Everything about this resort was top notch. The food was amazing. Drinks were awesome. Rooms, beach and pools were spotless. All the staff was amazing, kind, helpful and over and above! We highly recommend this resort for couples or families. It is a little pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. That is the point! I definitely recommend the banana yogurt parfait for breakfast or a snack. We got it everyday!

Just returned from our honeymoon at Four Seasons Punta Mita and it was unbelievable! From the staff, to the rooms, the food, and activities, it was ALL amazing! I highly suggest an oceanfront room on the cliff for the little extra money it’s worth it!

Its our first time at this property’ Punta Mita resorts! Very welcoming friendly safe environment over the top staff! We were supposed to be at the big Island at the four season in so many yrs vacation-traveling and have been canceled twice Due to COVID-19 from June to November but they highly recommend for our family Thanksgiving of this year, at Punta Mita.
Thank you and we will return. We are very blessed and that we’re good and healthy and safe traveling.

No words to describe this place but I’ll try-astonishing, Breath taking, connection with ones sole, historical architecture, concierge and staff don’t Hoover over you, warm and sunny with a touch of breeze, bewildering, mind taking, I could go on and on.

Simply amazing and I hope to go back sometime in the next few years… just incredible. One of my most favorite vacations. Modern Mexican by Richard Sandoval was great bc I would go to one of his restaurants in NYC so it was a treat to see it in PM too. The staff was so accommodating and our accommodations were breathtaking complete w plunge pool gorgeous views two bedrooms indoor outdoor shower combinations. Haagen dazs by the pool and cool evian spritz didn't hurt either w a cool towels offered to wipe off the perspiration. The golf course was amazing and they even had an amphibious golf cart to take you out in low tide… what a trip!

Unbelievable experience during our stay! Not one detail was overlooked! The staff is amazing, food is unbelievable, and rooms were beautiful! Definitely a trip of a lifetime!

Incredible location and staff.

This was probably the nicest resort we have ever experienced. The grounds, 2 beaches, and pools, were beautiful; the rooms were spacious with large ocean view balconies. But most impressive were the staff and the absolutely amazing, over the top service; the attentiveness and all the attention to every little detail was jaw dropping!

Very well laid out. Beautiful, wonderful food and service. We love the lazy river!

What a beautiful place! They bring you a variety of drinks all day. The morning drink is orange Banana Smoothie, Delicious ice tea? etc, etc & then we have a bar in the pool serving drink all afternoon. What a place?

Amazing and breathtaking! The staff is courteous and very attentive.

My husband and our 4 kids (age range 13-5yo) just got home from a weeklong stay. It was amazing. I’m 8 months pregnant and our 5 year old has severe physical disabilities due to Cerebral Palsy. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Our entire family had a blast. I can’t think of a single negative comment. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Heavenly amazing. Top notch service… from the moment you land. Freshest fish. Variety of pools for families and adults only. Perfect combination of relaxation and nirvana. Kids club had great cultural activities and game room rocked— even for the big kids.
Too bad they had one restaurant under construction but now we have a reason to return.
July-August are hot and humid. Almost too much on one day that we barely got out of the a/c.

It is a great and luxurious place to stay for a few days or live there if you so prefer in my opinion the best service that EH had regarding the places like this, fascinated me.

If you are looking for an awesome resort, then this is one to definitely try out. First time staying here. Access: About a 45 minute drive from the airport. Very private with lush landscaping. The grounds are very well maintained. Staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, the spa, restaurant and beach are all super friendly and helpful. Handicap access. I bring that up because I saw the staff helping a guest on the beach in this wheelchair with ballon tires. Really showed they cared. The food was unbelievable and top-notch. Would expect the seafood to great, which it was. But they have this steak that is the most tender beef I have ever eaten. In summary, this is a top-notch resort and I will definitely be back.

Spent 6 days at this beautiful resort. Well kept up and the grounds are amazing. Sculptures are spread out. Went to spa and had a pedicure. With a glass of wine. Very relaxing. Staff is very friendly and polite. The food. Over the top. Spent one day at a nearby ranch and went horseback riding. Just a great experience. Will definitely visit again.

If you come here and you’re unhappy get yourself to a doctor. Your every need is catered to in this paradise. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food delicious. I swear the tequila they use even just in house drinks is top notch.

We love everything about this resort and have stayed at this property several times over the last few years. This year was very much the same as it met all of our expectations except on our very last day. It was Easter Sunday and the property was preparing for the kids Easter egg hunt, everything looked amazing. Our youngest, 6, was so excited waiting in line with all of the kids for the east bunny to arrive. The staff split the kids into 2 groups for the egg hunt, lined the bigger kids up so the little guys could have a few minutes to get some eggs, then they said go and it was mayhem… there were so many kids running and pushing that they all were falling on each other. Our son was accidnrtly tripped and then had kids running over him. We left with our son’s knee bleeding, crying and a ripped flip flop. My suggestion for next year is to make a separate little egg hunt for the little guys. Let the big kids make a circle around the area with the eggs so everyone is not charging to get out there, blow a whistle and they can go, put an age cap as 12 and do not let the parents be out there, grabbing the eggs for their kids.

A charming village with paradisiacal beaches, very beautiful and I think must be missed the trip to the Marietas Islands and Playa del Amor or Playa Escondido could say that is the best of the place this tour.

Spent 3 nights at this fantastic full service hotel! They pay extreme attention to detail and have a fun and friendly staff! The resort is large for the number of rooms, so you never feel crowded while at the resort. My favorite part was the scenic location and the sunsets. The landscaping and maintenance was immaculate. Was a great retreat and truly relaxing. Will be returning!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The beaches are beautiful although the food at the resort is expensive. I would recommend going off-site for dinners. I would highly recommend visiting.

Beautiful, breathtaking holiday to the Four Seasons Punta Mita! Romantic, the staff of the Four Season was so welcoming and warm Each person I chatted with had so much good information on the history of Punta Mita, the dinning experiences were unforgettable and the beauty of this resort is more than words can describe! Trip of a lifetime and I did not realize this but it is a healing resort of the Aztec people for over 3000 years! Punta Mita is for lovers, honeymooners of all ages and families too!

Heard so much about this hotel, but was globally disappointed by it. Didn't meet my expectation. Great location, but the room we booked on the beach has an issue with A/C, and no similar room was available. The staff was very helpful but could not fix the issue. The experience was good but far from the Rosewood Hotel we tried the year before in Mexico.

During Thanksgiving 2017 my family and I stayed at Four Seasons Punta Mita in Mexico. We stayed for 4 night and paid ​more than $5, 200 for just the room. During our stay I went to the spa for a massage. When I got to the spa I was wearing a Hermes watch valued at over $12, 000.00, I took it off and put it in the spa robe​ before my massage​. After the massage I went to take a 5 minute shower and I hanged my robe outside my shower. When I came out my robe was gone. So I went and I asked the spa staff for my robe. They said they didn't know where the robe was at, they said it might had been taken to the laundry room. I requested from the spa staff to go to the laundry room and bring my robe back, but the spa staff ignored me. I right away reported the incident to the spa supervisor and then I went to the hotel lobby and reported the incident to the hotel administration. When I checked with the spa supervisor and hotel administration the next day they were not collaborative with me at all and no one helped me​! ​ I didn't hear from them until a week ago when they told me Four Seasons ​couldn't ​do anything about the stolen watch. I started going over Four Season's Punta Mita hotel reviews and I read several complaints including one guest that was complaining about ​putting all her expensive jewelry on her room safe and while she was out of the room the cabinet was broken and whole safe was stolen.

Very beautiful location as the hotel is right on the beach. The view is fantastic and the food was very good in the rooms. The service is very good also. The staff takes care of you very well. My room view could see the ocean as well. Comy and cozy rooms.

The service was wonderful. From the greetings at reception to the spa and beach, every server was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our schedule. The only complaint I have is the food at the Bahia Restaurant. My grilled shrimp were overcooked and the asparagus were not great. So we cooked in our Casita yhe rest of the visit. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The entire visit was incredible. The views, the Casita, the beds, the service and more made it a wonderful vacation.

The Hotel is very quiet, calm, peaceful. You feel the tranquility as You walk in your hallways. You Have a beautiful sunset view. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always attentive to the customer's comfort. The food very rich and the events very well organized.

We have been visiting Four Seasons Punta MIta for over 10 years now. We love coming here. Facility, beach, staff, everything is perfect. Looking forward to our next visit.

We really enjoy this property and the restaurant right on the beach. The villas here are all very modern and you get your own butler to assist you with anything you need. Our favorite place to eat is the Mita Mary restaurant. We've always had fantastic fish platters when we've eaten here. Great location for taking in the sunset over drinks before enjoying dinner.

This was hands down the best resort I have been too! The service was amazing, the view was gorgeous, the pool and lazy river was out of this world, and the resort was very accommodating! I definitely recommend the four seasons in Punta Mita.

A hotel of great luxury with finishes avant-garde people very attentive and helpful have all the basic services and provide a plus if required.

The best resort I have been to in Mexico! The complex is spread out so you feel you have your own space you can get any kind of room or villa to fit your desire or special occasion up to having an ocean view with a hot tube or your own personal pool. The spot on this bay is perfect allowing you to wade into the ocean or snorkel along the rocky reef. So many activities from all water activities to daily exercise routines. Spanish dancing is a must in this place along with Tequila blending and Turtle release to get you into the local flow. Unlike the Hyatt Ziva I was at in Los Cobos this place gives you plenty of quite spaces to relax or read on the ocean or by your own place on the pool, Three pool areas are well separated by vegetation to you cant heat anything from other areas. The 3 restaurants offer a wide variety to fill the taste with the fresh caught seafood a must. You can take a boat right from the beach to go to Marietas island to dive, snorkel or go to love beach. If you like you can take a short cab ride to another restaurant just outside the complex or a 20 minute ride to visit Salulyta, the city where Bachelor in Paradise is held. The employees here are all in line with one goal. To make you relaxed and happy. The fitness room is first class with full complement of weights and the spa is amazing. This is PARADISE in every way. We will be back.

Great food, great scenery, great service.

We got married here 16 years ago. Place is still as beautiful as ever. The hotel is just as I remembered it… the beach is slightly more built up with built in private lounges and a small bar. Staff was very accommodating… we just showed up without notice and they let us in to tour the property, have lunch and revisit some old memories!

Had a wonderful time! From stuff, food, view, service and room deco… it was FABULOUS! Definitely a place to go! Really surprised when this lovely girl asked to clean my sunglasses! Isn't JUST?

Amazing Hotel. Probably one of the best I've ever been to. Extremely kid/baby friendly. We got a large crib in our room and even a pack-n-play at the beach! Food was amazing. Beautiful all around. Did I mention there is Wi-Fi on the beach?

This is our 3rd stay in Punta Mita, 2nd at Four Seasons. It is simply the best. The staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is a priority. For example we came in on our golf cart from town and upon leaving our golf cart had some trash that we were going to throw away. As we walked through the lobby a staff member came clear across the lobby to take the trash out of our hands. The rooms are amazing, food is exceptional. Our rooms were tended to several times a day. New fitness center is perfect. Will come back next year again.

I loved it, the view is amazing! Mexico is so beautiful, and the staff were incredible! I loved lounging by the water, and it was so nice to be waited on. Try the quesadillas with guacamole, you won't regret it!

Excellent service as expected from a four seasons. But the restaurants were only so-so. Better food is available in the local town outside the resort area for a far more reasonable price.

I want to first start off by saying that the service of the staff at the Four Seasons Punta Mita is incredible! I don't think its possible to find better service than at this resort. The guests are treated like royalty and the rooms, pools, spa treatments, salon, and beaches are simply wonderful! My husband and I just had our beach wedding at this resort on 10/24/15, which turned out better than we could have imagined. Unfortunately we were there during the time hurricane Patricia hit the coast of Mexico, south of Puerto Vallarta & Punta Mita… which caused a lot of panic among the guests at this resort, including myself and my guests. The GM, John O'Sullivan, handled the hurricane threat extremely well, and had all of the guests stay in the storm shelter area of the resort until he got the signal that we are in the clear (safe). He was very professional and kept such a calm, cool, and positive attitude. He had the staff prepare us delicious meals and plenty of snacks and water/ liquids, pillows, blankets, etc to keep us as comfortable and possible. At the point of this hurricane/ tropical storms threat (Friday, 10/23), my wedding was cancelled. Literally that night (before my wedding was supposed to happen) once we were in the clear from hurricane Patricia, John O'Sullivan came up to me personally to let me know that he and his team were going to do whatever it took to make sure that my wedding was going to happen for the next day (10/24).

Our family and friends were at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for our daughters wedding the week that Hurricane Patricia made landfall. We were extremely impressed with the composure and professionalism of the entire staff during this period. The Manager, John, was present and engaged during the entire event. We received regular updates and both his management and service staffs went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was made as comfortable as possible. Somehow, they were able to pull off comfort, delicious meals and a great attitude for hundreds of high-maintenance guests during a stressful time. Even though we had my daughters rehearsal dinner in the employee cafeteria with 400 + strangers and were unsure if there would be a destination wedding this trip or even a room to come back to, the staff made it GREAT. In the end they miraculously pulled everything together. The wedding was beautiful and without a hitch. A big Texas THANK YOU to the most incredible staff ever to grace a resort! We will be back!

The most stunning scenery you will ever see on a golf course. There were no divots in the fairway, the greens rolled true, and the island par 3 is amazing. Obviously there are perfect conditions to grow grass at this course, but the way it was manicured was truly amazing. It seemed like there was not a blade of grass out of place. Highly recommend if you ever make it to this part of the world.

Nobody can match the service provided by their wonderful staff! This place is so beautiful! The only down side is you wont want to go home.

This resort is special for many reasons but the main one is the staff. It seems they are quized nightly on each guest's name as they address you appropriately throughout your visit. The grounds are stunning as are the views. I have traveled to many 5 star resorts across the globe and this one ranks at the top.

It is excellent place for vacation.
