Request room at the hotel and I was told that there were only in some apartments that they had apart, I agreed since previously had good service but it was very disappointing, I heard too much noise from the outside although I was very tired I could not sleep and the worst, they had no iron for my clothes that wrinkled, talk and they just told me that there were no irons there that if I wanted to iron my shirt at extra cost and I had to wear it until the hotel the next morning lousy service, always a hotel room must have an iron.

Es un gran lugar que sin duda me dejó perplejo, es muy sencillo encontrarlo ya que está relativamente cercano de la central y para llegar se tiene que ir una cuadra a la izquierda y luego nueve cuadras en frente y con una puerta con su nombre que cualquiera se podría percatar de la Hacienda en cuestión, además de que al entrar tuvimos un servicio gentil y útil, que nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos y la experiencia en general gratificante, tiene muchos puntos atractivos, vistas muy bonitas y ambiente muy bien formado por las diversas pinturas y frases motivadoras en las paredes. Una experiencia muy buena.

The place is nice, has many amenities, restaurant, nice bar, pool and so on, but there is a lot of noise all the time, it has 2 parking lots, but they are not sure, you can get anyone to us they stole the tool from the bikes.
I wouldn't stay there again!

In the bar, fast the beers are exhausted that one wants, and at 12 am already tell you that they will close (weekday).

I Don't like It. It Smells very bad all the hotel, only at the reception they have flavoring.

Good location on the main street of Linares, four blocks from the central square. The Restaurant offers good food at An acceptable price. Spacious.

Tienen un excelwnte servicio en general.

The food was so tasty, the service very kind and fast and the price wasn't cheap but neither was expensive, it was rasonable: you get what you expect and even more, they didn't have what I want to order but their new recomendation was acurate. Highly Recomended ir you visit Linares.

Over all, the roon was clean, room service was very good and fast, front desk personnel speaks very good English and everyone treated us very nicely. However, in a double room (for 4 people) they only have 2 towels. When I called to ask for more, they said they could only give me those 2! We had to share towels! The towls were very old (older than mine at home) and they have holes! Not that I was expecting brand new towels but, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Keep up with little details, they count! The bed was uncomfortable, very hard, like sleeping on the floor… We will come back just because service was very good but we'll bring our own towels just in case.
