Go through 3 rooms because the air conditioning did not work, in one of the rooms the blankets are full of makeup and eyelashes, lousy service from the manager and the night guard, they have no maintenance people, the dirty rooms and the hotel without any maintenance. Abysmal.
➜ Clean and comfortable rooms, the bad details is that the air conditioning does not cool well and the restaurant service is not good at all. The option is to go out to eat outside the hotel.

Terrible their air conditioners are very old and do not cool the room and in two rooms they put a single old air and if you do not cool one less, they do not have enough keys, their buffet this horrible chilaquiles without debrado chicken and scrambled eggs poorly cooked, they give you Nescafe, all super austere and its dirty pool, in addition there is no access for the disabled its rooms with bugs could improve it and be a good hotel is our opinion hopefully they will take it into account.
