Awful, do not respect their cancellation policies, their beds are hard, I asked for an extra pillow because the q put you are crushed and I wanted to charge, there is not the restaurant that they advertise on their page, and is much smaller q what they put on photos.

Comfortable card payment bill regular price.

Hotel with colonial details. Nice and well located. Nice view and details in the hotel.

Three blocks from zócalo, great attention, ideal to stay nights and go out all day, it is clean, comfortable and they offer great service!

It is a very popular hotel and possibly the most famous of the state has areas of recreation as pools, and has good bistas as it is in a high part of the city.

Confortable place, in the centro histórico of Oaxaca and two block from zócalo and andador turístico.

It has the magic of Oaxaca at a reasonable price.

Service to rooms deficient and in restaurant slow the attention and service.

Rustic, nice and well located. The only downside is the place that is next door, where in the evenings there is live music.

If you can … get away. Bad smell, small room, no signal on TV. Bad service. Among other things.

Very poor care by the reception staff in addition to with no buttons or person that help the guests to carry their luggage to the rooms… the rooms are very small but have everything you need.

Very nice Hotel, clean and quiet. Close to the centre of Oaxaca.

Maybe the facade does not do justice to the beauty hidden within. The rooms are very comprehensive and, eventually meals. The service is characterized by kindness and attention. The prices are competent in comparison of others. A very good place. It was a surprise to have found it.
