This place is one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. The service is impeccable. The rooms are earthy, natural, and nestled in the jungle with incredible views of the ocean. Our plunge pool was always warm but not too hot for the weather. The food is a culinary experience you don’t want to miss! We can’t wait to come back here for future anniversaries!

Pros — the suite was beautiful and large. 12 rooms allows for intimate setting as you don't have a lot of other guests. Complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar was also a nice touch. Private beach. Cons — concierge/customer service to schedule activities needs great improvement. While the concierge team is responsive, they are not good at helping guests to set up special functions or excursions. We would converse about scheduling with said team whilst staying at the resort to try to set up a private dinner, diving trip or snorkeling to the Marietas, despite contacts, the staff would not tell us until we were set to book if there was a catch. For example, my husband wanted to book a diving trip and the resort concierge told him that he'd need to schedule his own transportation back to the hotel and c would not assist him with booking a private transfer to and from the resort. Another example is when we tried to schedule a trip to the Marietas, after speaking with the concierge team about options, when we went to book, that was when we were told no trips were available until days after we departed. Also, breakfast is included in the rate but what you do not know is that you are only allowed to get a couple of pieces of toast and either a plate of fruit (or small bowl of oatmeal). As a hotel where even the cheapest room is a considerable amount of money, the breakfast is one of the most disappointing arrangements that I've seen in some time.

Gorgeous hotel, very relaxing & quiet, the “rooms” are all separate and secluded. Hotels are made by their teams and this team is exceptional — the service has been spot on, from the concierge to the beach service to the bar. Food is very good — the chef really knows how to not only make delicious food but it also has a beautiful presentation. Beach’s sand is very soft (especially compared with other hotels in the area).

The service, attention and detail are excellent, I have always thought that less is more and this Hotel perfectly complies with that, since it uses everythingoooo what nature gives them, both building materials, items, organic toiletries, food, etc… thus fulfilling the full extent of the word with organic and vernacular architecture. By applying, designing and respecting the medium in this way, it only lets you be surprised by the wonders of nature itself…
If you are looking for good service, tranquility, privacy, privacy, comfort in luxury, small menus, select and fresh, beautiful coast… my husband and I recommend Imanta.

Great location for weddings.

The friendliness of the staff towards the people we went to work left a lot to be desired. They offered us not a glass of water and it is unfortunate that among Mexicans we treat ourselves so badly.

It's really an off-the-range site. Unique natural Panorama, respect for nature, environment-conscious architecture, world-class facilities, and a professional and dedicated Setvicio. I recommend it widely.

This gorgeous property combines upscale style, attentive service, supreme privacy and true luxury. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms spacious, and the cuisine is delectable — but what I really loved was the sense of peace and privacy, and the connection to nature. The spa is a must-do; this open-air facility allows you to rejuvenate while still feeling at one with nature. One of the most beautiful hotels I've seen!

Luxury Hotel surrounded by jungle, owner of the Relais & Châteaux distinction, I recommend from the arrival receive them attentively, the outdoor Spa takes you to enjoy nature experience and to mention the signature cuisine with exquisite dishes.

A unique place. Fully integrated into the jungle and with the sea at the foot of the villa. The views are stunning. You see raccoons, herons, crabs, whales… The service is very friendly. Imanta is an experience in itself. Intractable.

If you love the tranquil elegance of Aman Resorts you’ll love Imanta, which has the added wonder of being in the middle of a rain forest. Nature lovers will be awed by the sights and sounds of the jungle and ocean waves lapping the shore. This is a slice of heaven. Imanta is a gentle reminder of the beauty and fragility of our glorious planet. The resort was developed to grace the environment, built with materials sourced from the mountain, lots of stone and rock, beautiful tiled floors, bamboo dressed doors, furniture from locally sourced wood. A winding 20 minute drive from the nearest village through an enchanting forest, with 2 security check points. This is for those seeking distance from life’s cacophony. We stayed in a a jungle suite, a generous 1900 sq ft give or take with a massive luxurious bath, inviting soaking tub, 2 sinks 2 large showers, one outside in a private garden. The luxurious king bed and pillow menu were what you’d expect in a resort of this calibre. Surrounding windows and doors a steady reminder of your surroundings. A discreetly hidden TV which we never pulled from it’s encasement. Step outside to an infinity pool and lovely terrace complete with king lounger. For a change of scenery, there’s also a large infinity pool located at the observatory at the top of the resort. None of the suites are far from the beautiful private beach, just a short walk down for us. On a rocky path with guard ropes.

Best service and attention. So private and in a rainforest on the ocean is to die for.

The staff at Imanta are just mean… they welcome you into this perfect, idyllic jungle paradise, with stunning rooms, breathtaking views and the constant sound of the ocean. They treat you like honored family members, and serve you exquisite organic food. You walk with your toes in the soft sand to rejuvenating spa treatments, and sit for hours entranced by ocean views. Then after all that… they make you leave, back to the cruel world outside the gates! Seriously, we've st…ayed in some amazing hotels. The Langham in Hong King, Kona Village in Hawaii, a stunning family boutique hotel steps from the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, and a room with a picture view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris… and NOTHING compares to Imanta. Special thanks to George, Cynthia, Francisco, Reyes, Antonio and Moises for working so hard to makes this a special trip… we'll back! HIGHLY recommended!

The pools are huge, nice beach access, room was clean, shower was amazing. There was even a little pool on the patio. Cool place. I liked the little breakfast place by the pool.
