Great service and the staff was really helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. It wasn't too far from the center so we could walk from the hotel.

I was welcomed by a person and taken to the place where the event was taking place. In the hallways everything was clean and nice. The hotel has a relaxing vibe but I would say it is also chic!

Es un hotel muy lujoso y tiene un excelente servicio además el servicio de restaurante es muy bueno y la gerencia también, cuenta con alberca y es ideal para viajar con la familia además está en un lugar muy seguro y muy cerca del centro de Oaxaca. Las personas de recepción son muy amables y ofrecen mucho orientación para que puedes disfrutar tu estadía en oaxaca, ese lugar es 90% recomendable slug que le haría falta hacer más bonita sus habitaciones.

The experience was very pleasant attending a breakfast organized by me company and the attention was always very good and punctual plus that the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is nice, but in my opinion the bed was not very comfortable, it was hard. In the night and tomorrow it feels very cold. But the covers help a little. The room was comfortable and I liked the chocolates left in the rooms.

It is an excellent hotel, has a pool, restaurant and smoking areas and those who smoke we keep in mind when choosing a hotel, a wonderful place to take the family. In the costs I can say that it is something above average but to enjoy its nice places it is worth spending a little more.

Proper installation, lousy room security, stealing money, clothing, personal items, and checking all belongings.
Really very unfortunate I would not recommend it if you want to have the peace of mind that your common use belongings are safe.

The hotel has a good number of rooms, the layout and numbering is a bit tangled. Some rooms are very spacious and have a small room, others are very limited. Overall the atmosphere is nice and the staff is very attentive and friendly. It has a swimming pool and a restaurant. The service and prices of the restaurant are not very good, they delay in the elaboration of the food.

It's a nice hotel, cheap and has a pool. It is 5 minutes from downtown Oaxaca by car. I highly recommend the place, however, take your own shampoo as the hotel is very bad.

The rooms are fine. But regarding the restoration, it is more than disappointing.

Stayed here one night. Room was clean and employees were Avery friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the chilequilles.

The only point that they play against is the stability of the Internet fails a lot every time, gives them points the echo of leaving 2 bars of chocolate every day in the room, the location of the center is excellent.

Parking is not enough for all guests, if you do not arrive early you have to park on the street, have Infomado or not traias car. In The rooms you hear everything that goes on in the hallway.

The Room is very comfortable but lets pass some noise, they have their event hall in the middle of the hotel then the noise arrives, but if they have the precaution of finishing early, similarly the Wi-Fi in the rooms on the banks is deficient, In general the PR ratio Ecio quality is very good, the restaurant that has the lack of some seasoning and the prices are a bit high, for the restaurant about 3.8 stars.

Excellent Service, I highly recommend it, and although not very central it has close to a quite spacious shopping center and is located five minutes from the most known squares of Oaxaca.

Bonitas suites y el entorno general. Jacuzzi, alberca, spa, y un muy buen servicio de restaurant. No está cerca del centro pero un taxi te puede llevar. Excelente ubicación cerca de aeropuerto muy recomendable.

It was okay clean room hot water was 50-50 but got a reasonable rate on Orbitz so it was okay.

The hotel is nice, the service is good, the pool is clean. If you love walk this is your hotel, is like 12 blocks of downtown.

My husband and I stayed because it had a jacuzzi tub. The only one here. The food was bad. We ordered steak and it came smelling like fish. The meat was bad. After one bite I was sick in the bathroom. After we returned the food we had to wait for credit on my card till manager came on. Our room didn't have shampoo, enough towels or bubbles for tub. Front desk would not answer the phone at 3am. He took the phone down to front desk, thought phone was broke. When he found clerk sleeping he asked for shampoo and they told him he had to wait for 9am crew to come on. The room size was great, the bed was huge and it had heat in bedroom.

A very warm, clean place and for my location can move for all sides the airport very serca like squares and for turistiar and above all very quiet to rest if you are coming on business plan.

It is a budget hotel, so people and services are related to this. It is a good choice if you want a slightly more spacious hotel for walking. But the taxi to the Centre are 100 pesos round, which you have to take into account whenever you go.

Great value. Clean and well maintained. Very good service provided by kind and well trained staff. Just outside downtown with a walking distance supermarket just in case. Spacious yet cozy, you will find just a little more space in common areas and pool that other hotels located on the historic district. A big parking lot inside the premises is a plus. Also, you will find a restaurant with very good service and selection of regional and international food. One of the best options if you are driving and traveling with kids and family.

Q I was not able to attend I collected d my credit card what d one night only not to attend for personal reasons.

I stayed at this hotel for the past 22 years, each return to Oaxaca to usually stay in Hacienda la Noria. I like, quiet, clean, the pool without overruns people. Always there is parking, if staff always pleasant. In addition if it puts the historic context is pay only.

It's okay if you go with children because the pool is worth. Be sure to go by car because the Center is far. Good service, friendly staff. Clean rooms but without AC. Hard beds. Avoid restaurant: bad and expensive.

If you want to relax with family is well. But there are many options nearby to where to go. The hotel is rustic gives an excellent touch but the rooms are not so comfortable. The price could be better.
