca has a incredible pool, the food is good even the service a little slow but the quality of them is so good.

Everything is fine except there are no ironing board or hair dryers in the rooms.

It's a good place to make your social event.

The hotel is nice and very large, the staff is friendly and attentive but the hotel could offer a stay even better if they improve the quality of the internet in addition to the facilities are already very old, the quarters are a not very pleasant smell I guess is generated by the carpet that takes the place.
