Hotel Refused Refund.
I am absolutely appalled by the terrible experience I had with this hotel. I had prepaid almost a $1000 for my stay and unfortunately had to cancel my reservation six days before my scheduled arrival. Despite their clear cancellation policy stating that cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance would result in a full refund, this hotel refused to refund my payment.
Their staff was extremely unprofessional and showed no empathy towards my situation. I was met with apathy and indifference when I tried to resolve the issue, leaving me feeling frustrated and incredibly let down. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I cannot believe they would treat a paying customer in such a manner.
I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking a stay at this hotel to reconsider. Not only are their business practices unethical, but their customer service is deplorable. It is clear that they do not value their customers and are only interested in taking their money. This is unacceptable, and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who asks for my recommendation.

A damage deposit of MXN 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
