The room is very comfortable with all the services and the beds very comfortable excellent attention in restaurant.

I highly recommend the hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean and sanitized, the continental breakfast rich and varied. The best thing about the hotel is its staff, since you arrive they are very attentive, the manager very friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back to visit them.

I am very happy is a good place to rest and enjoy the whole historic center of Oaxaca I is a very affordable price.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and found the service to be above and beyond what I expected. From the moment we checked in everything was in order. We were able to go into our hotel room very early and this courtesy provided us the convenience to leave our luggage in our hotel room be on our way to have breakfast in the city. We found the hotel room very clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast at this Holiday Inn was very complete, truthfully more than just your regular complementary continental breakfast. You are greeted, seated and served immediately as you walk in and served coffee, juice, toast even before you choose your breakfast. Overall, I found this Holiday Inn well organized, equipped, friendly and very professional situated in a quiet location only a short 20 minute walk to downtown Oaxaca. I do recommend it.

Excellent service. It has continental breakfast from 7:00hrs, fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, bread, egg and chilaquiles, all of good taste but not extraordinary. In the room there is coffee maker, safe, iron, hair dryer, coffee and water bottles as courtesy. There are bath items such as cream, shampoo, towels, conditioner, soap, Klinex. They have pool and the gym is available from 5:30 to 22:00hrs. The reception service and restaurant are excellent, they are always available to answer questions.

It's a comfortable place, spacious rooms. The location is excellent. It has a small pool that is especially appreciated to relax a little. The restaurant is small and only serve breakfast, something that the region does not seem to me unreasonable, since Oaxaca is a culinary explosion that forces you to enjoy its wide food throughout the city. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. I found the parking a little small but it has valet parking. In general it is an excellent place to stay and rest after a journey through the many places you have to visit in the city of Oaxaca and its surroundings. Totally recommended.

Very clean, nice and very friendly the deal. The only reason I don't put the five stars on is because of their anti-smoking policy. They treat smoking worse than crime. They make you sign a paper promising that you're not going to smoke and if you do, they'll give you a huge fine, tell the police and I don't know how many threats. Not even on your balcony or outdoor terraces. There is only one bank in the street at the exit of a parking lot with an apocalyptic sign, saying that it is risk zone for pregnant women, bonuses, elderly, seniors etc. Very exaggerated.
Another "Rooster" is that except for breakfast time, there is not a single corner to have a soda or beer or whatever. You miss.

Hotel in the historic center of Oaxaca. All the hotel staff are lovely. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and it is a very full breakfast. It has a small gym to be able to do some sport during the stay to download all the food you will definitely enjoy in the city.

Lovely breakfast. Wonderful staff. Really miss the nice pool side bar for end of the day cocktails. No alcohol now so no reason for us to gather there at the end of the day. Too bad.

The staff here are excellent! They make a normal place fantastic! In Oaxaca all time, will be staying here again.

Place is located on a very interesting zone, rooms are big enough and service is perfect. There are no restaurants in here (except for the included breakfast), also there is no bar/minibar, however there are several options very close.

Super clean and reliable hotel just a short stroll into the main part of town. Attentive staff and friendly atmosphere.

Every room has original artwork from a famous local artist, they are very clean, modern with balconies, I stayed on the 1st floor, silent AC and very healthy oriented Breakfast buffet.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I recently booked this hotel online and upon arrival I was told that everything was payed and in order. After my somewhat lenghty stay, upon checkout I was told that my payment did not come through and had to pay a different fare and told that next time I should book directly with them to avoid this. Do not stay here if you don´t like surprises, there are plenty of other hotels around.

Typical business, small, quiet, clean hotel with good service. Breakfast is well served, although a little expensive for my taste. It is a recommended hotel, mainly, because of its location.
