Very good place, very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and nice. It only has one detail. The bathroom doors have no veneer, so they don't close well. I was in 3 different logistics for an event and all the same. Half close, and you can see inward. The same elevators are a subject, take too long, excessive waiting time.

It is a very well located hotel, and although it is on a shopping plaza it has good parking. The rooms are comfortable, well-laid out and well-lit. It has a pool with a bar and a terrace, plus a jacuzzi on the fifth floor. The gym is poorly equipped but has the basics for a good routine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Congratulations to the maintenance staff, very professional!

Very comfortable rooms the only problem is for the lights are not very well assigned. Another big problem is insufficient elevators for the number of people at peak times. Very friendly staff both in restaurant and reception.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the attention of the staff in turn was friendly and professional. Quick Response in room service, as far as cleaning of hallways and out of rooms could improve.

The party room is very nice, what I did not like was that only have 2 valet parking, and it takes a long time to bring the car.

The area is good. The Tecnológico de Monterrey and the commercial Plaza. But the accesses are few, and complicated. The parking lot is poorly designed, it is scrambled, limited and expensive.

Perfectly located if you plan to visit Tecnológico de Monterrey. Price is very affordable too. However, air conditioning seems insufficient since there's a noticeable smell almost everywhere inside the building. Also, in-room dinning service is incredibly slow.

Excellent place, whatever the reason. A convention, a formal event or a party, why not? And if you are passing through the city this is a good place to rest or stay on a holiday. Or just go to dinner with your friend or partner.

The staff was very friendly and the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and the view on the 17th floor was very good, but overshadowed by the dirty glass. The heating in the room didn't work, it took them a whole day to fix it. From then on it's okay.

It's great for a business hotel, you can find everything you need inside. Location is amazing if you are intended to attend something at the south side of the city.

Excellent to stay in Monterrey. Hotel practice for business. Good activities in the square to have fun in the evening. Pod in the swim channel. The view is wonderful from there. The whole city is very well appreciated.

The place was good and, the bed, truly comfortable. You also get a pretty good view of the city. Only complain is that some of the installations are not perfectly maintained.

Got upgraded to junior suite and had amazing view of the city from 16th. Room clean and spacious.

The hotel is well located and comfortable. It is right behind the Tecnológico de Monterrey campus antes surrounded by a great variety of food & entertainment options. Below it you will find Paseo Tec I & II Malls with a wide variety of offers for services, banks, food an beverages. Parking is available and not expensive, and the hotel gives you a pass for the days you stay.

Excellent service, I recommend you to make reservations to the reservation center, you get a better price, even you can get a better room, with breakfast buffet included in suite.

We had our son's christening party here. And it was a great time. The food was great, the service was good and the location was perfect. We are certainly going to come back here for other family events.

I work here and it is a great place to work, it's like my second home. It is not a perfect job without flaws, but it is still a place with an atmosphere very positive. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to find work consider coming to work at this great place.

The hotel service is excellent, with only the same problem of the taxis that are mentioned in another review.

Good attention, however when I requested receipt for taxi service that led me to the airport, they told me that they facilitated the safe taxi but they were independent, they gave me phone numbers to give me tracking but numbers never communicated, taxis site is deslindo of responsibility and in the hotel not supported me to get ticket or invoice for the service that pays for what could not claim per diem, disappointment.

I had waiting for 15 minutes on the phone to ask only the rate while I told them already I had given several numbers to mark something that no les imporot after the third qu eme nuemro gave the said line number that you frame is not available.
